Whole experience really positive. Phone response was clear and quick, gave options and spoke through process, prices. Sam was our plumber and was very pleasant, worked neatly and quickly, explained everything well and completed the job within the time frame, so no extra expense. Not super cheap, but I think fairly priced for a fast response and a very positive experience.

So impressed with the service from Aqua Heat, and couldn’t recommend them more highly! We’ve used them several times over the past few years, in our previous house (a new build with new-ish boiler) and our current house (Edwardian house with an ancient boiler!), and there’s hasn’t been anything they’ve not been able to help us with. We wouldn’t trust anyone else. Today, a brilliant engineer called Jamie was with us to replace our boiler and carry out a ‘power flush’ of our heating system. He was so professional and the quality of the finish of his work was excellent. The old boiler was boxed in with a tight fitting cupboard and he was able to dismantle this and then refit it after the install was done (see pics), which I couldn’t believe! I was fully expecting to need to have to get a joiner out to build us a new cupboard. Thank you Jamie! Furthermore, the admin team in the office are always super helpful, and I’m grateful for them fitting us in at short notice. All in all, excellent service from start to finish 😊

Bought my own toilet and quote to fit it £219. Thought it was worth paying for a reputable company. No complications with the fitting but was charged £46 for parts I could have purchased from B&Q for £10.. £265 to fit a toilet felt like allot and a faff getting an invoice right. The guy who fitted it was really nice but left loads of mould from my old toilet on my hallway carpet.

I appreciate the excellent work. Rajko(plumber) Replaced an old worn down part from a sink were the pipes kept leaking and sink got completely blocked, now it’s unblocked and working perfectly. He also provided us with some useful information/advice on how to maintain the sink with the new part. The plumber came out relatively quickly (same day) The sink is working perfectly now, So as a whole I’m very pleased with quality of service. 🚰👨‍🔧😀

Contacted John with an issue on Sunday evening, he came Monday morning to address the problems, by Friday John and the team had sorted us with a new radiator, new boiler and new bleed valves on all our radiators which were all desperately needed. Kept us informed every step of the way and provided an excellent service. The team could not have been more respectful and careful when they came to do the work, did everything thoroughly and tidied up after themselves as well! Price also cheaper than I expected. Thank you John and team for an excellent service, I have saved your number in my phone incase of any plumbing issues in future!

John provided us with an outstanding service. I contacted him in the early afternoon and he attended the same day and completed the work needed. He was so pleasant to deal with, very professinal and did a great job and fixed the boiler in one of our properties that accomodates vulnerable young people. Needed a waste first floor pipe connected up to the stack pipe waste - an odd assortment of non-standard parts used in the construction. John worked out a solution to get the job done in a quick and efficient manner. Will definitely use his services again.

Really “Fab” (sorry couldn’t resist) service. From the point of contact to finishing the job the support, guidance and work have been excellent. Cannot recommend Andy & team enough, my boiler had broken down in my salon & I was absolutely desperate to get it fixed. Matt arrived promptly as promised, and carried out a service of my boiler, replacing a couple of components. He also sorted out what appeared to have been a long term leak at the Fernox unit connections. Because the sealing washers were in such a poor state, he had to make a trip to the plumbing supplies store for new ones. All the work was carried out in a professional manner, and I will have no hesitation in contacting him again when the next service is due, or if I need any other plumbing problems sorted out.

Nothing but high praise for Matt. We had a total overall done of the existing central heating when we took on a property renovation, which involved a boiler replacement and all the radiators. His quote for the work was very competitive and affordable on a limited budget. He turned up when he said he would and his work ethic and quality of workmanship is exemplary. Stefan removed an old gas heater and capped the gas supply. I had been searching for a gas engineer for a while with no luck and after coming across his good reviews online, I contacted him and he was round to do the work. He is very professional and I would definitely recommend.

Stefan is a lovely person and incredible plumber. We called him up on a Saturday and he was very helpful with troubleshooting our boiler’s pressure issue over the phone. When he arrived he not only sorted our issue but also recognized a much bigger leak issue - and stopped that from becoming a major problem. Our builder layer confirmed that Stefan was completely right in finding the source of the problem and in sorting it out he saved us from what could have been a massive headache. He’s a really lovely lad and I would recommend him to anyone, especially if you’re in urgent need of a plumber! His prices are very fair and he’s extremely knowledgeable. Thank you stefan!

I would highly recommend Paul and his Team. Great set of professional lads. I called Paul for a quote for swapping an old gas  water heater and replacing the boiler in the utility room for a combi. Paul answered straight away and was friendly and agreed to come look at the job the same day. Paul provided a competitive quote and gave this to me straight away after he had looked at the job. Paul gave me two fitting dates for the following week, one of which was his birthday.  Paul arrived on time with his team and got straight to work. There were a few hick ups due to the house being older, but Paul and the team worked through these without any complaints and completed the job as agreed. There was an issue with the hot water,  Paul agreed to come back out Christmas Eve after he had completed a planned job, which he was true to his word. Paul recommended I call Ideal due to a fault with the boiler, believing it was the water sensor. Ideal arranged to visit boxing day , diagnosed the problem. I called Paul and explained what the engineer had said , Paul told me he would speak with his team. Paul came out boxing day, rectified the problem, and was very polite and professional throughout.

Paul is a true gent no matter how small your job he'll always turn up and will always give you impartial advice on anything you not sure off. I removed a radiator myself and all l needed was for him to come round and give the system a good check gas & pressure job done in 15mins

Just moved into the house. Discovered a major water pressure problem. Wetherby Plumbing were simply fantastic. Friendly, efficient, tidy and affordable . We couldn't have asked for more. We will definitely use them again when necessary.

If you are looking for an honest, knowledgeable plumber who turns up when he says he will, look no further. Alex is all of those things and helped solve a leaking shower issue 3 plumbers before him couldn’t fix, fitted a new toilet in a very awkward space and resolved a hot water issue all in short order. Very highly recommended. I’ll not be using anyone else in future.

Alex came to deal with a burst pipe very promptly and solved the problem on the same day. I can't recommend him enough!
