I had my eaves roof edges replaced after mortar started to fall out. Excellent service and a quality service. Price included the scaffolding, removing the waste and the work itself. In blistering heat, the work was done to an excellent standard. Genuinelly nice, knowledgable time served roofers. Things you notice - pride in work, they wanted to explain and show the whole process, a tidy van - it says a lot!

Paul, Neil and Sam did a fine job of remedial roof work. Particular thanks to Paul who worked especially hard on his own to take down our crumbling chimney while Neil and Sam were working on another job. Excellent work done in good time in a pleasant polite and good humoured way. Highly recommended.

Paul reminds me of Fred Dibnah with that air of old school honesty and competence about him, immediately likeable. The team worked hard in difficult conditions and the quality of work was top notch. Large stone Chimney stacks needed new lead flashing, undercloaks and aprons and pointing and repairs. Tricky meticulous work.

Chris and Ryan have just completed an excellent job on my roof. They have installed a dry ridge system to my 4 ridges and a dry verge system to 4 gable ends.They were the most competitive price for the job and their standard of work is very good. We have been really pleased with Spencer Roofing. They gave us a reasonable quote and also provided us with a temporary fix (which they did on the same day they came to give us a quote) until we could book in for our entire roof doing. The customer service was excellent, they responded quickly to any queries and we were kept informed of any changes. On the days they came to fit the roof, they arrived early and started work straight away. They worked efficiently and consistently, so much so it was done within one and a half days (well, a little over half), but they finished just in time for the rain. Highly recommend.

Spencer’s come highly recommended. Excellent customer service from the get go; quick to respond to initial query, came to inspect our roof within a day, quote sent that night. Quote was for full reroof, guttering and cladding and was very reasonable and well worth everything they have done. They tided up after themselves each day and kept our property free from litter which is highly appreciated when we’ve a small dog who likes to hoover everything up. Absolutely brilliant service from Ricky and his team. We called him out as we had a leak on our old bitumen flat roof. He took photos to show us what the problems were and gave us a thorough explanation of the options available and a fully-detailed written quote (even down to specifying that the screws on the boards would be counter-sunk). He responds to emails promptly and keeps you informed along the way. The work he did on our roof was superb, excellent attention to detail - hidden fixings, facia joints at the corners covered with finishing strips, EPDM roof done in a single sheet so that there were no joints. He also takes photographs of the work he's done, so he can show you the details that otherwise you'd only see with a ladder. He also cleaned up afterwards. He knows his stuff and does a really neat job. We'll use him again!

Ben came out quicker than expected, sent me a price that night, Which I accepted as he was recommended by another trusted company. He found a gap in his schedule, came the following day and dropped off most of his equipment and built up the scaffolding, ready for next day. Arrived onsite 7.30 next morning and cracked on, not even stopping for a cuppa! Replaced both valleys on the roof with a maintainance free product, thoroughly cleaned the site, took every bit of waste away so you couldn't tell they had been there. Highly satisfied. If, like me you are ‘apprehensive’ about letting unknown Roofing Contractors near your roof this company is for you. Picked randomly from Google I was lucky their name came up. They are local to me and I was totaly impressed with the professionalism of Joel, who came to do the quote for storm damage to tiles and guttering and their following quote with links to a website showing their staff, vans and giving examples of their work. Despite the bad weather I was listed ASAP and have had the work done after waiting only 8 days., Again the work was done professionally and it was a fair price, and inline with what my insurance company said it should cost, a little less in fact. I have kept their number and I will definately be passing DPR’s details to any friends or family needing roof repairs from a trusted contractor. 100% recommended. PL

Craig came out 4 quote to price up full roof l8er it came via email,decided 4 roof repair coming l8er to quote friendly no trouble for help.After some thought decided to go with replacement roof as less than 10k & roof 50+ years old excellent choice of tile types ,colours,2 thickness,awaiting for site manager nick to contact for job to be started.Dean rang 6/11/24 to say scaffold coming 8/11/24 from us 10am then reroof 11/11/24 8am both dates on time, this was done in a day! with loads of roofers, cleared up mess & even removed old carpet in loft with no trouble,great set of lads .At the end showed photo's before of stripped roof ( what a mess) & afterwards such an improvement comes with 20 year guarantee .If roofers needed these are highly recommended well worth it for the price
