Very impressed with this dentist - we booked for a same day appointment online and couldn't be happier with the service! The dentist Dr Butler went out of his way to make my partner comfortable and everything was quick, pain free and efficient. Would happily recommend to everyone, especially those nervous about going to the dentist.

Just back from an emergency appointment where I had a tooth extraction. I am a very nervous patient but have to say Dr Lewis and Daisy were absolutely brilliant with me, so caring and understanding of my issues. The whole appointment from start to finish was nothing less than perfect and totally painless despite my shaking like a jelly on a plate. I was aware that I would need some other work done which Dr Lewis agrees however he did not pressure me at all into taking any sort of treatment plan until I am ready to. Thank you both and I look forward to finally getting my teeth sorted.

I had to get an emergency dentist appointment last week at Advanced Dental, and what a great experience, got an appointment near enough straight away, i felt at ease as soon as i got there, it was very efficient and everything got explained really well. i would highly recommend.

Dr Lewis was fantastic and I would 100% recommend. I went here as an emergency appointment over the weekend as I was in an incredible amount of pain, I was seen the very same day and he managed to completely get rid of the pain I'd been experiencing for weeks in the very first appointment. I went back yesterday for a root canal and filling and will continue to visit this dentist in the future. Thank you

Last week I had to have an emergency dentist appointment after being in a ridiculous amount of pain, (i am absolutely petrified of dentists) I managed to get an appointment the same day, was welcomed by a lovely reception team who made me feel at ease straight away, and then into a room with Dr Lewis, who made the experience so relaxed and explained everything in detail to help. I had to have a tooth extraction and managed to get booked in the following week, the experience itself was fast and I didn’t feel a thing, again the staff were lovely and made everything feel so calm and easy.

Today was .my first visit to Advance Dental Care for an emergency extraction, I was very nervous about the procedure but Dr. Lewis and Evie put my mind at ease. I can honestly say that my visit was the best experience at a dentists I've ever had. The practice is pristine and all the staff are polite and welcoming. I would highly recommend Advance Dental Care.

I am a patient at Advance Dental Care and I cannot praise them too highly. I have been with the practice for over 40 years and have received excellent service both from Mark, Lewis' father, and, now the baton has been passed to Lewis, it has been picked up and run with very smoothly indeed. Lewis is one of the nicest people you could ever wish to meet. He is so very welcoming, extremely kind and a credit to his profession. I think of some of the dreadful experiences of 'the school dentist' when I was a girl-they seem a different breed to Lewis and his dad. All the staff at the practice are a delight, again warm and welcoming. Sophie, my hygienist, is always bright and chatty and leaves me with a sparkling mouth!!! I would say to anyone who is looking for a new dentist or if you are afraid of dental treatment look no further than Advance-you will be grateful you found them as I always have been.

I’d heard good things about the Dental Studio so decided to have Invisalign with them. 12 months on and the end result has been so worthwhile for me, but surprisingly I found myself enjoying the whole journey to a point whereby I’m now almost disappointed it’s all over and my teeth are straight! 🤣 I’ve now joined this practice, as have my whole family because of the quality of service we’ve received. Always had a fear of dentists even to the point of fainting so Gemma introduced me to The Dental Studio. Ever since first walking in the whole team have been amazing and made feel relaxed. I’ve had Invisalign completed by these guys to which they said would take around 12 months. However because they are superb it’s only taken 21 weeks!! Chelsie and Jayni have been amazing from the start and Gemma always helps me above and beyond. I’ve now signed for here to become by full dentist for everything in the future. I look forward to going to each appointment to have a catch up with everyone in reception!! Now Looking forward to by bonding after meeting Martina today who is great. 100% recommend!!!!

Recently signed up with The Dental Studio, having moved to the area last year. Wow, what a great experience. Everyone is just so nice, from patient registration to appointments, everything has been super smooth. My first appointment was with Anastasia. She was incredible. Not only was she super lovely and caring, she took the time to properly examine all of my teeth, including taking various x-rays to verify work that had been done previously, and recommending a comprehensive treatment plan. Today I had a hygienist appointment with Gemma. Whilst this can normally be quite scary due to the noise of the equipment, Gemma put me at ease, gave me lots of breaks and we even laughed a few times. Having had some bad dentist experiences in the past, it’s super refreshing to join a clinic where all the staff seem to genuinely enjoy their job and provide such a caring approach to patient treatment. Treatment fees are in line with other private clinics and payment plans are available to suit different needs. In terms of appointment bookings, you get confirmation email and texts. Highly recommend.

I have just been to see the hygienist (Susan) and she was fantastic. This is the best hygienist appointment I have had whilst I have been coming to the dental studio. Susan is an asset to your team and I would recommend her to anyone! I am not sure who her assistant was this morning but they were also really friendly and deserve positive feedback.

