After we postponed our wedding a year due to covid, I felt a little overwhelmed by resuming our planning and so reached out to Sian for her on the day coordination and some additional help in terms of childcare for our daughter aged nearly 2 on the later evening. Sian was brilliant coordinating the suppliers, it was a blank canvas venue and so we had numerous suppliers to link in with. Sian helped with last minute plans, picked up our props for the day and coordinated the set up. When we first met Sian we knew she would be perfect as our wedding coordinator. She was so friendly and reassuring and we instantly knew we were in good hands. Sian took over control of the supplier at the 6 week mark in order to get the schedule together. This was so helpful and really took the pressure off us. We really couldn't have asked for anything more. On the day Sian was amazing and so professional. She kept us on schedule while letting us go with the flow. We hired Sian as our day-of co-ordinator for our wedding, and I am so so glad we did. She was really helpful in the last few weeks leading up to the wedding, helping tie all the details together and acting as a liaison for our other vendors which was really useful. Where Sian really shone was on the day of the wedding - we did a lot of DIY elements (bringing in a lot of our own food, drinks, and decorations) and hired in multiple independent vendors, and so there were a lot of moving parts, things that needed co-ordinating and delegating, and things that needed to happen at specific times and in specific areas. And thanks to Sian, it all went perfectly - every single thing we requested or put on the to do list got done (even last minute additions) and the day just flowed so seamlessly due to all her hard work behind the scenes. I cannot recommend Sian highly enough, she was so friendly and accommodating and we had such a fun and stress-free day all because of her work. Thank you!

We couldn’t recommend Sian more highly! We had a DIY wedding at Kirkstall Abbey and a local pub, and we knew from the early planning stages that we’d need an on-the-day-coordinator. From our initial request and first meeting through to the day itself, Sian was approachable, friendly, super organised and professional. Sian’s coordination package is a cut above the rest as she also offers site visits and takes over supplier correspondence from 6 weeks before - this took a huge weight off our shoulders and allowed us to enjoy the run up. On the day itself, we knew we could relax and enjoy our special day because everything was in Sian’s capable hands. Sian was present when we needed her but working away (very-hard!) in the background, and everything ran smoothly and all the moving parts happened seamlessly. A huge, huge thank you!

Invited for a show around, and even when it's not "event ready," it's simply stunning. Such a "feel good" space and adaptable to any event. We discussed funeral and memorial services as well as weddings and baby naming ceremony events. We would 100% recommend Denroyd Farm as a wedding venue. We booked our wedding at Denroyd Farm for August 2024. We had the bronze package with the hog roast. Denroyd farm tailored our arrival drinks to suit the requirements of our guests and we paid for puddings on top. The package even included a DJ. Throughout the planning process communication was really clear through Racheal and the team went above and beyond to help take the stress out of the planning. For example the venue wasn't being used a couple of days before our wedding so Racheal asked if we'd like to set up early and didn't charge for having access to the venue earlier. The venue is already partially dressed so all we needed to worry about were table decorations. On the day of the wedding the team took care of everything to ensure our day ran smoothly. There are stunning views which make the perfect background for photographs. For a wedding venue and the service that is provided Denroyd farm is extremely good value for money.

