Wow! What can I say about the team at Wedding Fayres Yorkshire? I don't actually see these people as business associates but more of friends. All of the suppliers are like a little family and it's all due to how fantastic WFY are. The wedding fayres are brilliant, really well organised, marketed well so they get the numbers in and fabulous quality of suppliers. The fayres run smoothly from the moment you arrive there's usually a member of the team there to help you with your stuff (mainly for the diva's) so I look after myself. They know exactly where you are exhibiting and are always on hand from the start of the day until the finish. From the second you hear Stevie Wonder play you know you're in for a good day. Wedding Fayres Yorkshire go much further than weddings. They always are there to advise and help all their customers. I really enjoy the Grant and Allan weekly catch up meeting on Facebook live, which just gives an update of everything that's happening, it's great to always be involved. During the lockdown they have also been doing a weekly Friday night's quiz which is brilliant! It's amazing support for those wedding industry professionals who need it during hard times. Sam and team were super efficient to set up and clear everything away. They set everything up as we'd asked plus made a couple of adjustments that we just wouldn't have thought of (like putting an uplight either side of the moongate). Tammy did the decor for our wedding at the end of July and was absolutely amazing. When I walked into the room I could not believe how beautiful it looked. We booked runners, charger plates, and bud vases for the tables and she did such a good job of it all. The LOVE letters really stood out in the evening and the balloons in the bridal suite just finished it perfectly. Thank you so much for helping my vision come to life.

I worked with Tammy on a recent styled shoot. She is the most warm and welcoming person and her eye for detail is second to none. The rustic LOVE letters were really unique and added an extra dimension to our styled shoot. Highly recommend.

We used Howard’s events for our daughters christening, we had the flower wall, cake stand, candy floss and popcorn as well as donut wall. It just made the event from nice to extra special, it gave the event more atmosphere, and the kids loved it! Tammy can’t do enough to help, she’s like an event fairy god mother! Howards events did all the decorations at my wedding. Tammy the owner did an amazing job of laying out the room, decorating it and offering ideas and suggestions on how to do it all. I’d ordered some helium filled balloons for my daughters 18th Birthday from another shop - But when I went to collect I was informed “we are so sorry but we’ve no helium left. This is very late but very well deserved. Cheryl was absolutely amazing from start to finish. My theme was all over the place from vibtage to design to modern colours and i genuinely couldnt make my mind up. If im honest I didn't know what to expect, but let me tell you, out of this world. Everyone, and I mean everyone, commented on how how fabulous our venue looked. Nothing was too big or too small for her. We unfortunately lost our son before our wedding and she did a beautiful table for him for us, he was still best man, and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend her, you won't be disappointed.

We booked our wedding venue decor/lighting from Wedding Venue Lighting & it was so perfect. They have lots of options to choose from at reasonable prices. Communication was simple & easy. We had the wedding venue lighting add some festoon lights into our venue which were absolutely perfect for our special day. We requested some outside festoons but the venue had already installed these so wedding venue lighting refunded us the amount quickly and without question. We cannot thank them enough for their work and the lighting did really make our day that more special.

We hired the mirror photo booth and dancefloor for a Xmas party. The team were professional from start to finish and nothing was too much for them. The guests absolutely loved the photo booth with all the different props and it entertained them all night. The pictures were amazing! Will definitely be using their services again!! Thank you

We booked SWB after seeing them at a friend's wedding a couple of years ago. My now husband isn't usually a dancer but he never left the dance floor so when planning our own wedding having these guys was his only request and, wow, they did not disappoint. From my first call with Henry I knew we were in good hands, we had them sort out the PA system for our entrance into the marquee and the speeches, the band for our evening entertainment, including learning our first dance, and then DJ set for the remainder of the evening. I loved the fact they could handle everything and it made it so seamless and stress free. We also included an acoustic set by James for the early evening between the meal and the band starting and he was just incredible. We have had so many comments from guests saying how fantastic the band were and what a great atmosphere they all created. We genuinely couldn't recommend these guys enough, they were a pleasure to deal with and really made the evening of our wedding day absolutely fantastic!!

I had to have Henry and the guys for my wedding after being blown away by their performance at another wedding, and they did not disappoint! The dance floor was packed all night, and a number of our guests messaged us to say how amazing they were. They accepted all of my last minute requests (sorry) including a first dance change, which ended up way better than our original idea. I woke up the day after my wedding with the biggest smile of my face, largely because of this band bringing the house down. Would thoroughly recommend, and I can’t thank them all enough for making my wedding the best party ever 🤘

We had the pleasure of having South West Bands at our wedding. They are superb. Organised, reliable and most importantly got the party started and kept the dance floor full.

We booked South West Band for our wedding which happened a few weeks ago, and we could not recommend them enough! They are true professionals, bringing so much fun to the stage, not to mention talent. Our wedding was on a Monday, but they made it feel like a Saturday night with the level of energy they brought to our evening party! I'm also a singer, and they were gracious enough to let me join them for a few songs. It was so meaningful for me to be able to sing at my own wedding, and I'm endlessly grateful to them for the opportunity to do it! Their repertoire is extensive, and they were really open to hearing our song requests / songs we'd rather not have, meaning that the playlist felt really tailored to our tastes. We also booked their DJ package, which I would highly recommend if you want something a little different to the bog standard wedding hits you usually hear! They also played our first dance, a slowed down arrangement of a Lewis Capaldi track, which was just perfect. If you want a fun, lively party band with an incredible setlist, South West Band are a no-brainer.
