Mark and Jamie did a fantastic job on our new Kitchen. They were very good at trouble shooting problems we had with our property in order to get the best outcome for us. Would not hesitate recommending or using Christelball Joinery in the future.

We have had ChristelBall Joinery to do quite a bit of work for us at our house since we moved and we can't speak highly enough of them. The quality of their craftsmanship is excellent and the price was very good. Friendly service,clean,tidy & always turn up on time. In the kitchen we had them fit our engineered oak flooring,tri-fold oak doors,cottage style oak pantry door,new skirting and architrave,stud work with over boarding to create 2nd level ceiling for the extension and finally fitting the new kitchen including solid oak work tops. They were also able to make us matching solid oak window sills to match the worktops. We think it looks great and have had so many positive comments on it from friends and neighbours. Since then they have been back again to build our chimney breast TV unit/wall,fitted units with oak tops in the alcoves either side and an oak shelf under the TV for our soundbar. New skirting all round and a second oak cottage style door with matching oak window sill was also fitted. They've really helped us realise what we wanted to do with the downstairs of our house and we can't recommend them highly enough. It looks better than we ever could have hoped for. Later this year we will be starting upstairs and will 100% be using ChristelBall joinery for our wardrobes and any other joinery work we need.

Ben built us a large bespoke utility cupboard with an adjoining dresser unit, made to match the style and colour of our existing kitchen units. He discussed our requirements, made suggestions, produced diagrams and worked around our builders. We have been very impressed with the quality of work. The soft-close drawers and shelves take a substantial weight of china and bottles! I would definitely recommend Ben and hope to use him again for other projects in the future.

I wanted to replace my modern UPVC door with one more in keeping with my house. Adam helped me find an original door in the right size, then cut it to fit, sorted out locks and door furniture, made a frame and installed it for me. It's perfect and I couldn't be more thrilled. He's a joy to have around.

Amazing work on our full wall fitted shelves from start to finish, Adam helped us with design and did all the hard work on this great build and installation. We're so happy with the results. The detail such as the soft close doors and the moveable shelves as well as the lights make all the difference. Already thinking about our next Boy on Branch project. Would recommend.

We had a new staircase fitted by Brownhirst Joinery recently. Dave designed, manufactured and installed everything from start to finish. All the guy’s were friendly and polite and always left site clean and tidy at the end of day, any small change or problem was always dealt with straight away resulting in a great finished job.

We took David on to fit some new worktops and re tile our kitchen. The kitchen is an awkward shape and thus the accurate cutting and fitting of the worktops was absolutely key to the whole job. We had sourced the Oak worktops ourselves and it did not help David to find that one of the six sections was 'cupped' quite seriously, with all the sections over in width. David didn't let these problems, of my causing, bother him and just got on with his work which was undertaken for the most part single handed. He worked efficiently and quickly and once he had finished you could not tell where the previously cupped section of worktop had been fitted because the joints were so beautifully tight and perfect. I had to marvel at the accuracy and the finish achieved. David organised a separate tiling team to come in after him and these lads were top class also working speedily and accurately in order to complete the work in one day. I believe that he is mainly involved in kitchens but I would happily recommend David to anyone who is looking for a first class cabinet maker's finish to any wood working project. Just had a dishwasher fully integrated by David today, absolutely buzzing with it. David did all the plumbing, fitted a new double plug and fully integrated a new door into an existing cabinet himself. Super quick too. Communication was 10/10 at all times as he ordered our new kitchen cabinet door for us. 100% highly recommend, 5*. Cheers!!

This is the second time I’ve used Dave at Brownhirst Joinery to install my new kitchen and I didn’t even consider using anyone else! It was a much bigger job this time - including knocking down a wall to make my kitchen and living space open plan, re-routing pipes, re-plastering, reconfiguring internal door locations to comply with fire regs, installing new radiators, new flooring throughout and installing a beautiful new kitchen - as well as all the electrics & plumbing. Not only was it finished to incredibly high standards, Dave has a real eye for detail and made recommendations on layout and design to me along the way. He project manages everything end to end which is a huge benefit to the service he provides. And it was all completed in 3 weeks! Outstanding! Fully recommend Brownhirst Joinery - professional, super efficient and will go over and above!

Paddy built a fitted tv unit and floating shelves for us and we are very happy with them! They look great and are very sturdy. He designed the tv unit to fit everything we had in our previous freestanding unit and so we could still access the plug sockets. He was friendly, helpful and punctual, and managed to keep the work within our budget. Thanks Paddy!

