We had the waffle stick station at our wedding evening party and they went down a treat!! Our guests were raving about the waffle sticks and saying how it was a nice extra touch to the party! We used events by perspective for a welcome sign and their pancake cart for our wedding. The welcome sign was a really nice touch and really well decorated. As for the pancake cart, all guests absolutely loved the pancakes and the cart was always busy despite us having other desserts. The team provided were super helpful and friendly, handled the large number of guests really well and set up and packed up without any issue. I would highly recommend these guys as their prices were also better than other vendors closer to us. The team travelled four hours to cater for our event and still beat the price of London based vendors.

We recently used BAR Events UK for our wedding reception, and we couldn't be happier with the experience! From the very first inquiry to the last dance at our reception, their team was absolutely incredible. Every detail was handled with care, and nothing was too much trouble for them. They were there to assist with everything from the initial booking process to providing fantastic bar staff on the day of the event. The teepee itself was simply stunning, creating the perfect backdrop for our celebration. It truly made our reception feel magical and intimate, exactly what we had envisioned. Where do we even start!! BAR Events absolutely made our wedding day the best day of our lives. I can honestly say we didn't have to stress about anything, Laura was always on hand to help with any queries and liaised with our other suppliers to make sure we had everything we needed on the day. The guys setting up and taking down the teepee were brilliant, and the bar staff on the day were just amazing. Honestly couldn't find a nicer bunch of people and they are just a credit to BAR Events. Nothing was ever too much, always smiling and just made the whole weekend run completely smoothly. Not only was the teepee and staff fantastic but the bar was spot on! They catered for exactly what we wanted and more! Prices were so reasonable and our guests were so impressed with it all. Laura and the team were the absolute best!! We had already booked our yurts for our wedding, but were on the lookout for a team that could run the bar for us. We were recommended Bar Events and I'm so glad we used them. Laura was so helpful with prompt responses to our emails and really helpful meetings too. She helped us work out what we'd need (we had no idea what a fridge trailor was or an ice igloo and why they'd be important haha), as well as planning out how the day would run. The staff on the day - omg they worked so, so hard. They were all absolutely brilliant, ensuring even when we sat down guests were sorted for drinks rather than them having to get up! Not sure where to begin, we are over the moon with Bar Events. From the very start Laura has been the most helpful supplier in the world. You don't just get a teepee service, you get the full package. Laura pretty much acted as a wedding planner for us too. Communication is excellent, service on the day was excellent, nothing was too much for the team. Honestly can not recommend them enough, I want to do it all again!! Xxx

We asked Jess to provide table centrepieces for our Emerald Ball in November. She provided a fantastic service, replied swiftly to any questions and had some great suggestions. The final look on the night and service on the day of set up was amazing. The centrepieces pulled the venue together, perfectly matching the theme. We couldn't recommend Jess enough and will certainly be using Create a Look again in the future.

We used Create a Look for our wedding in May - Really friendly service, Jessica was really helpful when we were choosing decorations/colours etc., and everything was set up the day before our wedding so we didn't have to worry about it! We can’t recommend Sian enough! Being able to hand everything over to her 6 weeks before the wedding was such a weight off our shoulders, and really lifted that worry of ‘oh gosh what if we forget something’! Having Sian taking care of everything also completely transformed our experience on the day - rather than having to worry about the florist coming to set up and the bar and all the other suppliers arriving, we could just get ourselves ready and enjoy the excitement with our friends and family. Rather than having to ‘host’, we got to fully enjoy our day. She is also just so lovely and kind, a wonderful person to have around on the big day!

We hired Sian as our wedding coordinator for the 6wk lead up to the wedding and on the day itself. Her organisation with the suppliers before the wedding was incredible and by making a schedule that we also had access to it made everything much less stressful and smoother. Sian was so approachable and attentive both on the lead up to and on the day and she was also very personable. You could tell that she cared deeply about how our day went and put all effort into ensuring our day was stress-free. She put in so much work, everything on the day ran without a hiccup and we weren't worried for a minute which meant we could just enjoy our day! I would highly recommend Sian as not only can she take the stress off those final weeks when things can get very overwhelming but she also assisted us with ideas on how things could work on the day and was always on hand to answer any questions/concerns that we had. It was a pleasure to work with Sian and we cannot thank her enough for the huge part she played in our beautiful day ❤️

When we first met Sian we knew she would be perfect as our wedding coordinator. She was so friendly and reassuring and we instantly knew we were in good hands. Sian took over control of the supplier at the 6 week mark in order to get the schedule together. This was so helpful and really took the pressure off us. We really couldn't have asked for anything more. On the day Sian was amazing and so professional. She kept us on schedule while letting us go with the flow. After we postponed our wedding a year due to covid, I felt a little overwhelmed by resuming our planning and so reached out to Sian for her on the day coordination and some additional help in terms of childcare for our daughter aged nearly 2 on the later evening. Sian was brilliant coordinating the suppliers, it was a blank canvas venue and so we had numerous suppliers to link in with. Sian helped with last minute plans, picked up our props for the day and coordinated the set up. Wow! What can I say about the team at Wedding Fayres Yorkshire? I don't actually see these people as business associates but more of friends. All of the suppliers are like a little family and it's all due to how fantastic WFY are. The wedding fayres are brilliant, really well organised, marketed well so they get the numbers in and fabulous quality of suppliers. The fayres run smoothly from the moment you arrive there's usually a member of the team there to help you with your stuff (mainly for the diva's) so I look after myself. They know exactly where you are exhibiting and are always on hand from the start of the day until the finish. From the second you hear Stevie Wonder play you know you're in for a good day. Wedding Fayres Yorkshire go much further than weddings. They always are there to advise and help all their customers. I really enjoy the Grant and Allan weekly catch up meeting on Facebook live, which just gives an update of everything that's happening, it's great to always be involved. During the lockdown they have also been doing a weekly Friday night's quiz which is brilliant! It's amazing support for those wedding industry professionals who need it during hard times. All I can say is Wedding Fayres Yorkshire are FAB!

We couldn't recommend Alison enough after our wedding at Thorpe Park Hotel last month - Alison was able to provide a twinkle curtain for our ceremony room (at fairly short notice!) and was absolutely amazing.
