We have used Simon the plumber for several years now and can thoroughly recommend him for his knowledge and quality workmanship. He has installed our boiler and fitted our whole shower room. Excellent in every way.

In March, 2024, Simon put in place all the pipework and installed for us a new family bathroom. He turned what had been two small, messy rooms into a smart, roomy bathroom. He is a skilled worker and gets on with the job. Nothing was too much trouble and he would go the extra mile when he spotted anything that he could put right. Simon regularly services my Worcester Bosch boiler and It has worked perfectly since installation ( about 10 years ) . He is professional in his approach and obviously knows what he is doing. He is an absolutely trustworthy and reliable gas engineer and I have no reservations in very highly recommending him .

Had my old combi boiler just 7 years, the radiators 25 years plus, full of black rubbish, always bleeding them which didn't make much difference, simon came along did a fix job to help, but recommend a new boiler, which I had done, also new radiators. Before this there was no running hot water upstairs or in my kitchen, rubbish radiators, due to poor boiler, now everything running very quickly and hot!, a lovely fella, likes to sing with along side his work radio, my parrot seemed to get along too with too, certainly the singing aspect ! Highly recommended, and showed on time !

Had an emergency with our boiler yesterday and we had no heat or warm water. Paul at compass mount was with us within a couple of hours he diagnosed the problem, quoted us and fixed it straight away. We had our 16 year old Ideal boiler replaced to an Intergas Extreme boiler by Water Gas Services, the service we received from start to finish has been fantastic. Before they started they found a Gas leak on our incoming gas supply and were straight on the phone to Northern Gas. They still managed to fit the new boiler and get it up and running the same day, working around/with the Northern Gas engineers. All work carried out to a very high standard. Really helpful guys who explained everything. Would highly recommend.

We received fantastic service from Ian, Rob, and Adam. I could not recommend highly enough. Our boiler went out at -11C, and they went above and beyond to help our family stay warm. Our new Intergas system is incredible, and we are already seeing energy usage reduce dramatically after less than a week. Before and after shots attached, the pipework is tidy, and the change has made our old radiators work better than we thought possible.

Water Gas Services, having maintained my previous boiler until it reached the end of its life, fitted a new Intergas boiler a few years ago and continue to service it in on yearly basis. Their knowledge, professionalism and customer service is exemplary and I'd recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

What an amazing guy Chris is. My daughter and my young grandson had no heating or hot water on CHRISTMAS EVE, but not a problem for Chris he came to her rescue, and promised he wouldn't leave until the boiler was fixed, thankfully he was able to fix the problem, and the icing on the cake, at a very reasonable price. He is a star and we can't thank him enough, without Chris's help Christmas would have been cold and miserable.

Went here for a tap for the cold fill loop on my central heating took them all of 90 seconds to get me my part, excellent place.

One of the pipes behind the toilet was leaking water. Phoned Martyn who was away on a weekend break but said he would come as soon as he got back, which he did as promised and on time. He went away for some parts and fixed the the leak within an hour. Martin did a brilliant job and at a competitive price. I would certainly recommend Martyn to anyone who required a plumber.

Came back from holiday on a Sat to a small leak downstairs, called the company based on good Google reviews, and the service was excellent. Martyn came round, identified the issue, went out for parts and fixed the problem in a couple of hours. Great service, good price.
