Recently had. new boiler fitted by BSH and would be pleased to recommend them to anyone. They were polite and pleasant and left no mess whatsoever , Everything was clean and tidy and l am delighted with the work that has been done.

I needed a gas pipe from a new external meter to the inside of my building. I Found BSH on google. The guy who came out was very friendly. He arrived when he said he would to give me a quote. The quote was good for the work involved. He came later in the day to complete the work which was carried out to a high standard. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Called Jake for a quotation: fair and comparable price for the job (replacing main bathroom fittings due to leak from previous vendor’s DIY job). Turned up for quotation and the job on time and didn’t let us down. Wanted to do the job despite the space being tiny and awkward. Asked us lots of questions before doing the job, kept us updated about materials and measured everything up. He and his colleague Josh worked solidly but were still very pleasant to chat to, not rude or condescending or loud. They even sorted our wonky flooring which wasn’t included in the quotation which we appreciated. All rubbish was picked up and taken away. Would use again.

New Combi Gas Boiler Installation! I can’t recommend Jake at Core Plumbing and Heating Services Ltd highly enough! I came to hear about them when requiring an emergency plumber at short notice (and came out on a Saturday afternoon at very short notice), when I unsuccessfully tried to remove a radiator! Since then they have also replaced a further radiator, and I had no hesitation in asking them to fit my new combi boiler (given the quality of the previous work)! I had an old hot water tank, which was replaced with a Combi Gas Boiler! For the first time since moving in, I now have instant hot water which is amazing! As you can see from the before and after photos the work is excellent, and done to a very high standard indeed! I can’t fault their professionalism / work standards! They arrived (three staff members) at 7am and worked until 7pm in the evening, before arriving at 7am again the next morning and working solidly until the job was completed by the early afternoon! They then tidied everything up, explained to me in detail how the new system worked, and left clear contact information incase i had any immediate issues! Given how old my house is, there was a lot of hidden work that needed doing and the photos don’t quite do it all justice! They were excellent, and I have no hesitation in recommending them for anyone who would need plumbing / boiler installation, or anything else they can offer! Mark / South Hiendley

Top notch service provided, I realised a few weeks ago that I would have to replace my boiler and raise it from the ground. Every tradesmen / company I contacted quoted me unreasonable prices and tried to make out like I was asking for the impossible. CorePlumbing was the last company I spoke with and seemed by far the most professional. Jake only asked relevant questions regarding the job and promptly organised a day to complete it. Whilst other companies were wanting to quote the job up and waste a bit of time despite my pictures being quite self explanatory. They arrived as scheduled, completed the job and even went above and beyond to ensure the job looked good and tidy. Overall I got exactly what I needed for an unbeatable price which was later adjusted to be even less than the original quote. Very reliable, professional and helpful at anytime.You can ring David if you need some advice etc and he will even talk you through things if the problem can be rectified by yourself which saves time and money. I contacted David to arrange a service of my central heating boiler, having been recommended him by neighbours and assured by the many positive reviews. The reply from my initial email was very quick and communication was thorough in the days leading up to the service. Tom from Davies Plumbing and heating did a very nice job of replacing our leaky old kitchen mixer tap. After visiting us to see our problem, he shared his supplier's photo of the best match for to approve ahead of fitting, and was able to visit very soon after to fit it. He worked quickly, tidily and effectively and was friendly and agreeable to deal with.

Really love my new bath, shower screen and shower riser rail. My bathroom looks new again and Chris was so careful removing the old bath, all tiles luckily saved ☺️ Chris really helped me with selection and gave great advice. He also serviced my boiler, removed and capped my gas fire and capped my hob for new kitchen. I felt so out of my depth with all this work but Chris made it so easy, explained everything and answered all my (probably silly) questions. Thank you ☺️

Thank you very much Silverback and sister company First Call Plumbing four your great work. We have an emergency at home. None of my nearest plumbers could come to fix it. Silverback came straight away and gave us a cheap solution but we decided to refurbish the whole bathroom. The started the next day and everything was done in a week, including new shower plate, screen, sink, toilet, taps, walls, ceiling, lights, shelves mirror and towel rack. Ben is a great person, plumber and electrician. He worked really well and fast. I really recommend Silverback and sister company First Call Plumbing.

Dean is a very thorough and conscientious worker. My boiler is relatively old & I was concerned about its safety as recently it had a small water leak. Dean carried out a detailed inspection of the unit & performed a number of tests. Upon completion, rather than tell me I needed a new boiler, as many would, he gave a full assessment, explaining everything he had done. To my surprise he told me that the boiler, overall, was in good condition & other than the repaired minor leak, had no issues of concern. All safety tests had passed & the unit certainly didn’t need replacing. Dean was tidy & respectful to my property & I would certainly recommend him to anyone that needs an honest opinion or work performing in this field.

We had a leak from our upstairs shower that damaged the living room ceiling, and Jovy did an amazing job fixing it! He quickly found the fault, repaired the leak and later returned to patch up the ceiling. The result is smooth and flawless. He and his crew were polite, funny and left everything spotless. Jovy and his team came to our assistance as Our Cistern had corroded and we needed a new boiler, radiators and shower, these were fitted and tested within 5 days. There work is outstanding and the quality of the products installed were excellent and exactly to our requirements. I am so pleased with the service from Jovy Danny and Ethan they went above and beyond fitting and replacing items and they cleaned and replaced carpets furniture as they had never been moved. Great service received from Darren at Gasgenics. Unfortunately I needed a new boiler as mine was condemned and Darren sorted it as an emergency giving me a number of suitable options. I also opted for a smart thermostat which Darren had the patience of a saint as I asked him three times to go through how it worked! I rang Darren on Tuesday as I had a problem with my boiler pressure. He arranged to visit Thursday morning. He rang me on Wednesday afternoon and asked if he could come then. He came and looked, sorted , drained etc and mended it. What a lovely and polite chap and a very good price. What a brilliant service, quick and thorough, I was extremely impressed. I'd never contacted him before and I was so amazed that he could make time to come and see us in the freezing January weather. I've put his number into my phone and I've passed it on to my friend who was very impressed when I told him too! Thanks so much to him, I'm so very pleased!
