After we postponed our wedding a year due to covid, I felt a little overwhelmed by resuming our planning and so reached out to Sian for her on the day coordination and some additional help in terms of childcare for our daughter aged nearly 2 on the later evening. Sian was brilliant coordinating the suppliers, it was a blank canvas venue and so we had numerous suppliers to link in with. Sian helped with last minute plans, picked up our props for the day and coordinated the set up. We hired Sian as our day-of co-ordinator for our wedding, and I am so so glad we did. She was really helpful in the last few weeks leading up to the wedding, helping tie all the details together and acting as a liaison for our other vendors which was really useful. Where Sian really shone was on the day of the wedding - we did a lot of DIY elements (bringing in a lot of our own food, drinks, and decorations) and hired in multiple independent vendors, and so there were a lot of moving parts, things that needed co-ordinating and delegating, and things that needed to happen at specific times and in specific areas. And thanks to Sian, it all went perfectly - every single thing we requested or put on the to do list got done (even last minute additions) and the day just flowed so seamlessly due to all her hard work behind the scenes. I cannot recommend Sian highly enough, she was so friendly and accommodating and we had such a fun and stress-free day all because of her work. Thank you!

We hired Sian as our wedding coordinator for the 6wk lead up to the wedding and on the day itself. Her organisation with the suppliers before the wedding was incredible and by making a schedule that we also had access to it made everything much less stressful and smoother. Sian was so approachable and attentive both on the lead up to and on the day and she was also very personable. You could tell that she cared deeply about how our day went and put all effort into ensuring our day was stress-free. She put in so much work, everything on the day ran without a hiccup and we weren't worried for a minute which meant we could just enjoy our day! I would highly recommend Sian as not only can she take the stress off those final weeks when things can get very overwhelming but she also assisted us with ideas on how things could work on the day and was always on hand to answer any questions/concerns that we had. It was a pleasure to work with Sian and we cannot thank her enough for the huge part she played in our beautiful day ❤️

We couldn’t recommend Sian more highly! We had a DIY wedding at Kirkstall Abbey and a local pub, and we knew from the early planning stages that we’d need an on-the-day-coordinator. From our initial request and first meeting through to the day itself, Sian was approachable, friendly, super organised and professional. Sian’s coordination package is a cut above the rest as she also offers site visits and takes over supplier correspondence from 6 weeks before - this took a huge weight off our shoulders and allowed us to enjoy the run up. On the day itself, we knew we could relax and enjoy our special day because everything was in Sian’s capable hands. Sian was present when we needed her but working away (very-hard!) in the background, and everything ran smoothly and all the moving parts happened seamlessly. A huge, huge thank you!

Caitlin was a huge help both leading up to my wedding and on the day of. She was very organized, professional and supportive through it all. Caitlin was extremely patient with me and helped me to make informed decisions about the logistics, schedule, decor, etc. There were a few last minute issues that came up (out of our control) and Caitlin was able to stickhandle them without me even knowing about it until after. I highly recommend her services, just knowing she was on top of everything allowed not just me but also my family and bridal party to relax and enjoy the day. They day truly would not have been the same without her.

I'm a bit of a perfectionist and used to plan events for a living. For my wedding, I knew I wanted a day-of wedding coordinator to help execute all the little details I care so much about. Lots of people assume you can do this yourself or enlist a family member, but it's SO important to have a professional on your side to be your advocate - weddings can be stressful!! After considering a few local options, I chose Caitlin. She's insanely organized, incredibly personable and the perfect fit for anyone who values having time to enjoy their wedding day. I was able to hang with family and friends, have special moments with my husband, and dance-offs with my niece and nephew, instead of stressing about items that Caitlin had completely under control. Oh, on top of that she went above and beyond leading up to the event - sourced and picked up print materials, constructed an entire archway, transported flowers and signage (to name just a few). I would highly recommend Gray Weddings & Events. Best decision I ever made!

Caitlin is amazing! She went above and beyond for our wedding. I honestly don't know what we would have done without her. Our original wedding date was set for 2020 but we rescheduled 4 times due to COVID (had our wedding May 2022). Caitlin was there the entire time even though we booked her as a month of coordinator and not a full-out planner. She made sure to stay in touch over those two years. She made sure we weren't worried and stayed exciting for our day to finally arrive. She coordinated with our vendors and made sure everyone knew what to do and when. She made a super detailed day-of schedule that pretty much every vendor loved. I'm a details person so I knew I needed someone to take the stress off me on the wedding day. Caitlin was my girl. I knew I didn't have to worry with her around. Not only is she great at her job, she's a lovely person. I am so happy we got to meet her. She has such a sunny disposition that you can't help but be excited when she's around. When we first talked about hiring a day-of/month-of coordinator, we weren't sure if we wanted to add it to our budget. Knowing what we know now, Caitlin is worth every penny and then some. We cannot sing her praises enough. If we could give her more than 5/5 stars, we would. We would happy recommend her to anyone and everyone.