I have had my silver fillings removed and replaced by Daniela and her work is absolutely stunning! The new fillings look just like natural teeth and I couldn’t be happier! The nurses really go out of their way to make you comfortable during treatment and the reception lady is always lovely and chatty. I’m really pleased with my results and I’m excited to start my orthotic treatment now the old metal fillings are no longer bothering me. Thank you again for all the hard work you have put in restoring my teeth. Tara x

I had a composite bonding procedure carried out by Daniella, and I have to say that despite the usual anxiety one gets when visiting a dentist, the experience was non other than a pleasurable one when I saw the unbelievable transformation she has made to my teeth. I’m not sure that anyone else in the UK would be capable of transforming my smile to this effect/standard! This place is highly recommended! It’s safe to say that I’ll be a regular customer of Smile Design Studio from now on.

Have been visiting smile design studio over last few months and most recently for a root canal treatment. The service from Daniel and the team has been amazing they were very accommodating to emergency consultations and follow ups, highly recommend them for any dental treatment the service they have given me has been faultless and have been happy to assist and provide honest advice.

I have been to a couple of sessions now (not done yet) and I can say that obviously I have not felt any pain at all before and after the procedures. Also everyone is so welcoming and kind, place is very clean and everything is neat and tidy. Dr. Daniela is very very professional and kind, explains everything properly and she has an absurd amount of skills and experience. Same I can say to the assistants too. Also the lady on reception is very kind, welcoming and polite. Amazing service so far. I found my new dentist. :)💃10/10 :)

Exceptional in every way! From their 5-star care and treatment service to modern, calm and spacious, waiting areas. Myself and my two children go. The general care and service is attentive and the dental practitioners show genuine interest and care. The advanced implant procedures, care and after care is careful, informed and thoughtful. They really do strive for perfection. I’ve tried several dental practise in Wakefield and I’m glad I’ve finally found and settled here. Even with emergencies, they have enough team members to always see you the same day, yet remain local enough to care, which is rare for dentists.

I can highly recommend Horbury Dental Care for the way they have treated me over the last year. Communications have been excellent, and I have a warm welcome on each visit. A special mention goes to Mark Willings and dental care staff who put me at ease from day one. Horbury dental clinic is always welcoming and efficient. I was attending for a complex root canal treatment. Tom and Lauren are extremely professional and caring. They put me at ease and I feel very confident and comfortable with their knowledge and expertise. I even received a follow up phone call the following day to check I was recovering well. I can highly recommend this practice. I particularly enjoy the fish tank in the waiting room - marvellous!😊

My experience at Horbury Dental care has been really great, the dental service I had completed was with Tom - he was very thorough throughout the consultation and the treatment itself, it is clear that Tom is very knowledgeable and experienced so I felt I was in good hands throughout. They have a lot of advanced equipment available too. I never had the pleasure of meeting the receptionist Deborah, but I want to pay a special mention to her as she really goes above and beyond and really shaped my impression of Horbury being a new customer. She is very personable, kept me updated throughout and even checked in after my appointment to make sure everything went OK. Deborah is a real asset to the team.

I was accompanying a patient at this practice, and Dr Humayun Khan did such an amazing job that I felt the need to leave a review. Having been a patient at a separate practice just a week ago, there was a clear distinction between the level of care provided. Dr Khan is clearly passionate about his job, and it really shows. He built a good rapport straight away and had the patient feeling comfortable. He didn't rush and answered all the questions that came his way. We were really pleased with the service provided

Firstly my user name is not my real name, so this may save some confusion if you search your records. I have been with this practice since it opened and well before that. My original Dentist was Peter Little who i pretty much had through my adult life (many years) and until the emotional day he retired which was my last visit. I was allocated Nadi as my new dentist and she has never put a foot wrong and last year had to resolve a sensitive tooth. During her investigations she located a hidden fracture and this was treated with a white composite filling, which held the tooth together with greater strength and looks much better than the standard silver amalgam. Nadia always put me at ease, kept me informed of what she was doing and ultimately made sure there was no discomfort or pain. Unfortunately in January due to some investigations Nadia found an infection in a capped front tooth. She herself could have performed the root canal treatment but I was given the option of seeing Dr Alanshaw, the resident “Specialist “. Dr Alanshaw was on the case promptly and work began in less than a week. Whilst the first visit wasn’t 100% successful due to a persistent infection, a second visit a week later saw hopefully a conclusion to the issue. Whilst I’m not out of the woods yet, the care and detail to attention personifies the excellent Dentistry I have received throughout my life and time with the Tovey-Little team. Phill S.

Let's be honest, visits to the dentist are typically quite dull. I had the pleasure of visiting Tovey Little for a hygienist appointment. I have to say, the hygienist Sam and Nurse Sue were brilliant. Service with a smile, they made great conversation with good sense of humours to help make you feel more comfortable. I would personally recommend a visit to Sam and Sue.

I recently registered with this practice having not seen a dentist in a while, and I am already very impressed. The whole team are so lovely, the reception staff are really helpful with arranging appointments and the clinical team have really put me at ease during my appointments. I was a dentist phobic and Zoe and Nicola and Louise have been responsible in completely turning my fear on its head and now I am not scared of the dentist whatsoever anymore because of how amazing the staff are at St Michael's dental practice.
