After we postponed our wedding a year due to covid, I felt a little overwhelmed by resuming our planning and so reached out to Sian for her on the day coordination and some additional help in terms of childcare for our daughter aged nearly 2 on the later evening. Sian was brilliant coordinating the suppliers, it was a blank canvas venue and so we had numerous suppliers to link in with. Sian helped with last minute plans, picked up our props for the day and coordinated the set up. We hired Sian as our day-of co-ordinator for our wedding, and I am so so glad we did. She was really helpful in the last few weeks leading up to the wedding, helping tie all the details together and acting as a liaison for our other vendors which was really useful. Where Sian really shone was on the day of the wedding - we did a lot of DIY elements (bringing in a lot of our own food, drinks, and decorations) and hired in multiple independent vendors, and so there were a lot of moving parts, things that needed co-ordinating and delegating, and things that needed to happen at specific times and in specific areas. And thanks to Sian, it all went perfectly - every single thing we requested or put on the to do list got done (even last minute additions) and the day just flowed so seamlessly due to all her hard work behind the scenes. I cannot recommend Sian highly enough, she was so friendly and accommodating and we had such a fun and stress-free day all because of her work. Thank you!

We couldn’t recommend Sian more highly! We had a DIY wedding at Kirkstall Abbey and a local pub, and we knew from the early planning stages that we’d need an on-the-day-coordinator. From our initial request and first meeting through to the day itself, Sian was approachable, friendly, super organised and professional. Sian’s coordination package is a cut above the rest as she also offers site visits and takes over supplier correspondence from 6 weeks before - this took a huge weight off our shoulders and allowed us to enjoy the run up. On the day itself, we knew we could relax and enjoy our special day because everything was in Sian’s capable hands. Sian was present when we needed her but working away (very-hard!) in the background, and everything ran smoothly and all the moving parts happened seamlessly. A huge, huge thank you!

We hired Sian as our wedding coordinator for the 6wk lead up to the wedding and on the day itself. Her organisation with the suppliers before the wedding was incredible and by making a schedule that we also had access to it made everything much less stressful and smoother. Sian was so approachable and attentive both on the lead up to and on the day and she was also very personable. You could tell that she cared deeply about how our day went and put all effort into ensuring our day was stress-free. She put in so much work, everything on the day ran without a hiccup and we weren't worried for a minute which meant we could just enjoy our day! I would highly recommend Sian as not only can she take the stress off those final weeks when things can get very overwhelming but she also assisted us with ideas on how things could work on the day and was always on hand to answer any questions/concerns that we had. Booked with Mark The Event for our Engagement Party Photobooth Hire. Mo and the team were exceptional - really friendly, helpful and professional. They compiled a guestbook for us to keep and sent us a link to all the pictures after the party. All our guests loved the printouts and getting their pictures on the spot with airdrop was really cool. Highly recommend their services and will be using again for our wedding!

