Lets be honest. It is not very often that you need pest control at home. So when you find a good company it's worth singing their praises and keeping their number. I only called yesterday and they were able to attend the following morning. Lee rang ahead to let me know where he was and I could follow him on maps, so I didn't need to sit in and wait. Upon arrival Lee explained the process and looked at the species of Bee he was dealing with before concluding the best course of action. The price, I considered reasonable and the process of payment was completed without any fuss. I would happily recommend.

The young man who attended, Cory, was impressively thorough and knowledgeable. He was able to track the problem to its source and set the treatment going. Excellent service. Fantastic service from Martin. I called on Friday morning with an issue of a rat in our walls. By mid-afternoon the same day, Martin had visited, inspected, advised and treated the issue, all for a very reasonable price. So far, all quiet in the walls. Phoned Martin on late-May Bank Holiday after two consecutive stressful days of internal flooding due to squirrel-chewed (repaired-and-chewed-again!) hot-water pipes. Martin arrived early on the first working day after the bank hol and sorted out the problem before he'd even completed the paperwork. Fantastic professional service from a guy who is extremely experienced, polite and efficient, and who is clearly passionate about his job and hugely knowledgable as a result. Dan responded to my initial contact quickly. He treated the wasps nest in the wall of the house quickly and efficiently. He was also very pleasant and friendly. Definitely recommend.

Following indications of rats on my property I contacted Dan abd following a carefully executed and single minded, conscientious project plan and alternative implementation strategies involving various poisons, traps and cameras all trace of tge beasts have been eradicated. Great work, highly recommended.

We contacted Dan as he was local to us and we needed help to get rid of some mice. Dan came in and told us where the mice were getting in and he put lots of 'special food' down for the mice. At every visit, Dan was supportive and advised us on what the next point of call was. He completed the treatment today and filled in the gaps where the mice were getting it. I've had Michael out twice this year, firstly do deal with a wasps nest hidden in our kitchen wall and again today, to remove a huge wasps nest in our attic. Dave was so polite, respectful of our property and very professional. We had squirrels in the loft and we didn't know where they were getting in.  Dave dealt with the squirrels and blocked up the holes the squirrels were using to access the loft space.  I can't thank The Pest Company enough.
