First time at the practice and I had a great experience. The clinic is clean, beautiful, modern and so welcoming. The staff were all so lovely and I had an appointment with the Bossman James. So kind and caring and instantly made me reassured. He was thorough, evidence based and decisive and I felt very comfortable in his confidence and care. Having a clinic myself, I can appreciate the nuances of making patients feel at ease and Langdale ticked all the boxes. My little boy has been coming here since 2022 and the staff are always lovely with him. He's super nervous in clinical settings but the staff are so reassuring and caring towards him and try their hardest to make it a calm and happy experience for him.

At 75 years old I have had a few different dentists in my life, but I have never had one has good as Jonathan at Farsley Dental, he is not only excellent at his work, but takes time to explain what he is doing, and as a patient laid on your back it’s very reassuring. Jon as now done 7 implants in my move and I cannot recommend him highly enough

I have had some expensive work done, some not so expensive work done and I have had just worries. It hasn't mattered at all. The treatment has always been reassuring and pleasant as going to the dentist can be. The team reassure me. They make time to help me with having injections which was a problem for me but they take the dentists and nurses have always taken plenty of time to make comfortable. And the reception team are always cheerful. It's a professional place,bin an easy going style.

As I walked in to reception, the team were very friendly and the environment was warm and comforting. The dentist’s room was very clean and well kept. Dr Khulod was very gentle, caring and explained all my treatment options as well as answered all my (many) questions (I am always quite nervous when attending the dentist). This made me feel confident in the treatment I was receiving. This is by far and wide the best dental experience I have had so far and I am now going to be a returning customer! I would highly recommend them if want high quality care in Leeds.

I recently signed up as a patient at the dental architect and have just finished my whitening and composite bonding process. Every experience I’ve had from general check ups to the bonding process has been seamless from all staff. I had old bonding which needed replacing and Khulod has done a perfect job of this! The level of detail she was able to provide me was amazing and has noticed issued/ways I can improve my dental heath that no other dentist has informed me of before. I cant recommend the dental architect and Khulod enough and even have friends and family who have now been in contact about treatments for themselves.

My daughter has just completed a course of treatment including a root canal, whitening and composite bonding following an accident to her teeth when she was 10 (now 16). Following orthodontic treatment her teeth were perfectly straight but the front 2 were discoloured from the trauma. The Dental Architect have been amazing, from our first visit when they explained what they could do for her to today when she picked up her new set of retainers. Khulod made the whole experience a pleasant one, she was friendly and reassured my daughter that she would give her a perfect smile which she most certainly has. The practice is a lovely space and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

This dental practice is so good. All the staff are lovely. My appointment today was with a dentist that had just started at the practice today. He was one of the nicest people I have met. He explained everything to me in terms I understood. Just hope he stays.

So lucky to have a dentist as good as this that have given me the chance to as an NHS patient, not that you are treated any differently. To start with, the reception staff are great, really friendly and make you feel relaxed, the dentist and assistant on the day of my treatment, were brilliant, explaining everything, step by step. Please don't be fooled by the exterior of the building, the place is extremely clean and very well equipped. All in all, great staff, would 100% recommend this practice. Thank you 👍

The staff are very welcoming. Like the fact they send you a reminder text a couple of days before your appointment. I have been having trouble with my gums bleeding but with the advice from the dentist, this has nearly gone Completely. Absolutely fantastic place, the attention to detail, compassion, and understanding is amazing. As someone who struggles with severe anxiety I was put at ease the moment I stepped through the door. I visited the Leeds branch today and I must say it was a very pleasant and relaxing experience. I was treated by Dr. Dharmesh who was extremely patient, professional and informative. Felt that I was in good hands. A gentleman called Liam attended to me to help with sorting out the payment for my treatment. He made me a coffee and was extremely professional respectful and guided me through the process. I know these gentlemen were just doing their jobs however in today’s day a real pleasant customer experience seems to be lacking and I felt that they set a very good example of how things should done. 👏🏾

Fantastic practice, all staff are caring and friendly, funny and put you at ease.. Our whole family attend this practice. Dentist explains everything so it’s understandable, there is never any pressure to have work done, they just look after you as if you were their own family! Hygienist is lovely, so friendly and does a fantastic job. It’s like meeting friends, we all love visiting the dentist even the kids! We all highly recommend them. As usual, my latest appointment at Leeds City Dental Care went smooth, very efficiently & with little delay. It's been like this since my first inspection in November 2017. The surgery building itself is a lovely historic building of 2 floors. I would recommend anybody looking for a dental practice in Leeds, to give this practice a try 👍

I highly recommend Dr Patel and the team at infinity dental clinic. From day one of the initial assessment to completion of dental implant, the journey over the course of one year, they were amazing, professional and went above and beyond. After the initial consultation, Dr Patel came up with a thorough report of the bespoke treatment plan, cost, expected time frame and alternative options. When it comes to scheduling appointments, team tried their best to be flexible and accommodate my tight schedule. The entire procedure was uneventful under expert hand. Now, my teeth really feel and look natural. I have never been happier. I only wish I had done it sooner.

I have just completed my treatment at Ivory dental with Brad and his team. It's been a lengthy process due to the complex bridge work and alignment. But I have to say that the end results are outstanding. The professionalism, care and attention to detail from Brad and his team at Ivory Dental really is First Class.
