I'd used Mike for a couple of small plumbing jobs previously and he'd always been reliable so when I wanted a whole new bathroom, it was a no brainer to call him again. Mike provided a reasonable quote and was able to send me loads of options for different bathroom furniture. He was even able to source specific items based on images I sent him. The whole bathroom was ripped out and redone in the space of a week and the work was to a really high standard. He even came back a few weeks later to fix the radiator back on the wall once the decorating had been finished. I can't praise him highly enough. Honest, punctual and reliable which is hard to find nowadays. I wouldn't hesitate to contact him again if I needed any work on the house doing. Thanks, Mike!

What can I say, Mike is AMAZING. I originally met him when I called him for a shower repair one Sunday and he turned up the same day! Mike mended the shower plus some other stuff the same week and I booked him to replace my bathroom a few months later. Mike was very responsive and creative about what I wanted. He came when he said he would and gave me a fantastic, bespoke bathroom and separate toilet within 2 weeks. He also came back 6 months later to repair a tap, under warranty, at no cost to me and within 24 hours of the reported issue. I cannot recommend Mike and his team highly enough. They are brill.

After coming back home being away for Christmas our boiler had broken. We didn't know any plumbers in the area so relied on Google for reviews. After obtaining quotes we decided to go with M.M Heating. Muhammad arranged to fit our boiler the same week we called. They were efficient, honest, friendly and fairly priced. Never used MM before and actually came across them on eBay - so was a little unsure as to what to expect. However, I needn’t have worried, excellent coms, agreed to install within 48 hours for a competitive price and did a really excellent job. Very friendly and totally professional. Josh worked quickly and cleanly for my elderly parents and identified the water leak and damp problems to be rectified. I picked this company as it was local and for its positive reviews when the boiler broke and I was very happy with my choice . Their communication was great , came on time to the appointment and fixed it. Also did a few extra tasks like cleaning pipes which help the boilers efficiency and cleaned over the casing . Thermostat stopped working so we were left with no heating… gave NI Gas & Plumbing a call, sent an engineer out within a couple of hours, all back up and running the same night. Reasonable call-out charge considering the work was undertaken at 9:30pm. Great service all round 👍🏻 cheers guys!

We had Abdurrahman Ismail from NI Gas & Plumbing Services replace the gas central heating boiler at a property we rent out. It’s the first time we’ve used this company but we’ll definitely be using them in future for maintenance, servicing, gas safety certificates etc. Abdurrahman was a pleasure to have working at the property today, he’s done a great job, replacing old pipes, making good the stonework and clearing up after himself, all the time being very happy in his job and taking pride in his work. He even ran through the instructions for the boiler for me to make a video for the tenant. I’m just really pleased we chose NI for this job.

Ralph was very professional, and thorough, removing and capping a corroded gas pipe. He was able to squeeze us in last thing on the same day I got in touch, a Friday too, and there was no fussing, just git the job done, gave good friendly advice and a fair price.
