Phoned Martin on late-May Bank Holiday after two consecutive stressful days of internal flooding due to squirrel-chewed (repaired-and-chewed-again!) hot-water pipes. Martin arrived early on the first working day after the bank hol and sorted out the problem before he'd even completed the paperwork. Fantastic professional service from a guy who is extremely experienced, polite and efficient, and who is clearly passionate about his job and hugely knowledgable as a result. Fantastic service from Martin. I called on Friday morning with an issue of a rat in our walls. By mid-afternoon the same day, Martin had visited, inspected, advised and treated the issue, all for a very reasonable price. So far, all quiet in the walls.
