Chris and Mark did a great job with a full bathroom and downstairs toilet refit. Most importantly when I found a minor issue they were quickly back to fix it. Very pleased with their work ethic and the final results.

We are highly delighted with the transformation of our bathroom by Chris and Mark. Chris gave us very good advice on what to avoid when choosing the bathroom suite and saved us money. The work was completed in five days, considering the amount of work that had to be done with the minimum of mess. Scott, the electrician and Connor, completed this hard working team. We first saw Chris and Marks work at the club we work at. They did a whole new refit last year of the ladies and gents toilets. We were so impressed with their work and attention to detail that when we moved house in January this year we got Mark in to have a look at our bathroom and kitchen as they needed replacing. We received a quote which we were happy with and got booked in for the work to be done. Before the bathroom was started our boiler broke down so Chris came out to take out the old conventional boiler and water tanks and fit us a new condensing boiler. Last week Chris and Mark began ripping out our bathroom and it was finished in a week. Throughout the whole process they worked professionally, respectfully and hard too. They kept everything as clean as they possibly could throughout the day but then made sure it was spotless before they left at the end of the day. We opted for the bathroom made into a shower room and we are so pleased with the outcome. We love our new bathroom now. While they were here we also had our downstairs toilet and sink ripped out and a space save toilet (toilet with a sink built into the cistern) installed. The pipes for the sink taps were moved around to go through into the garage so we have garden taps too. Also, credit to their electrician Scott who did his part. Chris, Mark and their team have recently refitted our bathroom and installed an unvented water cylinder as an alternative to a power shower. At every stage in this process we were impressed by the advice and recommendations Chris gave us for each of our requests that we wanted to include. He recommended showrooms to visit and suppliers to ensure that our requirements were fully met. Despite a 6 month wait (due to his full work schedule) for our new bathroom Chris kept to the date set and always replied promptly to any contact we made in the interim. Each person in the team worked incredibly hard, skillfully and respected us, our property and cleared away everything tidily at the end of each day. We are thrilled with our new bathroom and it was definitely worth the wait. Thank you!!

Bought my own toilet and quote to fit it £219. Thought it was worth paying for a reputable company. No complications with the fitting but was charged £46 for parts I could have purchased from B&Q for £10.. £265 to fit a toilet felt like allot and a faff getting an invoice right. The guy who fitted it was really nice but left loads of mould from my old toilet on my hallway carpet.

Whole experience really positive. Phone response was clear and quick, gave options and spoke through process, prices. Sam was our plumber and was very pleasant, worked neatly and quickly, explained everything well and completed the job within the time frame, so no extra expense. Not super cheap, but I think fairly priced for a fast response and a very positive experience.

So impressed with the service from Aqua Heat, and couldn’t recommend them more highly! We’ve used them several times over the past few years, in our previous house (a new build with new-ish boiler) and our current house (Edwardian house with an ancient boiler!), and there’s hasn’t been anything they’ve not been able to help us with. We wouldn’t trust anyone else. Today, a brilliant engineer called Jamie was with us to replace our boiler and carry out a ‘power flush’ of our heating system. He was so professional and the quality of the finish of his work was excellent. The old boiler was boxed in with a tight fitting cupboard and he was able to dismantle this and then refit it after the install was done (see pics), which I couldn’t believe! I was fully expecting to need to have to get a joiner out to build us a new cupboard. Thank you Jamie! Furthermore, the admin team in the office are always super helpful, and I’m grateful for them fitting us in at short notice. All in all, excellent service from start to finish 😊

Our boiler suddenly stopped working due to a blockage in the condensate pipe. Aquaheat got us an engineer to see to it within a few hours and it was fixed, but the engineer told us it would be a recurring issue as the pipe was laid too flat for it to drain properly. Aquaheat then sent us a quote for further repairs which we accepted, and they sent Rajko to install new piping and service the boiler. He did a great job - very tidy work without any issues, and showed me pictures he had taken of the new pipework in the loft and on the outside wall. Now, hopefully we can rest easily without waking up to a cold house!

Chris and Matt have replaced a bathroom suite, installed a downstairs toilet, plumbed in our new kitchen and changed all of our radiators to cast iron for us. We’ve always been really happy with their work and their approach. They are always polite, friendly and accommodating and we’d highly recommend them.

We’d like to express our sincere thanks to Matthew & Chris for an absolutely first class service. We’d rang round many plumbers asking for help to replace our expansion vessel that had a hole in it and as result we had to turn off the hot water. So, it was an urgent problem that no other plumbers except CPMS were interested in sorting. The very next day they came round and replaced the vessel with expert ease. Just had my first experience with CPMS and it was great! Matt got things arranged for James to come out and sort my boiler as quickly as he could. James was a really nice guy and seemed more than happy for me to loiter around and ask questions while he worked. They both made me feel like they cared about helping me and getting things sorted, and the pricing was fair. Couldn't have asked for better really.

Absolutely Outstanding Workmanship! We have just had two bathrooms and a downstairs loo fitted by Craig and John. From the outset we knew that Craig’s attention to detail, his wealth of knowledge and professional abilities that we would end up with amazing showroom worthy bathrooms. We highly recommend Craig and his team. They carried out a fantastic job on replacing our bathroom floor. It was a (necessarily) complicated job and we had a row of plumbers and tilers scratch their chins at the possible size of the work that it may have needed. It did become complicated and we are very pleased with our choice to go with Craig Jackson. He is incredibly attentive to details and we are very happy by how thorough and pedantic he is, in the best way possible. As I said to him many times, you have to deeply trust someone doing the jobs that you don't have much of an idea about and in your home for 2 weeks. Your trust will be very well placed in Craig and each of the people and team he chooses to bring with him. He is honest, hard working and a perfectionist with his work. He is also a generally good, affable and hilarious chap. You can't really ask for more from someone left in charge of doing necessary and safe work in your home and delivering it to perfection. I called NB plumbing and heating on a bank holiday when we didn't have any hot water and Michael was the only plumber to talk me through some steps to see if he could help over the phone after a few failed attempts to other companies. He knew straight away what the problem was, came out the following day having sourced the part that was needed, and fitted only the broken part rather than the full part. Michael was very professional and you can tell he genuinely wants to help and this is not just a job for him. I will not be using any other plumbers and I fully recommend NB plumbing and heating

I've just had a new heat pump installed by Michael and Nigel - they came out to Wakefield to do a survey and talked me through all my options. Would definitely recommend! They were both polite, friendly and hard workers

After calling out 2 plumbing firms without any success in diagnosing or sorting the problem, I called NB plumbing to what i thought was a pressurised water tank leak. After only a short time, Michael from NB plumbing had diaognosed the problem as a mains water pipe leak under the floor. Within 30 mins, the floor had been partially removed and a 1st class permanent repair carried out. No fuss, no mess, no drama. Very knowledgable and experianced. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

I had a leak that required emergency attention, this worried me as a recently new home owner. Mr Mulla was polite, punctual, and professional. Not only did he reassure me that the leak had been fixed, but he also educated me about my home's plumbing system and things to look out for. Mr Mulla went above and beyond and I will be more than happy to use his services again should I need them.

Mr Mulla was a decent professional person and did a good job. He fixed my leaky radiator and disconnected another one. The price was reasonabe considering he came and worked late in the evening. I recommend this guy. Thank you.

Excellent service. Came out the next day of me contacting Paul to have a look at a fault on my boiler. Paul found the issue within minutes of being here and said he could get the part and do it straight away.
