Our wedding day would not have been anywhere near as good without Rosie's planning skills and advice. Rosie thought of things we'd never even considered, and all the little touches that made such a huge difference. On our wedding day we could totally relax and enjoy ourselves knowing that Rosie had everything in hand. I cannot recommend Rosie Green Events enough!!

If you’re looking for a wedding planner, look no further! Rosie is not only an incredibly organised, knowledgeable and professional planner but she’s also an absolute babe. She’s like having a best friend by your side every step of the way who knows all the good tips and tricks. She listened to exactly what we wanted and helped us create the most magical day. She was invaluable in the run up and even more so on the day. It was such a joy to have her as it meant we could just enjoy the day and not have to worry about anything. She made sure everything ran so smoothly and we had many comments from guests on just how seamless the day was. We couldn’t have done it without her. Highly, highly recommend, best thing we did. We met Rosie through family friends who highly recommended her services. After getting engaged in December 2020, mid pandemic, we felt we needed an expert on board to guide us and hold our hand through the wedding planning process. Rosie provided exactly that and more. She took the time to understand our vision, kept a close eye on the budget whilst being personable, responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We could never have pulled of the wedding without Rosie and I wouldn’t have wanted to do it without her either. She’s worth her weight in gold and couldn’t recommend her highly enough!

We couldn't recommend Alison enough after our wedding at Thorpe Park Hotel last month - Alison was able to provide a twinkle curtain for our ceremony room (at fairly short notice!) and was absolutely amazing. The ceremony room just looked stunning with the twinkle curtain and we couldn't be happier! Thanks Alison!

Alison did an amazing job for our wedding reception - everything looked better than we could have imagined!! Right from the start Alison was so helpful, showing us around the show room and walking us through everything, and also ordering in different coloured flowers to match the theme! 100% recommend!!

Wow! Our expectations were already high from our chats and the samples we had already seen with Alison beforehand - but wow, everything far exceeded beyond what we imagined! Sometimes it can be hard to put into words what you are envisioning, but Alison had fully grasped what we were looking for and executed it amazingly on the day. Every detail was absolutely spot on. Everything was positioned well, balanced, the colour scheme as perfect, and included personal touches that made it so special to us. The actual decor itself is also high quality - our guests couldn’t believe that the floral displays weren’t real! Alison is also really easy to get on with and work with, we would recommend highly for wedding decor!

The Angels Event delivered a truly top class party to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday. Right from the planning stages they were inventive, professional and a joy to work with. We had 100 guests who still talk about the party today as being the best party they have ever been to! Thanks to Eleanor’s creativity and Mark’s very through and practical approach it was a wow. The Angels really were our Angels. From concept to party we were in great hands. They developed our ideas and turned them into reality but with their own very special touch - and all within a tight budget. They listened carefully, gave advice and suggestions and created a stunning event that was spectacular in every sense of the word. Their hands on approach meant that the run up to the party was just as enjoyable as the event itself. Their unobtrusive management during the party allowed us to do just that - Party! We would highly recommend The Angels to organise your next party/event.

Nicola and the whole team at EPH are absolutely amazing and so helpful. We hired a load of props for our NYE Party and from start to finish the whole process was so professional and fabulous customer service and support. Delivery and collection were on time and both Peter and Tomasz were fantastic, with excellent communication about arrival times. And the quality of the props was exceptional and really were a brilliant addition to our party, with all of our guests commenting just how brilliant they were. My husband and I finally tied the knot on 7th August 2021 after having to postpone from our original date the previous year. Laura was very understanding and accommodating in moving our booking over to the new date. She communicated well and ensured to cover all of the finer details so nothing was missed out. We were able to add last minute things to our booking when we decided we couldn’t get married without the gorgeous large blossom trees. The room was decorated exactly how we pictured and all of the guests commented on the stunning decor. I would highly recommend Laura for your wedding or event.

Laura provided dressed chairs, post box, vases, easels and signage (welcome sign, seating plan sign, menus, table numbers) for our wedding and we could not have been happier with everything. Laura made everything super easy for us and was really responsive. Definitely recommend!!

