A super experience from start to finish! Easy to contact, very flexible with making appointment times and a very competitive price. We had a very old, non-working house alarm which we wanted up and running again. This was done with no fuss and very quickly and efficiently. West Yorkshire Electrics recently undertook an EICR, upgraded our consumer unit and installed some sockets in the garage. Jamie was very helpful in arranging the works quickly and talking us through the process. Josh undertook the work without fault. Very friendly and professional throughout the process. I've employed West Yorkshire Electrical for two jobs, one replacing an induction hob, the other installing an outdoor security light, and cannot rate them highly enough. Everything from getting a quote to the finished job was done efficiently and the customer service was excellent. Josh even hung a mirror for me in the lounge after he'd fished installing the light! A great all-round service and at the right price!

Ashley was fantastic, so much so I have had in back for a few jobs. Big or small he is happy to help. Ashley installed new lights and cleaned up after (a rare from my experience). he chased and fixed my old odd wiring finding the route of the problem. Then fitted plugs for my new tv which is in the middle of my wall. No more messy wires. Ashley prices a great, he was happy to quote me on jobs with no pressure to book. His quote beat all my other quotes as did his service. Ashley was wonderful with my big dog and very understanding of the impact his visit and work would have on my two autistic boys.