We had the pleasure of using the love heart Photo Booth last night at my friends 30th. It was so easy to use, the owners are really helpful showing everyone how to use it.the lighting for the photos is great and I’d highly recommend booking it for any event. Booked asiana in August last year, I hired them for photography/ cinematography as well as my Mendhi stage and house lights, everything has come out perfectly!! The stage, video and photos are exactly as I imaged. I got the video and photos really fast! The photo book especially is something I would point out as not many other companies provide this, having something physical with all our favourite photos is amazing to have as a keepsake. Suzy was our day-of-coordinator and was absolutely amazing. Can't state enough the amount of value she delivered to our wedding, we were so so glad we booked her! All our guests and other suppliers agreed she was brilliant too. We had a DIY marquee wedding that required lots of parts coming together, and some last minute changes due to weather. Not only did Suzy manage things running smoothly on the day, but our calls in the run up to ensure everything had been planned out were really useful, as well as communication with suppliers the week before. As a bride I was able to 100% relax on my wedding morning knowing that no matter what came up, Suzy would have it sorted. The way this made me feel my wedding morning, wedding day and in the week running up, is something that I didn't know money could buy and I am so grateful! Working with Suzy was an absolute dream. We planned our destination wedding styling with her from Bermuda. We spoke with her on the phone with a four hour time difference which meant early morning long distance calls to late night conversations squeezing in every detail. Suzy did a wonderful job at bringing our Pinterest board to life. The details and decor were phenomenal and her outstanding communication skills eased every worry that we might have had when planning from afar. She made fantastic recommendations for other suppliers and everything ran smoothly on the day thanks to her. Suzy is personable, easy to talk to and on the big day got to work transforming the space quickly like a magical wizard. Suzy is truly a professional and made sure that the vision we had was executed. As creatives we had high expectations and she far exceeded them. Where do I even begin? I’d been to a number of weddings where the couple had to set up in the lead up and take it all back down again once the day was done. We just knew that isn’t what I wanted to be doing. We needed calm, no stress and worrying about storage and not to mention the crackers prices for individual purchases of items, storing before the day and where the heck do we put it once the day is over? I saw Suzy’s work on Instagram and immediately knew we would hit it off and quite honestly you were our saving grace in the lead up and the day. It was so bloomin’ lovely to have the decor a secret and to hand over the reigns to someone who knows what they’re doing. We got to see the final product when celebrating and so we’re as awe struck as our guests. We hadn’t a clue how much work goes into planning a wedding and we didn’t even need to make it look nice. Nice doesn’t even cut how beautiful Suzy made our venue; every single person told us how gorgeous it was and were all relieved the next morning when Suzy turned up to take it all down. I emailed numerous times for advice and booked our band as Suzy recommended them; they were amazing and once again you were bang on the money! Suzy; you are worth every penny and more because you were invaluable. Do yourselves a favour and book the stylist package at the very minimum because it makes your venue go from good to fantastic. Not only that but it takes some much needed pressure from your shoulders. We wanted to have everything look amazing but couldn’t quite be bothered to do DIY. Going to ikea the week of the wedding was my worst nightmare so do yourselves a solid and book Suzy!! Suzy, thank you again for everything. Not only is your work beautiful but so are you!

Ross and her team did an amazing job for my surprise 60th birthday celebration meal at The Loft at The Moorlands, Halifax. My daughter, who lives in Edinburgh, liaised with Attention to Detail to organise the event explaining what she wanted for the venue. This took the stress out of organising everything for my daughter. When I walked into the venue I was taken aback with how gorgeous it looked! The flowers, the place settings, balloons, photo display plus more. Absolutely beautiful 😍 I would definitely recommend Ross and her team to others. 5 stars!!

Can I just say how fantastic you was in sorting out our special day! The service was second to non from start to finish! Due to Covid we had to make a lot of changes and alterations, and Ros & Amber was amazing and always checking in after each announcement. On behalf of my husband and myself, we just want to say the biggest thank you to Ros and her team for styling our wedding. It looked truly stunning, and we had so many compliments on day. When we first met with Ros around 2 years before our wedding, I had ideas in my head of what I wanted, but I could not picture it. Ros, being the creative person that she is, took my ideas and set up a table to show me what it would like. From then on, the vision came to life. On the day of the wedding when we had our first look of the room all set up for the wedding breakfast, I could have cried at how beautiful it looked. We had created our own centrepieces for the tables and wanted these to be highlighted by the styling, and I was honestly blown away when I saw them! Every bit of the styling looked amazing and looked like it had been done with effort and care. Throughout the entire lead up to the day communication was spot on. Every detail was checked and double checked and nothing was to much for anyone that I spoke too. Even when I was being super picky about fonts and wording it was never too much to ask. Ros and her team are all highly professional and lovely people. Everyone that I spoke too was approachable and knowledgeable about what I was asking, and for someone with OCD, this was a massive reassurance! We met Rosie through family friends who highly recommended her services. Rosie has been completely amazing throughout the wedding planning process and beyond. She is professional, reliable, proactive, and responsive; I genuinely don’t know what we would have done without her! She planned our wedding at Elmore Court in December 2020 and guided us through not only the process itself but also the fact we had to adapt from a 160 person wedding to a micro wedding with 16 people. We felt completely safe in her hands and I could not recommend Rosie Green Events highly enough!

