I am very happy with this dentist. The reception staff are welcoming and helpful. The dental teams I have experienced put me at ease and make time at the beginning of the appointment to ask how you are before starting the treatment, coming across as genuinely interested. They explain what they are doing every step of the way and are so friendly and positive. The treatment plans are good value for money too. I would highly recommended The Dental Hub.

A visit to the hygienist today and was reassured that i am doing a good job in keeping my teeth and gums healthy. (It’s refreshing to not be made feel that whatever you do it’s not enough as I’ve experienced elsewhere before). Very inviting and friendly environment, no pain, no waiting and even managed a spot of shopping on the way out. Very happy with the service and care from a great team.

I have been attending the Dental hub for several years for both hygiene and dental treatments and have had exceptional service. There is always a warm and friendly welcome and I have never been kept waiting beyond my appointment time. I also welcome the reminders that I receive when an appointment is looming. I use the annual plan which is extremely reasonable and have recommended it to several friends who have been equally impressed.

I always receive an excellent service from Amanda ( usually assisted by Jo ) therefore I cannot rate them highly enough ( 5 stars are not enough). This was a regular visit and as always Amanda gave me a thorough check concluding that my teeth and gums were fine and in good order. She then advised me that it was also time for my x-rays which she carried out then discussing the results whilst showing me the plates. All satisfactory again I am pleased to say. Finally she asked ( again as she usually does) if I would like a clean and polish today. I always accept this offer as it rounds off my appointment with me leaving feeling very fresh, very pleased and extremely satisfied. I must also add that I saw Fiona and another member of the team at reception today and they too were wonderful - very friendly efficient and chatty which I find most agreeable. So a big well done to The Dental Hub all round !

A recommendation from our dentist brought us to Megan and the team. From start to finish my daughter had an amazing experience. Andre and his team were magnificent from start to finish. They tailor made sport Gumshields for myself and my sparring partner. They were, by far the best I’ve ever had! Fitted comfortably and of course gave the necessary protection should I eat a glove or two! 🥊 Thanks Team Vitsa!

Standard of lab work is second to none, Andre, Kate and Scott always helpful. Best lab I've ever worked with.

Your initial approach made us both feel comfortable. You saw us straight away and we able to ask questions and get honest answers. You were so nice, helpful and accommodating and you sorted both our issues within an hour. We would certainly recommend your services to all. A bit tucked away on Bank Street but definitely worth the very short walk from Morrrisons Car Park.

Phoned in the morning to say that a tooth on my top denture had become displaced. Response was 'Can you call in this afternoon?' Brought my tooth and handed over my denture, the job was carried out quickly and I collected my denture later that day, you wouldn't be able to tell that the tooth had ever been displaced. The denture looked like new. If you need a professional you won't go wrong with this business.

Amy’s approach is brilliant, she explains everything thoroughly and in simple terms putting you at ease instantly!! I’ve struggled with Bruxism for the last 10 plus years, three months in after starting treatment with Amy and I am finally getting a good nights sleep, such a professional I can’t recommend her enough.

Very reliable company, we reach out from time to time to get cover for nurse shortages and they always reply promptly to our requests. We recently had Hannah with us and she was polite, professional and a great nurse. Communication with Crowns is super easy.

The dental practise were able to fit me in on the same day I called - as the emergency slot was free - otherwise my appointment would have been early February for a replacement filling. As a wheel chair user ramps have to be placed at the stepped entrance. Oliver and is team could not be more helpful, kind and patient. Thank you for a good job done.

I visited Dr Amy Robbins at YPDP for filler treatment to my cheeks, lips and chin. The practice is very welcoming. The reception team, waiting room and staff make the place feel friendly and relaxed from the moment you walk in. Amy took great care and attention in doing my treatment, she talked me through every step and what to expect. She’s confident, easy to talk to and made me feel relaxed throughout the treatment. As a dentist and aesthetic practitioner myself, I would go no where else for my treatment, as I know Amy’s extremely high standards of work are hard to come by. I am thrilled with my results!

I have been a patient at this clinic for a very long number of years - I have always received excellent care and service. This week they have gone above and beyond. Yes I pay a monthly Denplan subscription and most patients would expect good service. However, on Tuesday I rang in a panic because I had bitten something hard which then caused a tooth to become loose. I phoned up and was seen the same day with a treatment plan put in place for today! Adam Baxter was absolutely fantastic - explained everything to me, put me at ease because I was nervous and managed to salvage my tooth for the foreseeable future. I cannot rate Adam highly enough, although new to the practice, he clearly is excellent with his patients and their treatment. Anna on Reception is always a delightful lady, nothing is ever too much trouble and her calm gentle approach is wonderful. Thank you Anna and Adam for helping me so promptly, it was very much appreciated 😊

Fantastic practice! We’ve only been with them a short time but great communication/management and lovely staff. Danny removed my daughter’s teeth today and was absolutely brilliant, he really put her at ease and explained everything so well.

Always polite and helpful. Will always try and go out of their way to try and help accommodate you. I'm very nervous and have been since the practice opened,they've been so patient with me and I'm so grateful for that otherwise I think I would have stopped going and thanks to them being so patient with me I'm getting better at being less nervous now. I had my first consultation and appointment with Elizabeth at 210 Dental Clinic, having not visited the dentist for many years since my previous dentist switched to 100% private. Understandably, I was nervous before my first visit. My appointment and overall experience were fantastic. Elizabeth and the dental nurse put me at ease throughout and thoroughly mapped all my teeth, along with x-rays and examinations. Elizabeth explained everything perfectly, and the examination had no discomfort; it was calm, considered and not rushed. Following the examination, Elizabeth talked me through an onward booking for a hygienist appointment and a small piece of work I needed. The practice explained the fees clearly, and I am pleased to be registered with 210 Dental Clinic. All the staff, dentists, dental nurses and reception staff were a pleasure to deal with.
