Amazing service...they came out within 20 minutes and got rid of the paint on the carpet. So relieved as I don't have to make an insurance claim. For an emergency turnout I think £50 was both affordable and well worth the money. The technician took great pains to get every last spot of paint off.

Amazing company! I have 2 dogs and a white carpet! (Not the greatest pair)… I would go as far to say I am embarrassed by the colour it was due to the oils from my dogs fur! After trying to clean it myself and then hiring another company to come and clean it, it was still left very dirty! The previous company took 2 hours trying to clean it with not much luck, I was made to feel scruffy and still left with a dirty carpet! I was then very reluctant to get someone else in but I’m so glad I found fresh start…. They have been amazing from start to finish. My carpet is now finally clean! The chap who came to do it was so kind and professional, never once did he make me feel bad about the state of my carpet. I also received a follow up call the next day making sure I was still happy now my carpets have dried! Excellent customer service, Excellent cleaning and Excellent price! I would 1000% recommend this company to anyone looking for carpet or upholstery cleaning! Thank you again guys!

I asked OCD for an end-of-tenancy deep cleaning of my apartment. It was not cheap but I was not disappointed. They sent a full team and spent 5 solid hours in my apartment. Afterwards the whole apartment looks, feels and SMELLS sparking clean! Every pence is worthy. I will definitely use OCD again.

We have been using Shaws cleaning service for almost 8 months now and have been really pleased with the standard of cleaning provided. Waine does our cleaning very early in a morning which is perfect as it is all done and dusted before any staff arrive on site. I can't recommend Mop Kings highly enough. Our tenant moved out leaving the house in an absolute mess - they hadn't cleaned anything during their entire tenancy. Ben deep cleaned the entire house, leaving the pretty disgusting kitchen and bathroom looking absolutely sparkling again. We used to do the post tenancy clean ourselves but I won't even consider it now, I'm be calling Ben straight away next time.

I would highly recommend Mop Kings. Ben was super friendly and reliable. Called him on a Saturday morning (for an urgent job) for a professional clean of a tenanted apartment. He was able to go in the afternoon and spent 8 hours doing a deep and thorough clean of the property. Tenants were very happy with the work. We would definitely use Ben again.

We recently had our landing and stairs carpet cleaned, which hadn’t been done in over 5 years and were looking very grubby. Afterwards they were extremely clean, and looked much newer!! The carpets dried very quickly, and the shampoo used was chemical free with no harsh fumes (essential as my wife has asthma). Tim was very polite, and completed the job efficiently. I found this company via a local add magazine. The response to my initial enquiry was very prompt. Tim arrived on time to survey the job and provided me with a detailed overview of what was needed and explained very clearly what the process would entail. We agreed a price and a time to complete the work. On the day, he arrived on time and he delivered an excellent job. My carpets are as good as new. Very little drying time and no lingering odour. I had a teenager's bedroom with makeup stains on the carpet, which he managed to remove. I had Bright Green Cleaning back yesterday to clean my upholstery which, was again an extremely thorough job. My sofa looks as good as new. I have already recommended Tim and Bright Green to family and friends. If you're looking for carpet and/or upholstery cleaning, save yourself a lot of time and use this Bright Green. Trusted, thorough and professional.

Tim was punctual, courteous, very very thorough, very hard working and diligent. He genuinely cares about the result and the service he provides which is absolutely exceptional by any yardstick . For the excellent standard of workmanship he provides, his rates are exceptionally good value and I doubt as you can or will in the future, find anyone who can equal what he so happily provides...my carpets were 13 years old and now look 1 year old !
