I run a Wedding floristry business and have recently relocated up to North Yorkshire (from South Yorkshire) as a result of this I have enquired with The UK Wedding Event about attending their Wedding Fairs to reach new clients. I attended my first one yesterday (26/3/24) and had a really positive experience. On booking I was kept up to speed with the details of the day, my emails were promptly replied to and I received a call to discuss the details of the day and my requirements. I was already impressed. Then on the day it was superbly organised and both Rob and Emma were so welcoming. Emma was extremely kind and helped me unload all of my flowers which I was so thankful for. We hired Sian as our wedding coordinator for the 6wk lead up to the wedding and on the day itself. Her organisation with the suppliers before the wedding was incredible and by making a schedule that we also had access to it made everything much less stressful and smoother. Sian was so approachable and attentive both on the lead up to and on the day and she was also very personable. You could tell that she cared deeply about how our day went and put all effort into ensuring our day was stress-free. She put in so much work, everything on the day ran without a hiccup and we weren't worried for a minute which meant we could just enjoy our day! I would highly recommend Sian as not only can she take the stress off those final weeks when things can get very overwhelming but she also assisted us with ideas on how things could work on the day and was always on hand to answer any questions/concerns that we had. It was a pleasure to work with Sian and we cannot thank her enough for the huge part she played in our beautiful day ❤️

When we first met Sian we knew she would be perfect as our wedding coordinator. She was so friendly and reassuring and we instantly knew we were in good hands. Sian took over control of the supplier at the 6 week mark in order to get the schedule together. This was so helpful and really took the pressure off us. After we postponed our wedding a year due to covid, I felt a little overwhelmed by resuming our planning and so reached out to Sian for her on the day coordination and some additional help in terms of childcare for our daughter aged nearly 2 on the later evening. Sian was brilliant coordinating the suppliers, it was a blank canvas venue and so we had numerous suppliers to link in with. Sian helped with last minute plans, picked up our props for the day and coordinated the set up. We hired Sian as our day-of co-ordinator for our wedding, and I am so so glad we did. She was really helpful in the last few weeks leading up to the wedding, helping tie all the details together and acting as a liaison for our other vendors which was really useful. Where Sian really shone was on the day of the wedding - we did a lot of DIY elements (bringing in a lot of our own food, drinks, and decorations) and hired in multiple independent vendors, and so there were a lot of moving parts, things that needed co-ordinating and delegating, and things that needed to happen at specific times and in specific areas. And thanks to Sian, it all went perfectly - every single thing we requested or put on the to do list got done (even last minute additions) and the day just flowed so seamlessly due to all her hard work behind the scenes. I cannot recommend Sian highly enough, she was so friendly and accommodating and we had such a fun and stress-free day all because of her work. Thank you!

The chair covers provided were of great quality and condition. We are really appreciative of her services and would definitely recommend her for any event.

West Yorkshire Event Styling did our wedding in Feb 2023 and I can't say enough about how great our venue looked. Alison was professional from the outset and nothing was too much for her. Eventhough she already has a long itinerary of resources, if we wanted something specific, she would find it, such as a fog machine! Her blossom trees are beautiful and I had so many comments from all our guests on how amazing they looked. The entire venue looked enchanting. You're in a safe pair of hands with Alison and I would definitely recommend.

Wow! Our expectations were already high from our chats and the samples we had already seen with Alison beforehand - but wow, everything far exceeded beyond what we imagined! Sometimes it can be hard to put into words what you are envisioning, but Alison had fully grasped what we were looking for and executed it amazingly on the day. Every detail was absolutely spot on. Everything was positioned well, balanced, the colour scheme as perfect, and included personal touches that made it so special to us. The actual decor itself is also high quality - our guests couldn’t believe that the floral displays weren’t real! Alison is also really easy to get on with and work with, we would recommend highly for wedding decor!

Howards events did all the decorations at my wedding. Tammy the owner did an amazing job of laying out the room, decorating it and offering ideas and suggestions on how to do it all. The wedding ceremony room and main room looked stunning, all my guest commented on how great it looked too. Would definitely recommend!

We used Howard’s events for our daughters christening, we had the flower wall, cake stand, candy floss and popcorn as well as donut wall. It just made the event from nice to extra special, it gave the event more atmosphere, and the kids loved it! Tammy can’t do enough to help, she’s like an event fairy god mother!
