We hired Sian as our wedding coordinator for the 6wk lead up to the wedding and on the day itself. Her organisation with the suppliers before the wedding was incredible and by making a schedule that we also had access to it made everything much less stressful and smoother. Sian was so approachable and attentive both on the lead up to and on the day and she was also very personable. You could tell that she cared deeply about how our day went and put all effort into ensuring our day was stress-free. She put in so much work, everything on the day ran without a hiccup and we weren't worried for a minute which meant we could just enjoy our day! I would highly recommend Sian as not only can she take the stress off those final weeks when things can get very overwhelming but she also assisted us with ideas on how things could work on the day and was always on hand to answer any questions/concerns that we had. It was a pleasure to work with Sian and we cannot thank her enough for the huge part she played in our beautiful day ❤️

After we postponed our wedding a year due to covid, I felt a little overwhelmed by resuming our planning and so reached out to Sian for her on the day coordination and some additional help in terms of childcare for our daughter aged nearly 2 on the later evening. Sian was brilliant coordinating the suppliers, it was a blank canvas venue and so we had numerous suppliers to link in with. Sian helped with last minute plans, picked up our props for the day and coordinated the set up. When we first met Sian we knew she would be perfect as our wedding coordinator. She was so friendly and reassuring and we instantly knew we were in good hands. Sian took over control of the supplier at the 6 week mark in order to get the schedule together. This was so helpful and really took the pressure off us. We really couldn't have asked for anything more. On the day Sian was amazing and so professional. She kept us on schedule while letting us go with the flow. We hired Sian as our day-of co-ordinator for our wedding, and I am so so glad we did. She was really helpful in the last few weeks leading up to the wedding, helping tie all the details together and acting as a liaison for our other vendors which was really useful. Where Sian really shone was on the day of the wedding - we did a lot of DIY elements (bringing in a lot of our own food, drinks, and decorations) and hired in multiple independent vendors, and so there were a lot of moving parts, things that needed co-ordinating and delegating, and things that needed to happen at specific times and in specific areas. And thanks to Sian, it all went perfectly - every single thing we requested or put on the to do list got done (even last minute additions) and the day just flowed so seamlessly due to all her hard work behind the scenes. I cannot recommend Sian highly enough, she was so friendly and accommodating and we had such a fun and stress-free day all because of her work. Thank you!

We used BAR Events for our wedding at Almscliffe Valley in Harrogate and could not have been happier with their service. Laura was so organised and friendly throughout the whole process, very responsive to emails and really helped us in our planning of the wedding. They were so accommodating throughout - we had to postpone our wedding due to covid but there was no stress in rearranging. Laura also helped us customise our drinks package and specifically ordered our toast drink and choice of cocktails for the bar. The set up was very smooth and the tepee's looked amazing, the bar staff were so friendly and helped to make sure everything ran smoothly. The open days are a great way of seeing the tepee's, so we would definitely recommend attending one if you can. Could not recommend BAR Events more highly - thank you again for everything!

Not sure where to begin, we are over the moon with Bar Events. From the very start Laura has been the most helpful supplier in the world. You don't just get a teepee service, you get the full package. Laura pretty much acted as a wedding planner for us too. Communication is excellent, service on the day was excellent, nothing was too much for the team. Honestly can not recommend them enough, I want to do it all again!! Xxx

Laura and the team were the absolute best!! We had already booked our yurts for our wedding, but were on the lookout for a team that could run the bar for us. We were recommended Bar Events and I'm so glad we used them. Laura was so helpful with prompt responses to our emails and really helpful meetings too. She helped us work out what we'd need (we had no idea what a fridge trailor was or an ice igloo and why they'd be important haha), as well as planning out how the day would run. The staff on the day - omg they worked so, so hard. They were all absolutely brilliant, ensuring even when we sat down guests were sorted for drinks rather than them having to get up! Wow! Our expectations were already high from our chats and the samples we had already seen with Alison beforehand - but wow, everything far exceeded beyond what we imagined! Sometimes it can be hard to put into words what you are envisioning, but Alison had fully grasped what we were looking for and executed it amazingly on the day. Every detail was absolutely spot on. Everything was positioned well, balanced, the colour scheme as perfect, and included personal touches that made it so special to us. The actual decor itself is also high quality - our guests couldn’t believe that the floral displays weren’t real! Alison is also really easy to get on with and work with, we would recommend highly for wedding decor!

We couldn't recommend Alison enough after our wedding at Thorpe Park Hotel last month - Alison was able to provide a twinkle curtain for our ceremony room (at fairly short notice!) and was absolutely amazing. Wow! What can I say about the team at Wedding Fayres Yorkshire? I don't actually see these people as business associates but more of friends. All of the suppliers are like a little family and it's all due to how fantastic WFY are. The wedding fayres are brilliant, really well organised, marketed well so they get the numbers in and fabulous quality of suppliers. The fayres run smoothly from the moment you arrive there's usually a member of the team there to help you with your stuff (mainly for the diva's) so I look after myself. They know exactly where you are exhibiting and are always on hand from the start of the day until the finish. From the second you hear Stevie Wonder play you know you're in for a good day. Wedding Fayres Yorkshire go much further than weddings. They always are there to advise and help all their customers. I really enjoy the Grant and Allan weekly catch up meeting on Facebook live, which just gives an update of everything that's happening, it's great to always be involved. During the lockdown they have also been doing a weekly Friday night's quiz which is brilliant! It's amazing support for those wedding industry professionals who need it during hard times. All I can say is Wedding Fayres Yorkshire are FAB!

This is very late but very well deserved. Cheryl was absolutely amazing from start to finish. My theme was all over the place from vibtage to design to modern colours and i genuinely couldnt make my mind up. If im honest I didn't know what to expect, but let me tell you, out of this world. Everyone, and I mean everyone, commented on how how fabulous our venue looked. Nothing was too big or too small for her. We unfortunately lost our son before our wedding and she did a beautiful table for him for us, he was still best man, and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend her, you won't be disappointed.

The work she did to make our wedding day was incredible, all of our guests commented how beautiful both our ceremony room & wedding breakfast room were dressed. When we did our first reveal of the room it took our breath away - we had never dreamt it could have looked so perfect. Cheryl was easy to talk through, made fantastic recommendations and her expertise on venue dressing is just brilliant. Phenomenal service! If you are looking for dessert table for your event, I would not hesitate to book them in. Arrived earlier, very professional setup and friendly service. All the guests loved the karak chai and waffles. Very reasonably priced too, will definitely be booking in for future events.

We had the waffle stick station at our wedding evening party and they went down a treat!! Our guests were raving about the waffle sticks and saying how it was a nice extra touch to the party!
