Had a brilliant plumber around from Plumbcare this evening (sorry didn’t get his name). Had a leak in our toilet. He came around, diagnosed the fault, took the toilet apart, fitted new bolts and gasket and resolved the problem, all within the hour. Very polite, very professional and a credit to your company. Very pleased with the outcome and work put in by Lee, one of the boiler engineers from Plumbcare. The problem was eventually sorted on our boiler but it almost had him beat. But being very thorough he sorted the issue. So thankyou again Lee and cheers.

Plumbcare repaired our boiler (replaced the heat exchanger). We are delighted with how quickly the repair was done, and they are easily contactable via their call centre. I feel Plumbcare could better communicate the repair process and timescales with their customers. However, I also acknowledge that in this matter, Plumbcare acted as a subcontractor to an insurance company, which was acting as a subcontractor to the energy company where I bought the boiler insurance policy. Thus, it was not clear who my best point of contact was in a weekend emergency. Overall, the claim was processed efficiently. Thank you.

Just finished my bathroom/ utility room. Room needed completely gutting and starting again. They completely transformed the space - new ceiling and walls, floor, all waterproofed and sealed, and new toilet and sink. Nothing was too much trouble, and they were very friendly and approachable. Went out of their way to clean up too!

I'm thrilled with the way Richard and his team have transformed my antiquated bathroom, into a wonderful, modern space. Ryan and his apprentice Sonnie were reliable, punctual, tidy, hardworking and friendly throughout. Richard also made a considerable effort to seek out new compatible fittings, in order to replace a faulty internal stop tap. I would definitely recommend this company and particularly appreciate the fact the entire refit is undertaken in-house.
