With unpredictable weather in the lead-up and strong winds on the day itself, it was far from straightforward, but Victoria handled everything with calm professionalism and incredible attention to detail. She was thoroughly organised, ensuring that even with last-minute adjustments, everything ran smoothly and gracefully. From the beautifully elegant chair drapes to the stunning rustic arch adorned with roses, every detail was just perfect and added so much charm to our venue. The white and silver postbox was a lovely touch too – both practical and stylish, and it fit seamlessly with our theme. It was interesting for our overseas guests to see a postbox in that style. We couldn’t recommend Sian more highly! We had a DIY wedding at Kirkstall Abbey and a local pub, and we knew from the early planning stages that we’d need an on-the-day-coordinator. From our initial request and first meeting through to the day itself, Sian was approachable, friendly, super organised and professional. Sian’s coordination package is a cut above the rest as she also offers site visits and takes over supplier correspondence from 6 weeks before - this took a huge weight off our shoulders and allowed us to enjoy the run up. On the day itself, we knew we could relax and enjoy our special day because everything was in Sian’s capable hands. Sian was present when we needed her but working away (very-hard!) in the background, and everything ran smoothly and all the moving parts happened seamlessly. A huge, huge thank you!

We hired Sian as our wedding coordinator for the 6wk lead up to the wedding and on the day itself. Her organisation with the suppliers before the wedding was incredible and by making a schedule that we also had access to it made everything much less stressful and smoother. Sian was so approachable and attentive both on the lead up to and on the day and she was also very personable. You could tell that she cared deeply about how our day went and put all effort into ensuring our day was stress-free. She put in so much work, everything on the day ran without a hiccup and we weren't worried for a minute which meant we could just enjoy our day! I would highly recommend Sian as not only can she take the stress off those final weeks when things can get very overwhelming but she also assisted us with ideas on how things could work on the day and was always on hand to answer any questions/concerns that we had. When we first met Sian we knew she would be perfect as our wedding coordinator. She was so friendly and reassuring and we instantly knew we were in good hands. Sian took over control of the supplier at the 6 week mark in order to get the schedule together. This was so helpful and really took the pressure off us. After we postponed our wedding a year due to covid, I felt a little overwhelmed by resuming our planning and so reached out to Sian for her on the day coordination and some additional help in terms of childcare for our daughter aged nearly 2 on the later evening. Sian was brilliant coordinating the suppliers, it was a blank canvas venue and so we had numerous suppliers to link in with. Sian helped with last minute plans, picked up our props for the day and coordinated the set up. Wow! What can I say about the team at Wedding Fayres Yorkshire? I don't actually see these people as business associates but more of friends. All of the suppliers are like a little family and it's all due to how fantastic WFY are. The wedding fayres are brilliant, really well organised, marketed well so they get the numbers in and fabulous quality of suppliers. The fayres run smoothly from the moment you arrive there's usually a member of the team there to help you with your stuff (mainly for the diva's) so I look after myself. They know exactly where you are exhibiting and are always on hand from the start of the day until the finish. From the second you hear Stevie Wonder play you know you're in for a good day. Wedding Fayres Yorkshire go much further than weddings. They always are there to advise and help all their customers. I really enjoy the Grant and Allan weekly catch up meeting on Facebook live, which just gives an update of everything that's happening, it's great to always be involved. During the lockdown they have also been doing a weekly Friday night's quiz which is brilliant! It's amazing support for those wedding industry professionals who need it during hard times. All I can say is Wedding Fayres Yorkshire are FAB!

Jessica styled our wedding at Rudding Park, including the chapel and it looked SO gorgeous! Jessica is so wonderful and lovely, completely put me at ease and I trusted her judgement 100% - the room took our breath away when we saw it…. Jessica did such an amazing job setting up our wedding venue on April 25th, 2025. Everything went so smoothly—we honestly couldn’t have asked for more! The gypsophila arch and flower bombs were gorgeous, and the white rose centerpiece with floating candles looked incredible. We also had sage green chiffon drapes to match our colour theme, and they were just perfect. Huge thanks to Jessica for all her help and attention to detail. I’d 100% recommend her to anyone needing a beautiful venue setup!

Working with Suzy was an absolute dream. We planned our destination wedding styling with her from Bermuda. We spoke with her on the phone with a four hour time difference which meant early morning long distance calls to late night conversations squeezing in every detail. Suzy did a wonderful job at bringing our Pinterest board to life. The details and decor were phenomenal and her outstanding communication skills eased every worry that we might have had when planning from afar. She made fantastic recommendations for other suppliers and everything ran smoothly on the day thanks to her. Suzy is personable, easy to talk to and on the big day got to work transforming the space quickly like a magical wizard. Suzy is truly a professional and made sure that the vision we had was executed. As creatives we had high expectations and she far exceeded them. We are so grateful for her hard work and for making our day run smoothly. We will forever cherish her great smile and tenacious attitude towards getting the job done! We cannot recommend her enough and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to other brides.

