Jason rewired our old cottage a few years ago and we were very happy with his work and professional approach. We decided to install home security recently and approached Jason for advice, he spent a long time with us talking through options and walking us through the best products for our needs. He and his team fitted the alarm and CCTV this week and we were blown away again by the respect and sensitivity they showed us and our home, their timekeeping was spot on, they cleaned up beautifully and Aaron and Sam very patiently spent time with us explaining how everything worked. I can recommend JCH Electrical Services without hesitation and would absolutely chose them again for any electrical work.

A super experience from start to finish! Easy to contact, very flexible with making appointment times and a very competitive price. We had a very old, non-working house alarm which we wanted up and running again. This was done with no fuss and very quickly and efficiently. I was kept up to date and all appointments were kept punctually. To top it all off, very friendly and approachable guy did all the work. Very happy, and would definitely use this company again. I highly recommend Adam. He completed a full electrical survey and hot tub wiring for us over the course of a couple of days. Adam is easy to communicate with and explained things as he went along. We had other work under way at the same time, which meant that he had to work with and around other professionals, which he did without issue. He is upfront about pricing, giving a quote followed by a detailed report and bill upon completion. If only every person was as pleasant to work with as Adam, getting tricky jobs done around the house would be a dream.

Steve (and team) worked on my house for about 3 years through covid. Full rewire (and certificates) including running Ethernet cable to every room. Always came back to help on small issues and despite the job dragging, was very reasonable priced. It’s hard to find reliable workmen but Steve is trustworthy and competitively priced to boot!

Dale (and Sam) did a superb job for us: 2 separate Solar PV arrays, a battery / inverter combo and a car charger. Dale thought about what we wanted and searched out what was the best fit for us. Even revising the design when he found new options at better value for us. Dale is knowledgeable and enthusiastic about getting it right and giving great support right through the process. The work was efficiently done and both the installation itself and the work area during and after installation was really neat and tidy. Excellent service and a great overall experience. We had a few quotes for solar and Dale was the only one to come out and survey the house prior to providing a quote. Throughout the quotation process Dale was always open and responsive, helping us make decisions about equipment and setup. Once Dale and Sam were on site their professionalism and service were excellent and this did not falter throughout the full week they were with us. They were always open and transparent about everything that was going on throughout the installation and used the time to help us address other electrical issues such as an outdated fuse box. Dale and Sam have also been incredibly attentive once the system was up and running providing detailed post installation paperwork, checking on system performance and helping us iron out any bugs. We would highly recommend Persson Electrical both as electricians and solar specialists. They made what was a very daunting and intimidating home upgrade a very enjoyable experience.

Dale and his team did a fantastic job on our solar installation. Dale is extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic about solar and gave us loads of advice and support on making our installation as efficient and user friendly as possible. He worked tirelessly to get the project completed, even though he and his team had to work unsocial hours to fit around other contractors on site. His work was tidy and efficient and he has left us with a system which does everything that we planned and more than we expected and we know that Dale is only a phone-call away if we ever have any questions. Before we installed our system we were bombarded by companies who wanted the work - many of which, whilst quoting unbelievably low prices, did not instil confidence. I didn't know Dale before he installed our panels and we approached him because he was local and his knowledge and enthusiasm was immediately apparent. If you're planning a solar installation or any electrical work I would have no hesitation in wholeheartedly recommending Dale and his team.

Great service. Installer arrived as promised on time and a day when the weather can only be described as inclement at best with snow and wind. He worked outside to get the job done with minimal power disruption to us and the finished installation looks brilliant with all cables to the unit concealed out of view. Dan fitted our Ohme EV charger on the day we arranged. I cannot fault the job and he was very pleasant and efficient. My only reason for not giving five stars is because I had to chase them several times as they didn’t respond to emails promptly. Would I recommend them? Yes.
