Brilliant service from Simon at Vespa. Came out on a Sunday morning to sort a wasp nest out, really friendly chap who has done a brilliant job at getting rid of the wasps. Really good price as well, if you need somebody to sort wasps out this is the company you need.

Got in touch with Vespa as we had a large wasp nest under the roof slates. Vespa came and sorted it on the same day for a very reasonable price. Really professional and friendly. Would have no hesitation in using them again and would recommend them to friends and family

Also recommended preventative measures to stop repeat events along with a contact that helped us put those in place saving future hassle and cost. Jony did our 2nd treatment very well. Fast and reliable. Went above and beyond as far as doing some carpentry for a hard to reach area and sealed that off also for a strong and effective result in avoiding the pests to return. Thank you Jony :)

Very happy with my experience. No one wants to deal with pests (in my case mice) but it was a very quick response with Fabian going the extra mile despite it being the end of a long day. It was reassuring to have all my questions answered and Fabian explained everything thoroughly and thoughtfully whilst also being very sweet to my little dog making an unpleasant situation as pleasant as it could be!

Liam attended our property for his second visit. Again his customer care was excellent. He arrived within the timeframe specified. He explained everything he was doing and advised on next steps. Liam’s approach and advice enabled me to feel much more confident about something I’d been very anxious about. He again offered for me to contact him with anything I was worried about. I have contacted him about a smell in the house. He responded within a couple of minutes and put my mind at rest. I would highly recommend Liam and Copley Pest Control. I had the final visit from Neil yesterday. Again a fantastic professional and friendly service. Neil contacted me to let me know time of arrival. Reassured me that there had been no further rodent activity but to call in the future should I have any concerns. Both Neil and Liam were also very kind to our new puppy which I appreciated. Fantastic service, such a lovely bloke! Was stressing thinking we had bed bugs in our caravan. Mick looked at the pictures i sent and advised they didn't look like the bugs but would come out and check for me! He came out to check really quickly and and made me feel at ease that we were safe and it was spider poop after we got the sheet out of the bin to inspect 🙈😂 Mick took the time to show me what a bed bug looked like and the cycle of them so i knew what to look for!
