Regan came to my rescue when I needed a reputable plumber to review and update my pipework following a n escape of water which caused alot of damage. He was friendly, professional , he also replaced the bath for me and rerouted some piping. The work was to a high standard, he did the work when he said he would and was on budget. Excellent service, I had very poor water pressure and many plumbers have been puzzled as to what the issue is. Within 30mins Regan found the fault and now my water pressure is great. Can’t thank you enough for solving this. Absolutely my go to man for any plumbing services from now on.

Regan is the most honest genuine and reliable tradesman I have come across, he takes pride in every job he does and doesn't leave a job until the customer is happy. I had a pipe split last night and by 10am the following day he had replaced the pipe and got our heating back up and running, very reasonable pricing also.

Found NSP on Google after failed attempts at finding a Plumber who actually dealt with leaks Very happy chappy who came when said took one look at my leak & could of taken me for a ride. He was very honest & told me straight away to go through my insurance. He could have very easily pulled my walls & floor boards apart trying to find the source & fixing it to charge extortionate prices. Instead he was very honest and gave me the best option for me. Would definitely recommend & will definitely be keeping his number for any future jobs

I am so impressed with Ben and BRP plumbing. Ben has serviced my central heating boiler for a few years now and done a few plumbing jobs. He is always very thorough. Yesterday my toilet cistern kept running and I had to turn my water off. Ben answered the phone promptly. I sent some photos over after work and Ben rang me back very quickly and talked me through the re-attachment of the arm on my float. This solved the problem. Thank you so much Ben. Recently bought my first house, and couldn't get the boiler to work. Rang Ben up who was very friendly and initially offered some steps on how to reset it. It ended up needing a hands on fix though, so Ben came around within the hour and got it sorted! Extremely knowledgeable and professional, will definitely use again. I was recommended Slattery Plumbers by a friend - we both live in apartments and have no gas so needed a new electric boiler (not many places install electric boilers). Firstly to deal with a local independent company rather than a big national company makes a huge difference. You are treated so well and when I ring and say its Angie, they know exactly who I am. The lady I spoke to, Bianca, is super efficient as well and we chat away on the phone. Secondly after my quote arrived for the work, I rang and spoke to Bianca regarding a query and within a couple of hours she had come back to me with the answer. I then wished to proceed and in just over a week my new boiler was installed. The chap arrived to install my boiler and it is amazing. Not sure how I have managed for the past few years with my old one. After he had left you literally would not know he had been in my apartment, other than there was my new amazing boiler in all its glory. Would I recommended them? Absolutely 100%. Don't hesitate. They are a wonderful company, very competitively priced and really look after their customers, both before and after. This was my second time using them and will not go anywhere else.

I can't recommend Jack enough! We needed our shower tray replacing after our old one cracked. Jack advised us on the best course of action, avoiding the need to re-tile the whole bathroom and preserving our existing floor tiles & underfloor heating at the same time. Jack & Lucas did a ridiculously neat job blending new tiles for that area into our existing ones (which we could not get any longer). The result was absolutey brilliant, creating a feature area that complemented the existing bathroom. What was also so impressive is how neat and tidy these guys work. Even the care and attention to cleaning up after themselves meticulously each day, showing real care & courtesy to our home. In my experience, you don't get that very often. Highly recommend.

Jack has completed several jobs for us from a boiler service back in July and most recently rectifying a fault on one of our radiators that 2 other plumbers did not want to deal with. We are very happy with their service. I have two elderly parents and Andy was great with them. He explained everything and did a brilliant job installing there shower and making sure they had the grab rails in the correct place. My parents found that the job was finished on time with as little upset as possible. Jack's work has always been excellent at my house where he's done all the plumbing on a pretty big extension. He's done work on our boiler, fitted rads, pipes, sinks and showers. He has always come out to scope out the job at a decent time and goes above and beyond to make sure the work he does is of the highest quality.