Dale's work was fantastic. Fitted several rooms of architrave and skirting (across some very uneven walls) and made them fit seamlessly, as well as constructing the internals of a built in wardrobe. He went to great lengths to understand exactly what I wanted and made me aware of the various pros and cons of the options available. We wanted to update the skirting and architraves around our landing. Dale listened, made suggestions and made it sound easy, which it was for us! We hired Brad and the team to re-design our downstairs space. We wanted to knock through the existing walls to extend our kitchen into some of the unused garage. This required structural steel work, rebuilding internal walls and fitting a new kitchen with all electrics and plumbing. From day one Brad was fantastic. His levels of communication meant we always knew what was happening and he coordinated the team really well. We still can’t believe how quickly the work was completed and to such a high standard and quality. Brad and the team were friendly, honest and professional. They cleaned up each day and always put in full days with us. We have recommended Brad to a number of friends and would not hesitate to use him again for future projects.

Have been dying to write this review but wanted to add the pictures of what I knew would be an amazing job! We hired Bradley and his team to fit our new kitchen. Bradley came highly recommended from friends where he'd recently completed an excellent quality job. Right from the off Bradley was on hand to answer any questions and was very patient and understanding with my uncertainty and nerves, assuring me there was no such thing as a silly question when spending money on something big like a new kitchen. Brad and his team got the kitchen fitted in the super quick time of just over a week and a half, cleaning up each day before leaving. They also custom built a seating area with hidden storage and I really liked that they only work on one job at a time, not jumping from job to job and leaving you with half finished work. The attention to detail was amazing and they went above and beyond in the weeks before Christmas and worked around some unexpected issues when prep-ing the space. I was late ordering our flooring but Bradley fitted us in at short notice and has just been back (on a Saturday) to lay the floor and mount some custom shelves made from left over solid wood worktop. As with the main kitchen fit, the team cleaned and tidied up before leaving. I am over the moon with the finished kitchen, it has far exceeded my expectations and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bradley and the rest of the guys at Anderson Joinery Services!

Dear Tom, Just to say how delighted we are with the cabinets either side of the media wall. They look amazing! You completed my vision and you made it an easy process from start to finish. I particularly liked that I was informed at every stage of the process and although I made several changes before the final sign off, nothing was too much trouble. Ed and Jason who fitted the cabinets are meticulous, they took great care, a real credit to the company. They appreciated that I am an exacting client, but I don’t think it would have made any difference whether I am or not, their workmanship is second to none and I’m sure that they apply the same high standards in every installation. I have had the pleasure of working with Tom Maxwell on several occasions but this is the latest media unit Tom designed and built for my client. The work he did was superb and our meetings with the myself and my client were both concise and easy to understand especially for the client. The material used were laminate and American Black Walnut which are beautiful to work with and gave my client exactly what he required - I look forward to many more project where Tom and I can work together going forward

We needed to change the layout of one side of our kitchen but were happy with the other three sides which had good quality units. Unfortunately these were no longer in production so we gave Tom the challenge of producing the new units to match the existing ones as closely as possible. He did a brilliant job. Friends and family have also been most impressed by the results. The quality of the work and attention to detail was superb. Both Tom and Ed, his workshop manager, are perfectionists. Ed, who did the installation, clearly has a passion for his work and enjoyed the challenge. He and his assistants were incredibly hard working, considerate and a pleasure to have in our home. Tom also has contacts he can call in for other skills as needed and at short notice if unexpected problems arise. Those involved with our project also did excellent work. Though the price might seem a little high it was not vastly more than the good quality ready made units we had looked at but which wouldn’t have matched. The extra was well worth the cost, having the advantage of making maximum use of the available space with individually made units. We highly recommend the company, especially for any non-standard work.

Tom and his team have just finished installing a media wall and complementary cabinets and shelving on the opposite walls. The result is stunning and has exceeded our expectations. Prior to this he designed and fitted our wardrobes and is in the process of fitting further wardrobes and various units. He offers a truly bespoke service and never seems daunted by unusual or difficult designs, always relishing and rising to the challenge, bringing style and flair to the finished product. The attention to detail and range of materials is breathtaking and we are in awe of the workmanship which goes into making such beautiful pieces of furniture. Tom ensured that we were involved in the design process and offered flexibility over price and changes to the specification. The skills of Edward and Jason in making and fitting our units are exemplary. They plan for minimum disruption during the fitting process and work to exacting and meticulous standards. We feel very fortunate to have found such an exceptional company who show commitment and customer service in every aspect of their work.
