Func on the Rocks has played at a number of our celebrations over the years - they’re amazing. 🤩 Most recently, at our wedding, Cherie Gears created the perfect atmosphere for our champagne reception playing piano and singing a mix of all the songs we love. Func on The Rocks were our wedding band and were superb from start to finish. They did an amazing version of 'Walking after you' by Foo Fighters for our first dance, it was better than we could have imagined. The band are so friendly and helpful and made the reception so special for us. Our guests loved them and were up dancing all night. Loads of energy, load of good songs, Cherie has an amazing voice - just brilliant all round!

Donna delivered exactly as expected, the reception chair covers and bowes really do help bring room to life, along with the other items supplied by Ambience. Everything just happens seamlessly on the day, exactly what you need when your busy.

Wow! What more can I say? Vickie was so helpful from start to finish and her work is amazing. The venue was decorated so beautifully for my 40th party. I recently collaborated with Vickie on a wedding styled shoot and her styling knowledge and expertise were second to none! We met for a coffee and discussed my vision for the shoot and then Vickie ran with the idea and pulled out all the stops to create a gorgeous table scape and cake table. It was essential that we used repurposed and ethically sourced décor and Vickie didn't disappoint - she brought along homemade beeswax candles, charity shop finds and some gorgeous linen napkins. Her vision for bringing together the whole style of the shoot was amazing! Can't wait for our next collaboration!

Ambience York did the venue styling for our wedding at Bunny Hill and we can't recommend them enough. Laura and Hana were in touch a year before the wedding to talk through ideas and then kept regularly in touch in the weeks leading up to the wedding to make sure every detail was perfect. We had some ideas of how we wanted the venue to look and wanted to keep the styling simple and elegant with a white and green colour scheme - Laura and Hana took our vague ideas and made them a beautiful reality. Hana even went above and beyond to help us find a florist when we were struggling! The venue on the day looked absolutely stunning, we couldn't have asked for anything more perfect - thank you!

I have booked the 360 camera and the indoor fireworks for my brother’s wedding yesterday and I could not put into words how amazing the service is. Everyone enjoyed the 360 camera from the youngsters to the oldies, they all got stuck in and involved and the memories will be cherished forever. The service with the fireworks were impeccable and the individuals are amazing and so considerate and helpful. Suzy was our day-of-coordinator and was absolutely amazing. Can't state enough the amount of value she delivered to our wedding, we were so so glad we booked her! All our guests and other suppliers agreed she was brilliant too. We had a DIY marquee wedding that required lots of parts coming together, and some last minute changes due to weather. Not only did Suzy manage things running smoothly on the day, but our calls in the run up to ensure everything had been planned out were really useful, as well as communication with suppliers the week before. As a bride I was able to 100% relax on my wedding morning knowing that no matter what came up, Suzy would have it sorted. The way this made me feel my wedding morning, wedding day and in the week running up, is something that I didn't know money could buy and I am so grateful! Simply I can't recommend Suzy enough, I think it's essential to have a coordinator for this type of wedding, and Suzy delivers the absolute top standard of this, plus you know she's looking at it with a stylist's eye! Where do I even begin? I’d been to a number of weddings where the couple had to set up in the lead up and take it all back down again once the day was done. We just knew that isn’t what I wanted to be doing. We needed calm, no stress and worrying about storage and not to mention the crackers prices for individual purchases of items, storing before the day and where the heck do we put it once the day is over? I saw Suzy’s work on Instagram and immediately knew we would hit it off and quite honestly you were our saving grace in the lead up and the day. It was so bloomin’ lovely to have the decor a secret and to hand over the reigns to someone who knows what they’re doing. We got to see the final product when celebrating and so we’re as awe struck as our guests. We hadn’t a clue how much work goes into planning a wedding and we didn’t even need to make it look nice. Nice doesn’t even cut how beautiful Suzy made our venue; every single person told us how gorgeous it was and were all relieved the next morning when Suzy turned up to take it all down. I emailed numerous times for advice and booked our band as Suzy recommended them; they were amazing and once again you were bang on the money! Suzy; you are worth every penny and more because you were invaluable. Do yourselves a favour and book the stylist package at the very minimum because it makes your venue go from good to fantastic. Not only that but it takes some much needed pressure from your shoulders. We wanted to have everything look amazing but couldn’t quite be bothered to do DIY. Going to ikea the week of the wedding was my worst nightmare so do yourselves a solid and book Suzy!! Suzy, thank you again for everything. Not only is your work beautiful but so are you!

100% recommend!!! We used Suzy @ Mave for both event styling and on-the-day coordination. Having a marquee wedding at home, I knew I would need lots of props to bring my vision together. Suzy was great at listening to my "vibe" and creating the wedding of dreams. I would not have changed a thing!! Organising the wedding myself, I knew I would struggle to trust anyone else to take over on the day itself without a stress, so the on-the-day coordination service was the best solution and totally worth every penny! Suzy was there from start to finish and really allowed me to put my mind at rest and enjoy every moment. From small things to topping up your lipstick, to big things like directing evening guests if they arrive early!
