Phoned Gary yesterday. He was as good as his word and arrived today. He promptly dealt with an aggressive wasps nest. Thank goodness we did not attempt to remove. He wore the necessary protection and took the nest with him. Would not hesitate to use him again. Many thanks Gary.

Such a nice chap. Rang late afternoon, arrived in the evening at 8pm (he’s clearly in demand and works long days!). The problem I thought we had, turned out to be not a problem thankfully. He didn’t charge the earth and clearly very professional. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend, thank you Gary.

We text Gary at 7:30am after discovering a wasps nest above our bedroom ceiling the night before. He arrived at 9:30am prompt and immediately took action to eradicate the issue. 100% recommend Gary; both polite and professional 💪👍🙌

Gary came out the same day as calling him. He was very knowledgeable and set up with all the correct equipment. He sorted the wasp’s nest at a very reasonable price and even returned to doubly make sure the wasps had gone free of charge. Gary is a friendly person who puts his clients first. Who do you turn to when your young adult offspring rings you in a blind panic having been eyeball to eyeball with a rat in her living room? Vespa solutions were absolutely brilliant! We nicknamed him Simon The Destroyer, because he did just that. Simon proved to be knowledgeable, personable, reliable and very brave. Brilliant service from Simon at Vespa. Came out on a Sunday morning to sort a wasp nest out, really friendly chap who has done a brilliant job at getting rid of the wasps. Really good price as well, if you need somebody to sort wasps out this is the company you need.

Got in touch with Vespa as we had a large wasp nest under the roof slates. Vespa came and sorted it on the same day for a very reasonable price. Really professional and friendly. Would have no hesitation in using them again and would recommend them to friends and family

He was very friendly, spent time understanding the issue, listening to what we had heard and explained what the causes could be, how he would be able to resolve it and how we can prevent it going forward. Made 4 visit for the price of 3, everything was very reassuring and Mark explained each week what the results of the previous weeks actions were and what we should expect over the next. As a family we have used Key West on at least half a dozen occasions now for wasp nests and on one occasion a cat flea infestation. Their service and value is second to none and I don’t feel the need to go elsewhere else. Friendly and fast service (sometimes the same day). I would highly recommend them to anyone.

On contacting this company a lovely gentleman called Andy called later in the day to see what our problem was. He was most thorough and explained everything we needed to know. After doing what was required on a first visit a follow up appointment was agreed. At time of writing, at least we know exactly what the issue is and happy in the knowledge that it is being dealt with swiftly and efficiently.

We were provided with and excellent service by Liam today. He called to let us know he was on his way with an estimated arrival time. The vehicle tracker was great so I knew exactly when he'd arrived. Liam was friendly, re-assuring and incredibly knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing in detail and told us what to expect to allay any concerns. He also offered onward customer advice at any time. Takes time so be patient as their is a process. You don't have to go through multiple people to speak with them on the phone to book unlike other companies. Cleared out & cleaned my mums loft! Incredibly kind and professional. They did a great job, no judgements on the volume of things to clear. Cleaned up after they were done, the carpet was actually cleaner than it was before they started. Cannot recommend highly enough! Brilliant!!

Contacted Mick of Kestrel Pest Management for a loft clearance of Rat contaminated loft insulation. Mick carried out a site visit first and gave me a spot estimate of cost. He also gave me a verbal and emailed plan for the operation, and kept me updated on his expected arrival. He arrived on the agreed date and time, and commenced protecting the carpets and landing area with dust protection sheets at the property. After removal and bagging all of the old loft insulation, he carried out cleaning and disinfection of the loft area. The insulation was then replaced with new, to the correct government recommended depth. All of the loft debris was then removed promptly, by a certified waste contractor from the premises. I personally cannot thank Mick and Connor enough, as they also cleaned out lots of remnant builders lath plaster, that had been under the old loft insulation for years. Both guys worked very hard, and carried out a first-class job. I would recommend this company 100%. I have had my fingers burnt by substandard contractor’s work on numerous occasions in the past. These guys have renewed my faith in humanity, that there are great company’s out there, hence the five-star review. These guys don’t only talk the talk, they walk the walk! I needed my loft decontaminating after dealing with a rat problem at home. No companies in my local area offered this service, but Mick at Kestrel was able to quote for it. I was very impressed with the standard of their service. They were polite, considerate of my home and furnishings, and very thorough in their work. I would highly recommend them
