I needed a gas pipe from a new external meter to the inside of my building. I Found BSH on google. The guy who came out was very friendly. He arrived when he said he would to give me a quote. The quote was good for the work involved. He came later in the day to complete the work which was carried out to a high standard. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Called Jake for a quotation: fair and comparable price for the job (replacing main bathroom fittings due to leak from previous vendor’s DIY job). Turned up for quotation and the job on time and didn’t let us down. Wanted to do the job despite the space being tiny and awkward. Asked us lots of questions before doing the job, kept us updated about materials and measured everything up. He and his colleague Josh worked solidly but were still very pleasant to chat to, not rude or condescending or loud. They even sorted our wonky flooring which wasn’t included in the quotation which we appreciated. All rubbish was picked up and taken away. Would use again.

We went to Jake with a very specific bathroom design in mind. He sourced everything we asked for, including dealing with different than his usual suppliers to meet our design. He communicated so frequently regarding our fitting, it was refreshing! The quality of work completed is outstanding, and worth every penny. Couldn't recommend any higher

New Combi Gas Boiler Installation! I can’t recommend Jake at Core Plumbing and Heating Services Ltd highly enough! I came to hear about them when requiring an emergency plumber at short notice (and came out on a Saturday afternoon at very short notice), when I unsuccessfully tried to remove a radiator! Since then they have also replaced a further radiator, and I had no hesitation in asking them to fit my new combi boiler (given the quality of the previous work)! I had an old hot water tank, which was replaced with a Combi Gas Boiler! For the first time since moving in, I now have instant hot water which is amazing! As you can see from the before and after photos the work is excellent, and done to a very high standard indeed! I can’t fault their professionalism / work standards! They arrived (three staff members) at 7am and worked until 7pm in the evening, before arriving at 7am again the next morning and working solidly until the job was completed by the early afternoon! They then tidied everything up, explained to me in detail how the new system worked, and left clear contact information incase i had any immediate issues! Given how old my house is, there was a lot of hidden work that needed doing and the photos don’t quite do it all justice! They were excellent, and I have no hesitation in recommending them for anyone who would need plumbing / boiler installation, or anything else they can offer! Mark / South Hiendley

Great service received from Darren at Gasgenics. Unfortunately I needed a new boiler as mine was condemned and Darren sorted it as an emergency giving me a number of suitable options. I also opted for a smart thermostat which Darren had the patience of a saint as I asked him three times to go through how it worked! I received email updates for every appointment, invoice and payment made which made organising everything very easy. Great service.

I rang Darren on Tuesday as I had a problem with my boiler pressure. He arranged to visit Thursday morning. He rang me on Wednesday afternoon and asked if he could come then. He came and looked, sorted , drained etc and mended it. What a lovely and polite chap and a very good price. What a brilliant service, quick and thorough, I was extremely impressed. I'd never contacted him before and I was so amazed that he could make time to come and see us in the freezing January weather. I've put his number into my phone and I've passed it on to my friend who was very impressed when I told him too! Thanks so much to him, I'm so very pleased!

Dean if absolutely fantastic. He does all of our work. You know it’s top notch when even the pipework to the new boiler in the cellar that no one is ever going to be see if perfectly parallel to each other etc. Also he is always very fair with his pricing. Look no further.

Dean is a very thorough and conscientious worker. My boiler is relatively old & I was concerned about its safety as recently it had a small water leak. Dean carried out a detailed inspection of the unit & performed a number of tests. Upon completion, rather than tell me I needed a new boiler, as many would, he gave a full assessment, explaining everything he had done. To my surprise he told me that the boiler, overall, was in good condition & other than the repaired minor leak, had no issues of concern. All safety tests had passed & the unit certainly didn’t need replacing. Dean was tidy & respectful to my property & I would certainly recommend him to anyone that needs an honest opinion or work performing in this field.

Tom from Davies Plumbing and heating did a very nice job of replacing our leaky old kitchen mixer tap. After visiting us to see our problem, he shared his supplier's photo of the best match for to approve ahead of fitting, and was able to visit very soon after to fit it. He worked quickly, tidily and effectively and was friendly and agreeable to deal with.

Chris, Mark and their team have recently refitted our bathroom and installed an unvented water cylinder as an alternative to a power shower. At every stage in this process we were impressed by the advice and recommendations Chris gave us for each of our requests that we wanted to include. He recommended showrooms to visit and suppliers to ensure that our requirements were fully met. Despite a 6 month wait (due to his full work schedule) for our new bathroom Chris kept to the date set and always replied promptly to any contact we made in the interim. Each person in the team worked incredibly hard, skillfully and respected us, our property and cleared away everything tidily at the end of each day. We are thrilled with our new bathroom and it was definitely worth the wait. Thank you!!

We are highly delighted with the transformation of our bathroom by Chris and Mark. Chris gave us very good advice on what to avoid when choosing the bathroom suite and saved us money. The work was completed in five days, considering the amount of work that had to be done with the minimum of mess. Scott, the electrician and Connor, completed this hard working team. We first saw Chris and Marks work at the club we work at. They did a whole new refit last year of the ladies and gents toilets. We were so impressed with their work and attention to detail that when we moved house in January this year we got Mark in to have a look at our bathroom and kitchen as they needed replacing. We received a quote which we were happy with and got booked in for the work to be done. Before the bathroom was started our boiler broke down so Chris came out to take out the old conventional boiler and water tanks and fit us a new condensing boiler. Last week Chris and Mark began ripping out our bathroom and it was finished in a week. Throughout the whole process they worked professionally, respectfully and hard too. They kept everything as clean as they possibly could throughout the day but then made sure it was spotless before they left at the end of the day. We opted for the bathroom made into a shower room and we are so pleased with the outcome. We love our new bathroom now. While they were here we also had our downstairs toilet and sink ripped out and a space save toilet (toilet with a sink built into the cistern) installed. The pipes for the sink taps were moved around to go through into the garage so we have garden taps too. Also, credit to their electrician Scott who did his part. We found CDRoberts through Google. I have to say this has been a complete breeze of fresh air to the previous company we’ve been using. Can’t praise David enough. We asked David if he could service our boiler. He is punctual, keeping us up-to-date via messages/emails and sending reminders if necessary, very professional, efficient, very clean and tidy.
