We had elegant covers and bows for our wedding, and we can only say FANTASTIC! They were absolutely brilliant throughout, even when we did change our mind 3 times!! Jo and the team made our wedding look like a fantasy in a film ,that came true.We felt they went the extra mile for us and we really can't thank them enough. When we first met Sian we knew she would be perfect as our wedding coordinator. She was so friendly and reassuring and we instantly knew we were in good hands. Sian took over control of the supplier at the 6 week mark in order to get the schedule together. This was so helpful and really took the pressure off us. We really couldn't have asked for anything more. On the day Sian was amazing and so professional. She kept us on schedule while letting us go with the flow. It all ran so smoothly and we had the most incredible day!! We really appreciate everything you did and you went above and beyond for us. I would highly recommend Sain to anyone!!

We hired Sian as our day-of co-ordinator for our wedding, and I am so so glad we did. She was really helpful in the last few weeks leading up to the wedding, helping tie all the details together and acting as a liaison for our other vendors which was really useful. Where Sian really shone was on the day of the wedding - we did a lot of DIY elements (bringing in a lot of our own food, drinks, and decorations) and hired in multiple independent vendors, and so there were a lot of moving parts, things that needed co-ordinating and delegating, and things that needed to happen at specific times and in specific areas. And thanks to Sian, it all went perfectly - every single thing we requested or put on the to do list got done (even last minute additions) and the day just flowed so seamlessly due to all her hard work behind the scenes. I cannot recommend Sian highly enough, she was so friendly and accommodating and we had such a fun and stress-free day all because of her work. Thank you!

We can’t recommend Sian enough! Being able to hand everything over to her 6 weeks before the wedding was such a weight off our shoulders, and really lifted that worry of ‘oh gosh what if we forget something’! Having Sian taking care of everything also completely transformed our experience on the day - rather than having to worry about the florist coming to set up and the bar and all the other suppliers arriving, we could just get ourselves ready and enjoy the excitement with our friends and family. Rather than having to ‘host’, we got to fully enjoy our day. She is also just so lovely and kind, a wonderful person to have around on the big day!

After we postponed our wedding a year due to covid, I felt a little overwhelmed by resuming our planning and so reached out to Sian for her on the day coordination and some additional help in terms of childcare for our daughter aged nearly 2 on the later evening. Sian was brilliant coordinating the suppliers, it was a blank canvas venue and so we had numerous suppliers to link in with. Sian helped with last minute plans, picked up our props for the day and coordinated the set up. I run a Wedding floristry business and have recently relocated up to North Yorkshire (from South Yorkshire) as a result of this I have enquired with The UK Wedding Event about attending their Wedding Fairs to reach new clients. I attended my first one yesterday (26/3/24) and had a really positive experience. On booking I was kept up to speed with the details of the day, my emails were promptly replied to and I received a call to discuss the details of the day and my requirements. I was already impressed. Matt was very easy to communicate with, versatile with his magic and flexible in his approach - he performed magic in the VIP/VVIP area, and kept guests very entertained!!

Matt was super engaging and supportive around the booking even accommodating last minute changes due to numbers of guests being unable to attend at the last minute, offering suggestions to gain the most of his talents. West Yorkshire Event Styling did our wedding in Feb 2023 and I can't say enough about how great our venue looked. Alison was professional from the outset and nothing was too much for her. Eventhough she already has a long itinerary of resources, if we wanted something specific, she would find it, such as a fog machine! Her blossom trees are beautiful and I had so many comments from all our guests on how amazing they looked. The entire venue looked enchanting. You're in a safe pair of hands with Alison and I would definitely recommend.

Alison did an amazing job for our wedding reception - everything looked better than we could have imagined!! Right from the start Alison was so helpful, showing us around the show room and walking us through everything, and also ordering in different coloured flowers to match the theme! 100% recommend!!

We asked Jess to provide table centrepieces for our Emerald Ball in November. She provided a fantastic service, replied swiftly to any questions and had some great suggestions. The final look on the night and service on the day of set up was amazing. The centrepieces pulled the venue together, perfectly matching the theme. We couldn't recommend Jess enough and will certainly be using Create a Look again in the future.

The ‘Create A Look’ decor complimented our venue beautifully and the blossom trees provided a perfect canopy for the wedding vows and group photographs. Jess managed to get the green trees for the wedding breakfast just in time and these looked perfect next to the grand wooden fireplace at The Majestic Hotel. Along with the Chiavari chairs and carpet runner for the ceremony and the chair covers and sashes for the wedding breakfast we had the perfect look for our wedding that we had envisaged. Would definitely recommend!

We used Create a Look for our wedding in May - Really friendly service, Jessica was really helpful when we were choosing decorations/colours etc., and everything was set up the day before our wedding so we didn't have to worry about it! We highly recommend This Green Moon for weddings and events! If there were six (or more) stars we would enthusiastically give a higher rating! We held our wedding at This Green Moon in early May 2024, and we couldn’t have wished for a better experience. Ash, Paul and the team were incredible from first meeting them through to organising everything on the day. They helped us plan our day, gave really helpful insight and recommendations from their experience at other events, and on the big day made everything run so smoothly there was absolutely nothing to worry about. The whole team made our wedding so special; our friends and family are still talking about how great the venue looked, how friendly the team were and how good an atmosphere there was. Cannot recommend highly enough!

We had our wedding at This Green Moon last month. If you are thinking about booking them for your special day or a party DO IT! I can't recommend them enough. Ashleigh and Paul and the whole TGM team could not do enough for us. Nothing was out of the question or too much trouble! We had a lot of heartbreak and hurdles leading up to the wedding. So I needed all the support I could get. They took all the pressure away with their expertise and calm beautiful ways. Plus have you seen the site? It's just magic 🏕️ We had a 140 plus guests with a whole range of needs and likes but they made it work with ease. The forestry trail for the kiddies was amazing giving their parents 2 hours off to boogie. The choice of drinks from the bar was incredible, the sounds systems brilliant, the staff so accommodating and clearly love their jobs. If you want an outdoor wedding but feel overwhelmed by the prospect of it book This Green Moon. They have the experience and set up, anything they don't have they know where to source it. They have a huge list of recommended suppliers, but if what your after isn't there, they will work with you to make sure you get what you're heart's desire. The weather on our wedding day was grey and damp, but in the lit up woodland haven of TGM it just added to the magic. There's plenty of covering from the elements and the fire pit in the centre of the tents kept all our guests warm whilst toasting marshmallows. I could go on and on. Visited for a forest full of Christmas magic, absolutely loved it from start to finish! Staff were fab, great food and drinks selection. Magical experience for the kids following the trail and the lady at the craft table was super friendly and lots of fun! Lady and gent supervising fire pit - Marsh mallows and spiced cider were very polite and friendly too! There was live music, mainly Christmas, lots of people up dancing, really lovely. A brilliant start to our festivities, thanks so much x

RSVP Weddings and Events arranged our 20 year anniversary vow renewal recently and it was first class. From the first meeting, Sarah from RSVP was attentive, creative, enthusiastic and friendly. She really ‘got’ my brief and brought it to life in spectacular fashion. Sarah’s attention to detail is spot on and her ideas and suggestions made throughout the planning process made our event so special. On the day of the event, Sarah was at our venue from very early morning ensuring that everything was set up perfectly. Sarah remained at the venue for the whole event, making sure it all ran according to plan. We literally didn’t have to think of anything other than enjoying ourselves. We had so many comments from our guests about how wonderful the event was. The day after the event, RSVP collected all of our things from the venue and brought them back to our house. Wonderful service. I would recommend 100%. A great company, with fantastic values and who really care about your event.
