The Team at LPS were first class. They always turned up on time, kept us informed of delivery dates or any potential issues More importantly, they did not try to "sell" us what they wanted us to have but listened to what we needed and advised. This was a huge job for us, an Air Source Heat Pump, Solar Panels and a new multi fuel stove, so inevitably there was some upheaval. The team kept this to a minimum and worked methodically and cleanly. We were dealing with 1 Firm and 1 overall Manager, Craig. I would recommend them to anyone.

We’ve just had a new boiler fitted by Ben ! From the word go he was professional and respected our home. We received a message to say he was on his way with a tracking app and a picture of him so we knew who he was . He arrived on time and after introducing himself got straight to work and worked tirelessly until the system was working, cleaning up as he went along, He explained how to operate the new boiler controls and made sure the system was running properly, and that we were happy with everything. He advised us about a suitable service plan that their company operates. Highly Recommended!

Excellent experience with LPS limited. Our boiler needed replacing after it was condemned. No heating or hot water. Contacted them at teatime Monday and new boiler was in by teatime Thursday. Competitively priced too

We found LPS on the Worcester/Bosch website and chose them because they had the best reviews. The reviews are very well deserved and we were impressed by all the team at LPS. They gave us a prompt, knowledgeable and friendly service. LPS communicated well and phoned us twice in response to our emails. Ben came the same day we rang to service our boiler and Craig and Ben helped us to get to the bottom of our lack of hot water, for which we are very grateful. We thoroughly recommend LPS and will be using them again in future.

So impressed with the service from Aqua Heat, and couldn’t recommend them more highly! We’ve used them several times over the past few years, in our previous house (a new build with new-ish boiler) and our current house (Edwardian house with an ancient boiler!), and there’s hasn’t been anything they’ve not been able to help us with. We wouldn’t trust anyone else. Today, a brilliant engineer called Jamie was with us to replace our boiler and carry out a ‘power flush’ of our heating system. He was so professional and the quality of the finish of his work was excellent. The old boiler was boxed in with a tight fitting cupboard and he was able to dismantle this and then refit it after the install was done (see pics), which I couldn’t believe! I was fully expecting to need to have to get a joiner out to build us a new cupboard. Thank you Jamie! Furthermore, the admin team in the office are always super helpful, and I’m grateful for them fitting us in at short notice. All in all, excellent service from start to finish 😊

Bought my own toilet and quote to fit it £219. Thought it was worth paying for a reputable company. No complications with the fitting but was charged £46 for parts I could have purchased from B&Q for £10.. £265 to fit a toilet felt like allot and a faff getting an invoice right. The guy who fitted it was really nice but left loads of mould from my old toilet on my hallway carpet.

I appreciate the excellent work. Rajko(plumber) Replaced an old worn down part from a sink were the pipes kept leaking and sink got completely blocked, now it’s unblocked and working perfectly. He also provided us with some useful information/advice on how to maintain the sink with the new part. The plumber came out relatively quickly (same day) The sink is working perfectly now, So as a whole I’m very pleased with quality of service. 🚰👨‍🔧😀

Our boiler suddenly stopped working due to a blockage in the condensate pipe. Aquaheat got us an engineer to see to it within a few hours and it was fixed, but the engineer told us it would be a recurring issue as the pipe was laid too flat for it to drain properly. Aquaheat then sent us a quote for further repairs which we accepted, and they sent Rajko to install new piping and service the boiler. He did a great job - very tidy work without any issues, and showed me pictures he had taken of the new pipework in the loft and on the outside wall. Now, hopefully we can rest easily without waking up to a cold house!

Wow! Thank you for saving us! The pipe connected to the expansion tank corroded badly and leaked flooding my bathroom on the floor below the water tank. John was the first plumber that answered my husband's calls out of 4 who claimed to be 24/7 and never got back to us. This was on Sunday evening. Not only that, I tried John on separate line not knowing hubby was already calling him and he called me back straight away. The next day John arrived promptly after mid-day and installed a brand new pipe. All good and in great shape! The price was very reasonable. I live in rented accommodation and recently our landlady hired Nathan to help fix our shower which had drainage and leak issues. I couldn’t fault Nathan at all. He kept me and my partner (as well as the landlady) well informed and was able to fix the issue in a very timely manner. He was also very friendly as was the gentleman Mark who helped him with the job. I would recommend him to others for sure!

Had a broken downstairs loo which was overflowing on each flush. Hard working, courteous, tidy, polite and genuinely good guys. Replaced the systern and resealed the loo. I’ve contacted the Yorkshire Boiler Company now on 4 occasions. I needed two new boilers one at my workplace and one at home. They have been out twice to assist with the heating at both premises. They come immediately and delivered what they say they will do. On both occasions, when I needed the new Boilers i had vulnerable adults at home and at work. Stefan is a lovely person and incredible plumber. We called him up on a Saturday and he was very helpful with troubleshooting our boiler’s pressure issue over the phone. When he arrived he not only sorted our issue but also recognized a much bigger leak issue - and stopped that from becoming a major problem. Our builder layer confirmed that Stefan was completely right in finding the source of the problem and in sorting it out he saved us from what could have been a massive headache. When we spotted our driveway sewer cover lifting due to a blockage with the in-laws arriving in less than 2 days, panic! Luckily a quick call to Drain jet and within the hour their van arrived to sort the issue. An hour or so later the problem was solved, thanks to Peter! I called Drain Jet after finding them on Check-a-trade and I'm so glad I did. Spoke to Spencer and booked in for the same week. I had an issue as to whether there was a connection to a drain. Discovered an overflowing and blocked drain on New Years Eve and Spencer managed to book us in on the day within a matter of hours.