Where do I even begin? I’d been to a number of weddings where the couple had to set up in the lead up and take it all back down again once the day was done. We just knew that isn’t what I wanted to be doing. We needed calm, no stress and worrying about storage and not to mention the crackers prices for individual purchases of items, storing before the day and where the heck do we put it once the day is over? I saw Suzy’s work on Instagram and immediately knew we would hit it off and quite honestly you were our saving grace in the lead up and the day. It was so bloomin’ lovely to have the decor a secret and to hand over the reigns to someone who knows what they’re doing. We got to see the final product when celebrating and so we’re as awe struck as our guests. We hadn’t a clue how much work goes into planning a wedding and we didn’t even need to make it look nice. Nice doesn’t even cut how beautiful Suzy made our venue; every single person told us how gorgeous it was and were all relieved the next morning when Suzy turned up to take it all down. I emailed numerous times for advice and booked our band as Suzy recommended them; they were amazing and once again you were bang on the money! Suzy; you are worth every penny and more because you were invaluable. Do yourselves a favour and book the stylist package at the very minimum because it makes your venue go from good to fantastic. Not only that but it takes some much needed pressure from your shoulders. We wanted to have everything look amazing but couldn’t quite be bothered to do DIY. Going to ikea the week of the wedding was my worst nightmare so do yourselves a solid and book Suzy!! Suzy, thank you again for everything. Not only is your work beautiful but so are you!

We booked Suzy as our venue stylist and we are so glad we did! Suzy is amazingly talented at what she does and managed to transform our somewhat vague ideas into a cohesive and beautiful vision for our venue. Suzy’s passion for her craft is plentiful and I came off every call with her feeling confident and excited for what she was going to create. I was able to completely relax on my wedding morning knowing the venue would look beautiful on my arrival. This in itself was priceless, but on the more practical side of things it was also such a cost and time effective decision as there was no need to source and purchase all our own props for our wedding day. It was also a far more sustainable way to style our wedding as we weren't left with boxes and boxes of wasted items at the end. Booking Suzy was a total no brainer for us and we would 100% recommend her to anyone currently planning a wedding xxx

100% recommend!!! We used Suzy @ Mave for both event styling and on-the-day coordination. Having a marquee wedding at home, I knew I would need lots of props to bring my vision together. Suzy was great at listening to my "vibe" and creating the wedding of dreams. I would not have changed a thing!! Organising the wedding myself, I knew I would struggle to trust anyone else to take over on the day itself without a stress, so the on-the-day coordination service was the best solution and totally worth every penny! RSVP Weddings and Events arranged our 20 year anniversary vow renewal recently and it was first class. From the first meeting, Sarah from RSVP was attentive, creative, enthusiastic and friendly. She really ‘got’ my brief and brought it to life in spectacular fashion. Sarah’s attention to detail is spot on and her ideas and suggestions made throughout the planning process made our event so special. On the day of the event, Sarah was at our venue from very early morning ensuring that everything was set up perfectly. Sarah remained at the venue for the whole event, making sure it all ran according to plan. We literally didn’t have to think of anything other than enjoying ourselves. We had so many comments from our guests about how wonderful the event was. The day after the event, RSVP collected all of our things from the venue and brought them back to our house. I worked with Tammy on a recent styled shoot. She is the most warm and welcoming person and her eye for detail is second to none. The rustic LOVE letters were really unique and added an extra dimension to our styled shoot. Highly recommend.

Tammy did the decor for our wedding at the end of July and was absolutely amazing. When I walked into the room I could not believe how beautiful it looked. We booked runners, charger plates, and bud vases for the tables and she did such a good job of it all. We used Howard’s events for our daughters christening, we had the flower wall, cake stand, candy floss and popcorn as well as donut wall. It just made the event from nice to extra special, it gave the event more atmosphere, and the kids loved it! Tammy can’t do enough to help, she’s like an event fairy god mother! West Yorkshire Event Styling did our wedding in Feb 2023 and I can't say enough about how great our venue looked. Alison was professional from the outset and nothing was too much for her. Eventhough she already has a long itinerary of resources, if we wanted something specific, she would find it, such as a fog machine! Her blossom trees are beautiful and I had so many comments from all our guests on how amazing they looked. The entire venue looked enchanting. You're in a safe pair of hands with Alison and I would definitely recommend.
