We got a quote for our bay window roof doing, they came over and gave us professional images and a quote pack that also included photos of the current state of the roof. They came out cheaper than another roofer with a much longer guarantee so we proceeded. Communication was excellent from DPR and the end result was spot on. We received before, during repair and after photos. There was good communication afterwards when we needed the scaffolding removed too and they did all that side. We'll need a full new roof within the next few years and this will be the first company I contact for a quote.

Our once shabby asbestos covered garage (which leaked) now has a really smart, coloured metal, water-tight finish to it. DPR were great from start to finish. The survey was comprehensive and the surveyor was able to provide answers to all my questions as well guide me through how the new roof would work. The workmen who completed the job were polite, friendly and left the site clean and tidy. I would recommend this company.

The roofers from DPR roofing arrived when they said that they would, they were polite, kept us informed of the process, and were helpful if we had questions. From what we can see of the roof repairs from the ground, the work is very neat and professional.

DPR quickly and effectively completed extensive work on my damaged, leaking roof in July 2024, removing all 3 crumbling chimney stacks and fitting new ridges. They also arranged for robust scaffolding to be put in place for the duration of their work. Their costs were fully explained, and payment was straightforward.

Woke up to find water coming through my ceiling due to what I assumed was storm/wind damage. Called this company and a roofer was here within half an hour and got the slipped tiles fixed immediately. Good price too!

Fantastic work from the guys at NC Roofing. Really pleased with the quality of their work and their professionalism and communication throughout. From attending to give a quote to completion of the work they clearly explained (and showed with photos) what was required and what they had done. Have heard so many horror stories about roofers (and had some dodgy ones give me quotes both much higher and unrealistically much lower) but pleased and relieved to find NC Roofing and can definitely recommend.

1000% recommend these guys. Had some roofing work done by another company and it failed within the first week of being installed. After being recommended NC we decided to get a quote to fix what the previous roofers had done. We were really happy with the quote and these guys did their absolute best to get us in before the new year. Work looks excellent (and no more leaking!). We had a dry verge installed last year by someone from Checkatrade, but they did such a poor job that it started falling off after just 10 months. Thankfully, we got in touch with these roofers, who provided a competitive price and excellent service. They installed a new dry verge properly, securing it with wooden battens for extra durability. They even went the extra mile by replacing a few cracked tiles for free using spare materials they had on hand. I would highly recommend them for any roofing work.

Excellent service! Really lovely positive attitudes from the lads who worked hard each day until sun had gone down. Had my roof reridged and my chimney reflaunched, repointed and storm dried. We are absolutely delighted with our new roof! Huge thanks to Jake and his team who have transformed our house - no more leaks! Our roof was in its original state with no felt and with most of the back pointing having dropped off. Now newly felted, smart new ridge tiles and facias. They have given great attention to detail such as realigning the bay window tiles to horizontal and a neat cuff round the soil pipe. His whole team were really friendly, efficient and polite. We had quotes from other local roofing companies, who were slow to respond or left us waiting for years without proper communication. Jake was really prompt at getting back to us with a fantastic and highly competetive quote and got on with the work in just a couple of months. We'd definitely recommend him!

From start to finish “customer service” was Steve and Steve’s priority. I was worried about having no kitchen for many weeks as the kitchen is my happy place. I asked the Steves to “bring me solutions not problems” and that is exactly what they did. From dealing with other tradespeople (to coordinate our dream), dealing with supply issues, a supplier design error they identified and rectified and a number of other “add ons” as we went, nothing was too much trouble. These guys just sort problems with you. As you can see from the images this was not an ordinary kitchen refit and came (as they all do) with its fair share of surprises. We are really happy with the finished project and would not hesitate to go to these guys again. We cannot recommend Steve and Steve highly enough. If you are hesitating, don’t. You won’t regret it.

Jason did a full reroof on my property as it was still the original roofing and was crumbling to pieces, with no insulation. He was very honest and hardworking, he wanted to make every detail perfect and the result was fantastic. I chose Donnard grey tiles which look really nice in contrast to my white render.
