Cristel and the Shindig! Team are amazing. All our guests commented on how beautiful the styling was at our wedding venue Hornington Manor. Our flowers were absolutely beautiful featuring flowers that meant a lot to relatives that were unable to spend the day with us. They were brilliant on the day and during all the planning. We cannot thank them enough.

Shindig supplied all of the bouquets, button holes, confetti, ceremony and table decorations for our wedding. They were amazing in bringing the vision to life and just seemed to get the vibe I was looking for straight away. The room was so beautiful on the day! Thank you!

We hired Shindig to style our venue and do the flowers for our recent wedding. Honestly couldn’t have been happier they really did an amazing job! From start to finish there was lots of discussions and check ins to make sure we were all on the same page. They turned up and set everything up for me the day before the wedding which took the stress out of it for me, and they really nailed the brief. I couldn’t thank Shindig and Cristel personally enough. They made our wedding day so so special. Everything we visioned they brought to life and it was better than we could have imagined. They talked us through the entire day and made sure we were 100% happy before we left our final meeting. We were able to reuse items we had for the ceremony for our night do which was a great way to carry our theme through from day to night. Having the stress taken off you was a great feeling also. Not having to worry about styling the venue or worrying about anything going wrong because they were downstairs doing everything they could to make our venue look amazing. They were great from start to finish and so helpful, really went above and beyond to make sure it was the best day for us and it really was. I bought my wedding flowers from them so I have the reminder forever of our special day. Couldn’t have asked for a better company on our wedding day.

We used Howard’s events for our daughters christening, we had the flower wall, cake stand, candy floss and popcorn as well as donut wall. It just made the event from nice to extra special, it gave the event more atmosphere, and the kids loved it! Tammy can’t do enough to help, she’s like an event fairy god mother! We can’t wait for her to decorate our wedding venue next year- no one else is trust to ensure we have a stress free day and a beautifully decorated venue. We booked runners, charger plates, and bud vases for the tables and she did such a good job of it all. Working with Suzy was an absolute dream. We planned our destination wedding styling with her from Bermuda. We spoke with her on the phone with a four hour time difference which meant early morning long distance calls to late night conversations squeezing in every detail. Suzy was our day-of-coordinator and was absolutely amazing. Can't state enough the amount of value she delivered to our wedding, we were so so glad we booked her! All our guests and other suppliers agreed she was brilliant too. We had a DIY marquee wedding that required lots of parts coming together, and some last minute changes due to weather. Not only did Suzy manage things running smoothly on the day, but our calls in the run up to ensure everything had been planned out were really useful, as well as communication with suppliers the week before. As a bride I was able to 100% relax on my wedding morning knowing that no matter what came up, Suzy would have it sorted. The way this made me feel my wedding morning, wedding day and in the week running up, is something that I didn't know money could buy and I am so grateful! Suzy is amazingly talented at what she does and managed to transform our somewhat vague ideas into a cohesive and beautiful vision for our venue. I was able to completely relax on my wedding morning knowing the venue would look beautiful on my arrival. This in itself was priceless, but on the more practical side of things it was also such a cost and time effective decision as there was no need to source and purchase all our own props for our wedding day. It was also a far more sustainable way to style our wedding as we weren't left with boxes and boxes of wasted items at the end. Adam and his team created the perfect venue for the 120 guests at my friend's 70th Birthday party. They put up a huge tent with dance floor, white clothed tables, a well stocked bar and somewhere hidden away was kitchen tent from which delicious food emerged. Best party I've been to in a long time, all very professional and seamless.

Adam, Joanna and their team recently catered for our wedding. Marquee, catering and bar in our own field. They were incredible! Every detail was carefully thought out and executed. Jess and her team were amazing, they were friendly and so, so organised. Jess helped make the lead-up to our wedding run seamlessly, which meant we didn’t have all the stress of sorting everything out. As she is a wedding expert, she gave us great tips and advice about how best to set out our day, we wouldn’t have had a clue otherwise! On the day of our wedding, everything ran to time and went perfectly and she was a very calming presence for my husband when he was getting a bit stressed out. It was like a professional production and we could just relax and enjoy ourselves - we even forgot they were there sometimes! We would highly recommended hiring Jess to coordinate your wedding, it’s a no brainer really, you can have an amazing well-put together wedding and no stress!

