I needed a last-minute move-out cleaning for my flat, and Dan was quick to help me schedule it. My supervisor, Kamila, was much more thorough than I expected. She took her time to explain her process and how long it would likely take. Kamila ensured that all areas were addressed and was very professional throughout. I would highly recommend this service to anyone considering it; it did not disappoint.

She’s flexible & always happy to do different things when asked, which helps - we have a Labrador, who recently started wiping his muddy paws on the walls! Used a few times now, trust worthy and excellent services, all I do now is leave a spare key whilst I’m at work. Come home to a sparkling clean house all in order. Would highly recommend, especially if you enjoy your weekends and are busy in the week like me .

Toni and Craig are absolutely fantastic. I have had a number of professional cleaners over the last seven years and out of everyone, these two have been the best by miles. They are reliable, consistent (I find standards tend to slip after first few cleans but these two have been coming for a very long time and are still top notch!) they are great with my kids, flexible, really gentle and nice with the animals-my dog loves them! They are really nice friendly people and such hard workers. They have a high standard of cleaning which I love. These two never disappoint, I would be lost without them.

I have 2 regular cleaners who call once every two weeks on a set day and time. Excellent service, the ladies are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Extremely trustworthy and have good attention to detail. I cannot fault Beck & Call's service, they have been excellent and would highly recommend.

After having some work done to.our house I was keen to keep it looking nice so decided to try a professional cleaning firm. I spoke to a few but felt Beck& Call listened best to what I was after. I am really pleased with their service. I generally have the same team at the same time and it's a treat to come home after they have been. My house is really clean and it really is a professional job.

A thorough window cleaning service at a very reasonable price. Friendly chap and it's really helpful that he messages ahead to say when he's coming, so we can make sure gates are unlocked, windows closed and trickle vents flipped shut. Happy to recommend.

The team has been cleaning my dad's house since January. Initial deep clean and now fortnightly. The difference is amazing. They've done a fantastic job to start and on an ongoing basis. Jenny from Freshly Maid is an absolute gem! She comes to us twice a week and is punctual, friendly and the most efficient cleaning lady we’ve had. She’s like the Duracell bunny with so much energy and enthusiasm! Also, Ally (the office manager) is responsive, organised and is such lovely lady. I highly recommend Freshly Maid.

I’ve been using Freshly Maid for around six months now and love the service. Whilst it’s not the cheapest, the quality and reliability is fantastic.
