I needed a leak from the shower tracing and as the leak was only showing on the floor of the room next door it wasn't a simple job. Miles kept me fully aware of the steps he intended to take in way of investigation and he did an excellent job. Excellent service, I had very poor water pressure and many plumbers have been puzzled as to what the issue is. Within 30mins Regan found the fault and now my water pressure is great. Can’t thank you enough for solving this. Absolutely my go to man for any plumbing services from now on.

Regan came to my rescue when I needed a reputable plumber to review and update my pipework following a n escape of water which caused alot of damage. He was friendly, professional , he also replaced the bath for me and rerouted some piping. The work was to a high standard, he did the work when he said he would and was on budget. Jack's work has always been excellent at my house where he's done all the plumbing on a pretty big extension. He's done work on our boiler, fitted rads, pipes, sinks and showers. He has always come out to scope out the job at a decent time and goes above and beyond to make sure the work he does is of the highest quality. He is a polite guy who is very relatable and reliable which counts for a lot in the trades. Cannot recommend enough!

I can't recommend Jack enough! We needed our shower tray replacing after our old one cracked. Jack advised us on the best course of action, avoiding the need to re-tile the whole bathroom and preserving our existing floor tiles & underfloor heating at the same time. Jack & Lucas did a ridiculously neat job blending new tiles for that area into our existing ones (which we could not get any longer). The result was absolutey brilliant, creating a feature area that complemented the existing bathroom. What was also so impressive is how neat and tidy these guys work. Even the care and attention to cleaning up after themselves meticulously each day, showing real care & courtesy to our home. In my experience, you don't get that very often. Highly recommend.

We are very happy with their service. I have two elderly parents and Andy was great with them. He explained everything and did a brilliant job installing there shower and making sure they had the grab rails in the correct place. My parents found that the job was finished on time with as little upset as possible. Would recommend them to anyone that needed a professional job but done with a compassionate and understanding nature.

Found NSP on Google after failed attempts at finding a Plumber who actually dealt with leaks Very happy chappy who came when said took one look at my leak & could of taken me for a ride. He was very honest & told me straight away to go through my insurance. He could have very easily pulled my walls & floor boards apart trying to find the source & fixing it to charge extortionate prices. Instead he was very honest and gave me the best option for me. Would definitely recommend & will definitely be keeping his number for any future jobs

I would not hesitate to recommend Ben for plumbing or heating services. After searching the market to find a Gas registered engineer who would install a gas fire, we came across Ben, who, from the outset, was like a breath of fresh air. Recently bought my first house, and couldn't get the boiler to work. Rang Ben up who was very friendly and initially offered some steps on how to reset it. It ended up needing a hands on fix though, so Ben came around within the hour and got it sorted! Extremely knowledgeable and professional, will definitely use again. I am so impressed with Ben and BRP plumbing. Ben has serviced my central heating boiler for a few years now and done a few plumbing jobs. He is always very thorough. Yesterday my toilet cistern kept running and I had to turn my water off. Ben answered the phone promptly. I sent some photos over after work and Ben rang me back very quickly and talked me through the re-attachment of the arm on my float. This solved the problem. Thank you so much Ben.