Our daughter got married in June 2024 and we were very fortunate to have been recommended Jess by Kate from our marquee company (Special Event Tipis and Marquees). We had got quite far along the DIY planning route when I realised as MOB that I wanted to be able to enjoy the wedding day and the build up to it without being overwhelmed with everything. My husband was quite sceptical at first about why we needed a coordinator as we had everything booked. This was mainly because he hadn't quite grasped what was involved, but after meeting Jess he was onboard 110% and he, like the rest of us, thinks she is fantastic and money well spent. We engaged Jess for her 'on the day management' but this is truly much, much more than just 'on the day' management and is an absolute MUST if you are having a marquee wedding. She is an experienced professional who has a very calm approach to everything. She stepped in 6 weeks before the wedding and from then on we knew we were in safe hands. She gave us much needed advice on a whole host of things and made everything run smoothly. She expertly coordinated with all our suppliers - of which there were many and all of whom were brilliant! She and her team (hello & thank you to the other Jesses) came the day before the wedding and set up the marquee. We went along to give a hand, but she had everything covered. She even had a kettle & made us all a cuppa! They came to the church rehearsal and then went back to the marquee to continue with the set up which enabled me able to spend time with my daughter and our family and friends, stress free, the night before the wedding, which is something which I would not have been able to do without her being onboard. Unfortunately, the weather on the day wasn't great . After glorious sunshine the day before, in true Lake District style, it rained on the day. We were so confident and comfortable with Jess's advice that we trusted her to her to make the last minute decision if the drinks reception would be inside or outside. She, together with Fran from Holker Hall, managed this beautifully and our guests have said that they were quite pleased it rained as it enabled them to have a look around the beautiful Holker Hall. Jess and her team were very professional and at the same time warm and friendly and it genuinely comes across how much they love their work. We had the most fantastic & fun wedding party and all our guests have said that this was the best wedding they have ever been to. I do believe we had the dream team of suppliers. My husband and I got married in July 2024, and utilised Jess’ on the day wedding coordination package - but what her and her team give you is so so much more than that! We booked a venue which required lots of different suppliers (separate caterer, bar company, linen hire, port-a-loos etc….) and in the run up to it I said to my husband that I really wanted someone I could hand everything over to in advance so I could enjoy the run up and not be worrying about coordinating everything! Luckily, I’d met Jess at an event before we were even engaged and so she was the first person I went to for this help. And I am SO glad we did! She goes above and beyond for you to make sure your day is special and runs smoothly. I’ll never forget that I’d planned to tie the tags onto our favours the night before the wedding with my bridesmaids, only to turn up and for them to have already been done by Jess and her team without even needing to have asked. We had drinks “tokens” to hand out to our evening guests and I went to ask Jess for these in the evening to hand them out, again to find that they’d taken care of it already. They were one step ahead always on the little details, and knowing there was someone we could go to on the day if needed (rather than people coming to me or the wedding party) was truly invaluable. After our wedding I asked my partner what’s the one “non negotiable” you’d recommend to other couples planning a wedding like ours and we both agreed that it would be Jess and her team. I know my sister is also recommending her to friends who are getting married soon too as she was equally impressed by her! Thank you Jess and team for helping to make our day so perfect, we genuinely couldn’t have done it without you!

Jess and her team were amazing, they were friendly and so, so organised. Jess helped make the lead-up to our wedding run seamlessly, which meant we didn’t have all the stress of sorting everything out. Jessica was absolutely wonderful! We met Jessica and her mum at a wedding fayre at our venue where there were many other venue stylists too. It was their personalities and honesty which drew us to them and of course their beautiful decor. They were very attentive and recognised us when we saw them again at another wedding fayre which made it feel really personal. Communication in the lead up was timely which put us totally at ease.
