Craig came out 4 quote to price up full roof l8er it came via email,decided 4 roof repair coming l8er to quote friendly no trouble for help.After some thought decided to go with replacement roof as less than 10k & roof 50+ years old excellent choice of tile types ,colours,2 thickness,awaiting for site manager nick to contact for job to be started.Dean rang 6/11/24 to say scaffold coming 8/11/24 from us 10am then reroof 11/11/24 8am both dates on time, this was done in a day! with loads of roofers, cleared up mess & even removed old carpet in loft with no trouble,great set of lads .At the end showed photo's before of stripped roof ( what a mess) & afterwards such an improvement comes with 20 year guarantee .If roofers needed these are highly recommended well worth it for the price

Absolutely brilliant service from Ricky and his team. We called him out as we had a leak on our old bitumen flat roof. He took photos to show us what the problems were and gave us a thorough explanation of the options available and a fully-detailed written quote (even down to specifying that the screws on the boards would be counter-sunk). He responds to emails promptly and keeps you informed along the way. The work he did on our roof was superb, excellent attention to detail - hidden fixings, facia joints at the corners covered with finishing strips, EPDM roof done in a single sheet so that there were no joints. He also takes photographs of the work he's done, so he can show you the details that otherwise you'd only see with a ladder. He also cleaned up afterwards. He knows his stuff and does a really neat job. We'll use him again!

If, like me you are ‘apprehensive’ about letting unknown Roofing Contractors near your roof this company is for you. Picked randomly from Google I was lucky their name came up. They are local to me and I was totaly impressed with the professionalism of Joel, who came to do the quote for storm damage to tiles and guttering and their following quote with links to a website showing their staff, vans and giving examples of their work. Despite the bad weather I was listed ASAP and have had the work done after waiting only 8 days., Again the work was done professionally and it was a fair price, and inline with what my insurance company said it should cost, a little less in fact. I have kept their number and I will definately be passing DPR’s details to any friends or family needing roof repairs from a trusted contractor. 100% recommended. PL

Spencer’s come highly recommended. Excellent customer service from the get go; quick to respond to initial query, came to inspect our roof within a day, quote sent that night. Quote was for full reroof, guttering and cladding and was very reasonable and well worth everything they have done. They tided up after themselves each day and kept our property free from litter which is highly appreciated when we’ve a small dog who likes to hoover everything up. They kept in touch to update us on any changes in start dates due to the snow and kept us feeling at ease. Our home looks brand new and we thank you for all your hard work! We have been really pleased with Spencer Roofing. They gave us a reasonable quote and also provided us with a temporary fix (which they did on the same day they came to give us a quote) until we could book in for our entire roof doing. The customer service was excellent, they responded quickly to any queries and we were kept informed of any changes. On the days they came to fit the roof, they arrived early and started work straight away. They worked efficiently and consistently, so much so it was done within one and a half days (well, a little over half), but they finished just in time for the rain. Highly recommend.

We have just had our fascias and dry verge tiles replaced along with new guttering and fall pipes. Steve was on hand to ensure that everything ran smoothly. We have had a leaking dormer in our attic for more years than I would like to mention and felt it was about time some positive action was taken in regard to getting it repaired, or removed and the roof to be re-instated to its original form. We asked six companies in total to come and give us a quote for the work we wanted carrying out. So, why did we choose BPR Roofing, and were we happy that we had chosen this company? BPR Roofing whilst not the cheapest quote, seemed to know exactly what they were talking about in regard to what was the more sensible option for our roof. It’s like they ‘eat, sleep and breath’ roofing work. When they came to assess the work, the ladders were off the lorry within seconds of them parking up so that they could check the job from outside as well as inside. It was like second nature to them. We chose BPR Roofing because they came across really well, and we trusted that the work would be completed to a high standard. We had read several reviews from differing happy customers and liked what we had read. The work was started within a month of us requesting a quote from them and took just under a week to complete. The team on site were courteous, got on with the job, and were respectful of our property. When leaving the job for the day, they made sure that the roof had a waterproof covering in case the British weather took a turn for the worse. At the end of each day the work site was left clear and tidy. Unfortunately, one of the team, whilst in our attic space, slipped and his foot went through our bedroom ceiling. He came to let us know immediately what had happened but wanted us to be assured that this would be rectified at no cost to us. I am pleased to confirm that the ceiling has been repaired back to its former glory and at no cost to us. You don’t get that ending when someone bumps your car! Whilst on the roof, one of the team noticed that several of our ridge tiles just out of the area they were working on, were in need of some attention. We were informed of this and were asked if we wanted them sorting while the scaffolding was still up. Now some might say “Oh, yeah, pull the other one”, but we had been told by a different roofing company (who never arrived to start agreed work last year) that the ridge tiles needed some attention so knew this was not anyone trying to ‘pull a fast one’. We agreed to the extra bit of work and have actually saved the cost of having to have scaffolding put up at a later date. The only ‘negative’ that we have is that the team never said “Goodbye, we’ll see you in the morning” as they finished for the day. If we spoke to them, they would answer and if they needed us they would knock on the door, but it would have been nice not having to presume they had gone just because it had gone quiet and the vans had gone. So, are we pleased with the finished job and would we recommend/employ BPR Roofing again? After many years of needing the dormer sorting it was a bit of an anti-climax when the roof had finally been re-instated, and now with a velux window proudly sitting on the roof line. We are very pleased with the work and the recent downpour of rain (Thur 1st Aug 2024) proves we no longer have a leaking roof and can put away the buckets. We would definitely recommend and/or employ this company again, but hopefully not for the same bit of roof for a long while, and Richard might regret telling me that he has many other trades on speed dial and to contact him if we want the name of a reputable plumber, brickie, joiner etc. Keep up the good work BPR Roofing and best wishes for your future, Julie and Andy

I had my eaves roof edges replaced after mortar started to fall out. Excellent service and a quality service. Price included the scaffolding, removing the waste and the work itself. In blistering heat, the work was done to an excellent standard. Genuinelly nice, knowledgable time served roofers. Things you notice - pride in work, they wanted to explain and show the whole process, a tidy van - it says a lot!
