I wanted to replace my modern UPVC door with one more in keeping with my house. Adam helped me find an original door in the right size, then cut it to fit, sorted out locks and door furniture, made a frame and installed it for me. It's perfect and I couldn't be more thrilled. He's a joy to have around.

We wanted a bespoke banquette for our dining area and Adam did an amazing job of designing, building and fitting it. He worked with us to put the design together but put his own unIque spin into the details of the banquette. He is very skilled at what he does and we are very happy with the final piece.

I commissioned a cabin bed, with a separate desk underneath, for my son. When it was finished, and in place, I had no idea it would be so AMAZING!!! I knew it would be good, but when I saw the lovely different textures and colours of the wood, the clever joints as the bed has no nails or screws-it looks so unique and beautiful, as does the desk. Adam listened to what we wanted, and added ideas of his own, I would definitely recommend and will ask him to make more things for us🙂

Quality of workmanship is second to none and attention to detail excellent. I had two bay windows and a bedroom window bespoke made to fit a 100 year old house including original stained glass panels. I was passed Billy’s details as a recommendation for a magnet kitchen I was having installed. Dealing with Billy has been refreshing and easy. He’s honest, provided great advice, explaining clearly the process regarding the full project, he has consulted me fully throughout and been extremely reliable. We couldn't recommend Billy more! He recently fitted our kitchen and did an incredible job. He was very attentive and thorough, he checked with us every step of the way and was happy to help out with other odd jobs that came up. He also recommended and orchestrated all other work we needed doing (electrics, plumbing and plastering) and worked to resolve any hiccup that came up, meaning we had very little to look after and worry about. On top of this, Billy has been popping in when needed to finish jobs after other work has been completed to make sure everything is to the highest standard and has been lovely to be around. Have been dying to write this review but wanted to add the pictures of what I knew would be an amazing job! We hired Bradley and his team to fit our new kitchen. Bradley came highly recommended from friends where he'd recently completed an excellent quality job. Right from the off Bradley was on hand to answer any questions and was very patient and understanding with my uncertainty and nerves, assuring me there was no such thing as a silly question when spending money on something big like a new kitchen. Brad and his team got the kitchen fitted in the super quick time of just over a week and a half, cleaning up each day before leaving. They also custom built a seating area with hidden storage and I really liked that they only work on one job at a time, not jumping from job to job and leaving you with half finished work. The attention to detail was amazing and they went above and beyond in the weeks before Christmas and worked around some unexpected issues when prep-ing the space. I was late ordering our flooring but Bradley fitted us in at short notice and has just been back (on a Saturday) to lay the floor and mount some custom shelves made from left over solid wood worktop. As with the main kitchen fit, the team cleaned and tidied up before leaving. I am over the moon with the finished kitchen, it has far exceeded my expectations and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bradley and the rest of the guys at Anderson Joinery Services!

We hired Brad and the team to re-design our downstairs space. We wanted to knock through the existing walls to extend our kitchen into some of the unused garage. This required structural steel work, rebuilding internal walls and fitting a new kitchen with all electrics and plumbing. From day one Brad was fantastic. His levels of communication meant we always knew what was happening and he coordinated the team really well. We still can’t believe how quickly the work was completed and to such a high standard and quality. Brad and the team were friendly, honest and professional. They cleaned up each day and always put in full days with us. We have recommended Brad to a number of friends and would not hesitate to use him again for future projects.

Ben built us a large bespoke utility cupboard with an adjoining dresser unit, made to match the style and colour of our existing kitchen units. He discussed our requirements, made suggestions, produced diagrams and worked around our builders. We have been very impressed with the quality of work. The soft-close drawers and shelves take a substantial weight of china and bottles! I would definitely recommend Ben and hope to use him again for other projects in the future.

We've been struggling off and on for a few years with coving that runs above some shelving either side of a chimney breast and eventually one section fell off completely. So we decided we had to resolve this once and for all, we'd seen some potential options online and started looking around for a suitable trade person to solve this problem. We eventually found Carl at Cookridge Carpentry and his response was prompt and positive. Following a couple of 'false starts' we finally hit on a solution that we could proceed with when he provided a rough dummy. Carl turned up when he said he would and grafted really hard to make sure we reached the result we were looking for. His work was very clean and tidy with little mess, which was surprising. He also spent plenty of time cleaning up after himself on both days. Both local and quality result... winner! We would have no hesitation in recommending Cookridge Carpentry for appropriate work, very professional throughout.

Excellent joinery - Tony built a toy storage book nook under our stairs, a bespoke fitted wardrobe and 3 floating shelves. Tony fitted our kitchen a couple months ago and it's still my favourite room in the house. What we thought was a quick switcheroo when we bought our new home turned out to be a lot more work than planned. I am honestly still amazed at how much Tony did and how near and tidy his workmanship (especially considering he was flying solo). A couple of years ago my wife and I were looking at options regarding moving house or expanding our current house. We had a new arrival on the way and so wanted more room for our expanding family. We got Mark in to give us a quote and talk us through the process of having a loft conversion. In the end we went with the loft conversion and it is the best decision we ever made. Mark and his his team were fantastic throughout. The professionalism and skill of Mark and his team was outstanding and the results of the conversion are stunning. The building regs people commented it was the best one they had seen and were particularly impressed with the way it seamlessly blended the old with the new. In short, if you are thinking of having a loft conversion done, MRK a will not let you down. I have since had Mark complete works for my mum on her conservatory and some other joinery works on my house. Like us my mum was delighted with the work completed.

Mark built me a loft conversion and totally remodled the downstairs of my very run down 1030's bungalow. He virtually built me a new house including replacing joists and floors, lowering floors, new windows, new kitchen, moving the existing front door. At every step of the way Mark and his team were brilliant. Mark is great at communicating and always returns a call. He quoted for all work upfront and quoted for changes as they came up. He worked to Architectural specifications but had some great and practical ideas to improve layout as issues came up. Where he needed to bring in other trades they always worked to his standards and were really nice people. I can't recommend him highly enough he is honest, reliable and a total professional.

Dan did an incredible job installing our understairs shoe storage and bar—10 out of 10! His attention to detail was second to none, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He even got on well with our cat, who constantly tried to "help" by getting in the way! After we painted the cupboards, Dan kindly popped back to fit the handles, which was much appreciated. We had five quotes for this job, and Dan delivered twice the work for half the price. Highly recommend!

Dan did such a fantastic job in our lounge, building us 2 beautiful alcove cupboards, 4 floating shelves and a superb fireplace surround and mantelpiece all in solid oak. We were so impressed that we also got him to make a bespoke unit for our vinyl and turntable.. Throughout the whole process, including navigating the covid lockdown, Dan gave us great ideas and guidance but really listened to what we wanted. He turned up when he said he would. He finished on time and was very competitively and fairly priced. Dan is also just a very nice guy who you feel confident about leaving in your house.