Our daughter got married in June 2024 and we were very fortunate to have been recommended Jess by Kate from our marquee company (Special Event Tipis and Marquees). We had got quite far along the DIY planning route when I realised as MOB that I wanted to be able to enjoy the wedding day and the build up to it without being overwhelmed with everything. My husband was quite sceptical at first about why we needed a coordinator as we had everything booked. This was mainly because he hadn't quite grasped what was involved, but after meeting Jess he was onboard 110% and he, like the rest of us, thinks she is fantastic and money well spent. We engaged Jess for her 'on the day management' but this is truly much, much more than just 'on the day' management and is an absolute MUST if you are having a marquee wedding. She is an experienced professional who has a very calm approach to everything. She stepped in 6 weeks before the wedding and from then on we knew we were in safe hands. She gave us much needed advice on a whole host of things and made everything run smoothly. She expertly coordinated with all our suppliers - of which there were many and all of whom were brilliant! She and her team (hello & thank you to the other Jesses) came the day before the wedding and set up the marquee. We went along to give a hand, but she had everything covered. She even had a kettle & made us all a cuppa! They came to the church rehearsal and then went back to the marquee to continue with the set up which enabled me able to spend time with my daughter and our family and friends, stress free, the night before the wedding, which is something which I would not have been able to do without her being onboard. Unfortunately, the weather on the day wasn't great . After glorious sunshine the day before, in true Lake District style, it rained on the day. We were so confident and comfortable with Jess's advice that we trusted her to her to make the last minute decision if the drinks reception would be inside or outside. She, together with Fran from Holker Hall, managed this beautifully and our guests have said that they were quite pleased it rained as it enabled them to have a look around the beautiful Holker Hall. Jess and her team were very professional and at the same time warm and friendly and it genuinely comes across how much they love their work. We had the most fantastic & fun wedding party and all our guests have said that this was the best wedding they have ever been to. I do believe we had the dream team of suppliers. My husband and I got married in July 2024, and utilised Jess’ on the day wedding coordination package - but what her and her team give you is so so much more than that! We booked a venue which required lots of different suppliers (separate caterer, bar company, linen hire, port-a-loos etc….) and in the run up to it I said to my husband that I really wanted someone I could hand everything over to in advance so I could enjoy the run up and not be worrying about coordinating everything! Luckily, I’d met Jess at an event before we were even engaged and so she was the first person I went to for this help. And I am SO glad we did! She goes above and beyond for you to make sure your day is special and runs smoothly. I’ll never forget that I’d planned to tie the tags onto our favours the night before the wedding with my bridesmaids, only to turn up and for them to have already been done by Jess and her team without even needing to have asked. We had drinks “tokens” to hand out to our evening guests and I went to ask Jess for these in the evening to hand them out, again to find that they’d taken care of it already. They were one step ahead always on the little details, and knowing there was someone we could go to on the day if needed (rather than people coming to me or the wedding party) was truly invaluable. After our wedding I asked my partner what’s the one “non negotiable” you’d recommend to other couples planning a wedding like ours and we both agreed that it would be Jess and her team. I know my sister is also recommending her to friends who are getting married soon too as she was equally impressed by her! We hired Candy Floss Crazy for crazy golf at our wedding in Glasgow. The mini golf set up on the day was absolutely amazing, and we just loved how it had been personalised. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about it, especially the kids! We also really appreciated how far they travelled to bring the set up to us. Jason was amazing to deal with throughout the process and Shane was fantastic on the day with the set up and explaining everything to our guests. The crazy golf was was such a unique addition to our day, something that neither the venue or our guests had seen before, and it made what was an incredible day that little bit more special. We would 100% recommend.