Working with Laura was literally the easiest part of the whole wedding planning. I told her my theme and what I needed to make it a reality and she just said yes and before I knew it I had my quote for literally everything I needed. Where do I even begin? I’d been to a number of weddings where the couple had to set up in the lead up and take it all back down again once the day was done. We just knew that isn’t what I wanted to be doing. We needed calm, no stress and worrying about storage and not to mention the crackers prices for individual purchases of items, storing before the day and where the heck do we put it once the day is over? I saw Suzy’s work on Instagram and immediately knew we would hit it off and quite honestly you were our saving grace in the lead up and the day. It was so bloomin’ lovely to have the decor a secret and to hand over the reigns to someone who knows what they’re doing. We got to see the final product when celebrating and so we’re as awe struck as our guests. We hadn’t a clue how much work goes into planning a wedding and we didn’t even need to make it look nice. Nice doesn’t even cut how beautiful Suzy made our venue; every single person told us how gorgeous it was and were all relieved the next morning when Suzy turned up to take it all down. I emailed numerous times for advice and booked our band as Suzy recommended them; they were amazing and once again you were bang on the money! Suzy; you are worth every penny and more because you were invaluable. Do yourselves a favour and book the stylist package at the very minimum because it makes your venue go from good to fantastic. Not only that but it takes some much needed pressure from your shoulders. We wanted to have everything look amazing but couldn’t quite be bothered to do DIY. Going to ikea the week of the wedding was my worst nightmare so do yourselves a solid and book Suzy!! Suzy, thank you again for everything. Not only is your work beautiful but so are you!

We booked Suzy as our venue stylist and we are so glad we did! Suzy is amazingly talented at what she does and managed to transform our somewhat vague ideas into a cohesive and beautiful vision for our venue. Suzy’s passion for her craft is plentiful and I came off every call with her feeling confident and excited for what she was going to create. I was able to completely relax on my wedding morning knowing the venue would look beautiful on my arrival. This in itself was priceless, but on the more practical side of things it was also such a cost and time effective decision as there was no need to source and purchase all our own props for our wedding day. It was also a far more sustainable way to style our wedding as we weren't left with boxes and boxes of wasted items at the end. Booking Suzy was a total no brainer for us and we would 100% recommend her to anyone currently planning a wedding xxx

100% recommend!!! We used Suzy @ Mave for both event styling and on-the-day coordination. Having a marquee wedding at home, I knew I would need lots of props to bring my vision together. Suzy was great at listening to my "vibe" and creating the wedding of dreams. I would not have changed a thing!! Organising the wedding myself, I knew I would struggle to trust anyone else to take over on the day itself without a stress, so the on-the-day coordination service was the best solution and totally worth every penny! Suzy was there from start to finish and really allowed me to put my mind at rest and enjoy every moment. From small things to topping up your lipstick, to big things like directing evening guests if they arrive early! From arriving back at our house in the wedding car, she was camera ready to capture the moment! I was very impressed! From the words of a control freak, book Suzy and you can't go wrong xxx

Suzy was our day-of-coordinator and was absolutely amazing. Can't state enough the amount of value she delivered to our wedding, we were so so glad we booked her! All our guests and other suppliers agreed she was brilliant too. We had a DIY marquee wedding that required lots of parts coming together, and some last minute changes due to weather. Not only did Suzy manage things running smoothly on the day, but our calls in the run up to ensure everything had been planned out were really useful, as well as communication with suppliers the week before. As a bride I was able to 100% relax on my wedding morning knowing that no matter what came up, Suzy would have it sorted. The way this made me feel my wedding morning, wedding day and in the week running up, is something that I didn't know money could buy and I am so grateful! Simply I can't recommend Suzy enough, I think it's essential to have a coordinator for this type of wedding, and Suzy delivers the absolute top standard of this, plus you know she's looking at it with a stylist's eye! RSVP Weddings and Events arranged our 20 year anniversary vow renewal recently and it was first class. From the first meeting, Sarah from RSVP was attentive, creative, enthusiastic and friendly. She really ‘got’ my brief and brought it to life in spectacular fashion. Sarah’s attention to detail is spot on and her ideas and suggestions made throughout the planning process made our event so special. On the day of the event, Sarah was at our venue from very early morning ensuring that everything was set up perfectly. Sarah remained at the venue for the whole event, making sure it all ran according to plan. We literally didn’t have to think of anything other than enjoying ourselves. We had so many comments from our guests about how wonderful the event was. The day after the event, RSVP collected all of our things from the venue and brought them back to our house. Wonderful service. I would recommend 100%. A great company, with fantastic values and who really care about your event. Thank you so much, the day definitely wouldn’t have been so special without you. 😁😁

