Fully registered young man arrived today to install my brand new cooker which curry’s refused to do as their was a socket in the heat zone. The owner quickly removed and made the socket safe, fitted the cooker and made sure we were happy and that everything was working correctly! Great service at short notice at a very reasonable price! We had Abdurrahman Ismail from NI Gas & Plumbing Services replace the gas central heating boiler at a property we rent out. It’s the first time we’ve used this company but we’ll definitely be using them in future for maintenance, servicing, gas safety certificates etc. Abdurrahman was a pleasure to have working at the property today, he’s done a great job, replacing old pipes, making good the stonework and clearing up after himself, all the time being very happy in his job and taking pride in his work. He even ran through the instructions for the boiler for me to make a video for the tenant. I’m just really pleased we chose NI for this job.

Thermostat stopped working so we were left with no heating… gave NI Gas & Plumbing a call, sent an engineer out within a couple of hours, all back up and running the same night. Reasonable call-out charge considering the work was undertaken at 9:30pm. Great service all round 👍🏻 cheers guys!

My parents had recently used the services of Ralph and highly recommended him. Ralph was very professional, and thorough, removing and capping a corroded gas pipe. He was able to squeeze us in last thing on the same day I got in touch, a Friday too, and there was no fussing, just git the job done, gave good friendly advice and a fair price. We will be using his services again for our properties in Leeds. 5 stars from me.

Ralph came out to our house as we had no hot water and we were really over due a service. He was professional and Diagnosed the problem we had . What can I say, Mike is AMAZING. I originally met him when I called him for a shower repair one Sunday and he turned up the same day! Mike mended the shower plus some other stuff the same week and I booked him to replace my bathroom a few months later. Mike was very responsive and creative about what I wanted. He came when he said he would and gave me a fantastic, bespoke bathroom and separate toilet within 2 weeks. He also came back 6 months later to repair a tap, under warranty, at no cost to me and within 24 hours of the reported issue. I cannot recommend Mike and his team highly enough. They are brill.

I'd used Mike for a couple of small plumbing jobs previously and he'd always been reliable so when I wanted a whole new bathroom, it was a no brainer to call him again. Mike provided a reasonable quote and was able to send me loads of options for different bathroom furniture. He was even able to source specific items based on images I sent him. The whole bathroom was ripped out and redone in the space of a week and the work was to a really high standard. He even came back a few weeks later to fix the radiator back on the wall once the decorating had been finished. I can't praise him highly enough. However, I needn’t have worried, excellent coms, agreed to install within 48 hours for a competitive price and did a really excellent job. Very friendly and totally professional. Boiler wasn’t working on New Years Day we tried so many heating engineers and all were closed. We rang MM and he was with us in a couple of hours. Really nice friendly & very polite guy. After coming back home being away for Christmas our boiler had broken. We didn't know any plumbers in the area so relied on Google for reviews.
