Very quick and efficient. Arrived within an hour of my phone call after our cat brought a live mouse into the house. Ryan set traps and mouse was caught within a couple of hours and then came to remove the body. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic service, such a lovely bloke! Was stressing thinking we had bed bugs in our caravan. Mick looked at the pictures i sent and advised they didn't look like the bugs but would come out and check for me! He came out to check really quickly and and made me feel at ease that we were safe and it was spider poop after we got the sheet out of the bin to inspect 🙈😂 Mick took the time to show me what a bed bug looked like and the cycle of them so i knew what to look for! Very good service. Gareth came to my house within a few hours of my first calling him. Treated a large nest quickly and effectively. Came back a few days later to check on the results with no extra charge. Very good. Highly recommended.

We had issues with Rats chewing through the walls and floorboards of our rented property. Wasptec were quick and helpful. Gareth took action quickly and provided clear instructions on how to handle disposal of poisoned rats. He managed to clear our house of any rodent activity, explaining every action taken. Very happy with my experience. No one wants to deal with pests (in my case mice) but it was a very quick response with Fabian going the extra mile despite it being the end of a long day.
