I've employed West Yorkshire Electrical for two jobs, one replacing an induction hob, the other installing an outdoor security light, and cannot rate them highly enough. Everything from getting a quote to the finished job was done efficiently and the customer service was excellent. Josh even hung a mirror for me in the lounge after he'd fished installing the light! A great all-round service and at the right price!

West Yorkshire Electrics recently undertook an EICR, upgraded our consumer unit and installed some sockets in the garage. Jamie was very helpful in arranging the works quickly and talking us through the process. Josh undertook the work without fault. Very friendly and professional throughout the process. Matt was recommended to us by our neighbour. He has been punctual and polite. The work he has undertaken has been carried out with minimal disruption and finished neatly with good quality products. All required certification has been provided promptly and submitted to the relevant bodies on our behalf. He’s a pleasant chap and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him myself or to call on him again should the need arise.

Matt recently installed some new spot lights in the kitchen, and fixed various electrical issues around the house. All done in one day to a good standard and Matt consulted throughout to ensure I was happy with the work/knew what was being done. I could not recommend Fletcher Electric enough! Matt saved the day when our previous electrician dropped out half way through our kitchen renovation. He quickly got to grips with the wiring that had been installed by the previous electrician and clearly explained to us what work was outstanding. No question was too big or small for Matt and he spent a long time answering our queries. Matt was reliable, skilled, fairly priced and friendly. He even suggested ways to optimise lighting in our kitchen - which looks fab! Go with Matt, you won’t be disappointed.

Matt replaced our consumer unit in December and completed a full electrical safety certificate on the property. This identified a number of issues with a recent kitchen installation which he managed to resolve despite a busy schedule. What a great experience. I called in a panic as my electric had gone off. We talked through on the phone and discovered the issue lay with Northern power grid. They provided the emergency number and even checked in later that day to check if all was resolved. I needed an EICR certificate for my house as just about to rent it out and didn’t know this was the law/regs now until agent said. I used Check-a-Trader and these got back to me promptly with a quote and dates/times available. I came and checked out their reviews and had others coming back to me but these were really competitive and reviews were great. I wasn’t disappointed. 3 engineers turned up on time and were all courteous, smart, took their shoes off! Plus they were professional and helped to repair a fault on a socket while testing the whole house wiring. Took them a good while and they were really thorough. I expected to receive an invoice way over the quote but within 2 days I had the comprehensive certificate and the invoice as quoted. Very impressed so don’t be wary, these guys stick to their promises and do a great job. I’ll only put up a review if really bad or exceptional. These were exceptional and so has their customer service in the office and response times. I’d give 6 stars if I could.

We needed to get a house inspected and the electrics checked over, we contacted 24-7 Electrical who came over as promised and gave us sound advice as to what was needed in the property. They came back and disconnected the electrics but installed a socket so that some power could be used. Chris and his team were very helpful in sorting this out and got it all done as promised in no time at all. This is a very reliable and helpful Company and we recommend them to anyone that needs electrical advice / work. They have carried out jobs for us before and the guys have always been brilliant to deal with, always helpful and polite.