Pam was absolutely fantastic and put our mind at ease so much on the run up to the day and on the day. Just knowing she was there with us was a massive weight off if our shoulders. We had our dream wedding at the engine shed on 21/09/24; the day was so brilliant it far exceeded our expectations. What can I say? Lee is amazing; he worked so hard to make our day special; there were so many unexpected extra touches that he made throughout the day. I loved how he managed to get the timing for our songs spot on, and the comments he made after our speech were so touching. You could tell he was really trying hard to get it perfect. He makes you feel like nothing is too much trouble; we literally had last-minute guest, table plan, and music alterations, and he remained positive and helpful throughout. The staff were all polite and professional; we were showered with positive comments from our guests; we had quite a few “best wedding I’ve been to," “best party I’ve been to”, and loads of guests commenting on how amazing the venue is. There are some outstanding options for food. For our ‘wedding breakfast’ we opted for the carvery, which was brilliant. It’s unbelievable how much positive feedback we received on the food from our guests. We decided on the ‘best of British’ for our evening food, which was great. We were really surprised with the food service on the evening; we were expecting it to be self-service; however, we were pleasantly surprised that there was a full team on hand to offer out the meals to our guests. We opted for Tracey Williamson as our stylist, which was one of the options recommended by the engine shed in the package, and we opted for Paul Lockwood as our DJ. It’s hard to put into words how fantastic they were from start to finish. I could go on forever about all the reasons why, but to sum it up, we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. There were so many brilliant suggestions and ideas from Lee, Paul, Tracey, and Alan that helped make our day so memorable.

We had the most amazing wedding at the Engine Shed on Halloween 2024. We want to thank Lee and the team for the most memorable day. From the first time we met Lee and first visited the Engine Shed Lee was friendly,helpful on hand to offer any advice or answer any questions we had to ask. Leading up to the wedding Lee organised video call meetings to discuss the plans and answer any more questions we had. Lee was adaptable to all our needs. The food was truly amazing, We opted for the be your own chef roast dinner option which was fun and delicious. We have had so many comments from our friends and family on how amazing the food was and the best food they had ever had at a wedding!! Thanks to the chefs and for all the waiting staff who were all so friendly. The venue is stunning and beautiful and with our own added touches and recommendations from Lee dressing the venue with Tracey Williamson Designs it was the perfect magical vision that we had. Lee was on hand to play our own playlist and get timing of the music right at the right times. The Beetlejuice dance moment at the meal will always be a very special moment for us to remember. Lee also took time to calm us both down on the day with taking us off individually and together to take a breather and a whisky to calm our nerves. All in all we can't thank you Lee and the team for helping us put on the wedding of our dreams. Dan and Marc

The Engine Shed is such a unique venue and an absolutely magical place to get married. We got married at the Engine Shed on 28th September and from our very first meeting, Lee, the wedding planner, was nothing short of amazing. He responded promptly to my (very many) emails, and no request was ever too much for him – he always said yes to my craziest ideas! Thanks to Lee, Jen, and the entire team, the day went off without a hitch, and the venue looked absolutely stunning - you followed my wedding decoration 'bible' to a T! It was genuinely one of the best days of our lives and we were so thankful the venue is dog friendly, as who doesn't want their 4 legged bestfriend with them on their wedding day. The food, prepared by the incredible chef Dave, was outstanding—everything was served piping hot and he handled our long list of guest allergies perfectly. Guests are still raving about how good it was. In fact, our videographer even said it was the best food she’d ever had at a wedding! I’d been recommending the Engine Shed to other brides even before our big day, and I’ll continue to do so. We can't wait to attend their future events. The photos I've attached don't do it justice - I will make sure to forward any professional photos or videos I get back of the venue, as it truly did look ethereal and they got everything I asked for spot on!

We cannot thank the amazing team at the Engine Shed enough for making our wedding just perfect. The venue itself feels so warm and fun and quirky - it's a really special and unique setting for a wedding or celebration. Having the balcony with the lights over it just feels magical. But the people!! Jen was our wedding coordinator and nothing was too much trouble for her and she so happily accepted and supported the more unusual aspects we wanted in our wedding (such as specific beers and games). She really put us at ease all the way leading to it and during (even when we needed a more adulty adult to advise us on how to cut a wedding cake!!). Dave is the most amazing chef and the food was exceptional. We chose a barbecue style with grazing tables and the food was so tasty and there was so much of it. I've often been to weddings where the food hasn't quite been enough - absolutely no fear of that here. Our guests commented on it being one of the best weddings they've ever been to with the best food. I couldn't recommend it more, and my new husband and I are already looking for more events we can go to there! Jen, Dave, Lee, Jan and all the team - thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