We booked Suzy as our venue stylist and we are so glad we did! Suzy is amazingly talented at what she does and managed to transform our somewhat vague ideas into a cohesive and beautiful vision for our venue. Suzy’s passion for her craft is plentiful and I came off every call with her feeling confident and excited for what she was going to create. I was able to completely relax on my wedding morning knowing the venue would look beautiful on my arrival. This in itself was priceless, but on the more practical side of things it was also such a cost and time effective decision as there was no need to source and purchase all our own props for our wedding day. It was also a far more sustainable way to style our wedding as we weren't left with boxes and boxes of wasted items at the end. Booking Suzy was a total no brainer for us and we would 100% recommend her to anyone currently planning a wedding xxx

100% recommend!!! We used Suzy @ Mave for both event styling and on-the-day coordination. Having a marquee wedding at home, I knew I would need lots of props to bring my vision together. Suzy was great at listening to my "vibe" and creating the wedding of dreams. I would not have changed a thing!! Organising the wedding myself, I knew I would struggle to trust anyone else to take over on the day itself without a stress, so the on-the-day coordination service was the best solution and totally worth every penny! Suzy was there from start to finish and really allowed me to put my mind at rest and enjoy every moment. Suzy was our day-of-coordinator and was absolutely amazing. Can't state enough the amount of value she delivered to our wedding, we were so so glad we booked her! All our guests and other suppliers agreed she was brilliant too. We had a DIY marquee wedding that required lots of parts coming together, and some last minute changes due to weather. Not only did Suzy manage things running smoothly on the day, but our calls in the run up to ensure everything had been planned out were really useful, as well as communication with suppliers the week before. Where do I even begin? I’d been to a number of weddings where the couple had to set up in the lead up and take it all back down again once the day was done. We just knew that isn’t what I wanted to be doing. We needed calm, no stress and worrying about storage and not to mention the crackers prices for individual purchases of items, storing before the day and where the heck do we put it once the day is over? I saw Suzy’s work on Instagram and immediately knew we would hit it off and quite honestly you were our saving grace in the lead up and the day. It was so bloomin’ lovely to have the decor a secret and to hand over the reigns to someone who knows what they’re doing. We got to see the final product when celebrating and so we’re as awe struck as our guests. We hadn’t a clue how much work goes into planning a wedding and we didn’t even need to make it look nice. Nice doesn’t even cut how beautiful Suzy made our venue; every single person told us how gorgeous it was and were all relieved the next morning when Suzy turned up to take it all down. I emailed numerous times for advice and booked our band as Suzy recommended them; they were amazing and once again you were bang on the money! Suzy; you are worth every penny and more because you were invaluable. Do yourselves a favour and book the stylist package at the very minimum because it makes your venue go from good to fantastic. Not only that but it takes some much needed pressure from your shoulders. We wanted to have everything look amazing but couldn’t quite be bothered to do DIY. Going to ikea the week of the wedding was my worst nightmare so do yourselves a solid and book Suzy!! Suzy, thank you again for everything. Not only is your work beautiful but so are you!

You guys were an absolute dream!!! Thank you for being so on it with communication and sourcing the cars and communicating with Jamie! It had been so great to work with you and Josh my Husband was made up too! I was hunting high and low for a black 68 fast back and a white mustang for our recent wedding before I came across your! I could not believe my luck when I saw the most perfect one you had listed! Ford mustang wedding were brilliant with communication and helping me fulfill my vision and surprising my future Husband! I was able to surprise him with sourcing his dream car and Jamie the car owner couldn’t have been more helpful and supportive through the lead up and during!! Despite not being local he was really up for helping me out and going above and beyond to be there all day and help out! I also booked a white mustang for my bridal car that is also featured on the site that our videographer had worked with previously. Both the cars were absolutely immaculate and well looked! You can really tell the owners passion and hard work that goes into making these cars look perfect! They were happy to receive Pinterest boards and be kept in the loop and contactable. I felt so looked after with the booking process right through to the wedding day itself! The owners were great with my Husband and I and we have got some gorgeous photos! We are both huuuge mustang fans and I was raised going to car shows so we really wanted to create a little display at the courtyard of the wedding venue! My son and his new wife loved the car, as did everyone else: wedding guests and onlookers. A wedding is a joyous and public affair and FMW’s cars help guarantee both. We'd highly recommend booking any car through Ford Mustang, Sam dealt with any queries or concerns you may have promptly and efficiently. James the car owner arrived early to pick us up he was extremely laid back and very approachable. The car was immaculate. The drive to the venue was amazing we were certainly noticed along the way. Wow! Our expectations were already high from our chats and the samples we had already seen with Alison beforehand - but wow, everything far exceeded beyond what we imagined! Sometimes it can be hard to put into words what you are envisioning, but Alison had fully grasped what we were looking for and executed it amazingly on the day. Every detail was absolutely spot on. Everything was positioned well, balanced, the colour scheme as perfect, and included personal touches that made it so special to us. The actual decor itself is also high quality - our guests couldn’t believe that the floral displays weren’t real! Alison is also really easy to get on with and work with, we would recommend highly for wedding decor!