Racheal and the team were an absolute delight to work with! nothing was too much trouble for them. Its the first time we've hosted a fundraising event at Denroyd Farm and they all made sure that the event was a big a success and that everything ran smoothly. If you're wondering "do I really need a wedding planner?" the answer is no - you don't need just a wedding planner, YOU NEED JESS! The easiest ever 5 stars. Jess was phenomenal - you will not find a safer pair of hands for the biggest day of your life! BEFORE WEDDING DAY We thought we could do it all but we were so SO wrong. 16mths before our big day we realised that wedding planning is someone's profession for a REASON & opted to find an 'on the day' planner since most of our vendors were already booked. My biggest regret is not getting Jess on board from the outset! We spoke with a number of wedding planners & at the end of back-to-back initial meetings, we didn't even need to discuss who the best fit was - it was obviously Jess. Jess was, of course, kind & congratulatory & immediately easy to get on with, but she was also focused & able to demonstrate her ability to deliver our dream day from the very first moments of meeting her. We knew that she would have everything in hand! Jess was our go to whenever we had a wobble or a question or needed to soundboard something. Nothing was too much & she always responded quickly & with results! She put us at ease every step of the way. The thing with wedding planning is that you don't know what you don't know, & that is where Jess is essential. She won't just people please - she'll give you honest advice/opinions to ensure your day runs smoothly & in line with your vision, & she will quickly identify any issues or gaps & will have solutions before you can even ask! ON THE DAY Knowing Jess was going to be there put us at ease in the lead up. On the day we both said that booking Jess was the best decision we made on MULTIPLE occasions! Nothing was an issue, she had everything under control, & had solutions to any issues without us even knowing there'd been an issue. There was literally not one thing we had to worry about on the day. Ultimately, Jess was both a friendly face on the day putting us at ease & also the most proficient organiser I've ever seen. She took command, made sure everything/everyone was where they needed to be, & did so in the kindest & most professional way without so much as breaking a sweat. She makes EVERYTHING look effortless! By the end of the day, we were devastated that she was leaving after having delivered our dream wedding day which, due to her sheer effort & skill, far exceeded our expectations & frankly blew us out the water. TIPS 1 - Don't book any old wedding planner, BOOK JESS! And do it sooner than later - don't be me, you can't do it all! 2 - If you're having a multi-day wedding, particularly with a pre-party, book Jess! We didn't & when it came to bite me in the backside she was there at the drop of a hat & sorted EVERYTHING out. Massive regret not just booking her from the outset! 3 - Communicate! Jess is incredible but she's not a mind reader, & she got to know us so well so that she could deliver the exact right aesthetic & atmosphere on the day. 4 - Trust Jess implicitly. There is a reason this is her profession. She delivers flawless weddings week in, week out. If you hand over the reins, you will NOT be disappointed! OVERALL Jess is one of the most organised people you will ever meet & you'll rarely have a question that she hasn't already thought of & answered - she goes above & beyond! She is also so incredibly kind & we like to think over the past couple of years has become a real friend, something we are so grateful for. Our day was flawless & it was entirely down to Jess. My husband and I got married in July 2024, and utilised Jess’ on the day wedding coordination package - but what her and her team give you is so so much more than that! We booked a venue which required lots of different suppliers (separate caterer, bar company, linen hire, port-a-loos etc….) and in the run up to it I said to my husband that I really wanted someone I could hand everything over to in advance so I could enjoy the run up and not be worrying about coordinating everything! Luckily, I’d met Jess at an event before we were even engaged and so she was the first person I went to for this help. And I am SO glad we did! She goes above and beyond for you to make sure your day is special and runs smoothly. I’ll never forget that I’d planned to tie the tags onto our favours the night before the wedding with my bridesmaids, only to turn up and for them to have already been done by Jess and her team without even needing to have asked. We had drinks “tokens” to hand out to our evening guests and I went to ask Jess for these in the evening to hand them out, again to find that they’d taken care of it already. They were one step ahead always on the little details, and knowing there was someone we could go to on the day if needed (rather than people coming to me or the wedding party) was truly invaluable. After our wedding I asked my partner what’s the one “non negotiable” you’d recommend to other couples planning a wedding like ours and we both agreed that it would be Jess and her team. I know my sister is also recommending her to friends who are getting married soon too as she was equally impressed by her! We couldn’t be happier with the products we received from Glamourpuss for our wedding day! From the beautifully elegant chair drapes to the stunning rustic arch adorned with roses, every detail was just perfect and added so much charm to our venue. The white and silver postbox was a lovely touch too – both practical and stylish, and it fit seamlessly with our theme. It was interesting for our overseas guests to see a postbox in that style. The team were professional, friendly and communication throughout was excellent, meaning pick up and drop off went well and we knew exactly what we needed to do as the wedding approached. So many of our guests commented on how beautiful the setup looked – it truly helped to make our day unforgettable. The price was very competitive as well.
