We were recommended Mick by our neighbour and contacted him regarding a problem with the hot water on our combi boiler. Mick came out at the date/time arranged and managed to repair the problem on the day. He is professional, friendly and very reasonably priced. If you're looking for a plumber/heating engineer, give him a call, you won't be disappointed.

We had a problem with our shower pressure. Mick came and had a look at it as promised. He recommended a shower pump to be installed as the other plumber had not installed one and done cowboy job on the new shower installation. He went through the items we needed and agreed a day for him to come. He arrived on time as promised . Spend the day installing it. He was very professional and knowledgeable. We would recommend him to everyone that has any issues or problems to get in touch with him. He will not let you down like the rest of them. Once again thank you for sorting it out we can finally have a shower. Yes.

Recently converted my storeroom into a mini bathroom, Plumbpal and team installed a macerator pump, toilet, basin and a radiator. All work done in top quality solder joints along with copper piping. I'm pleased with the job. They showed up when they said they would despite recent bad weather conditions got the job done to a very good standard.

I picked this company as it was local and for its positive reviews when the boiler broke and I was very happy with my choice . Robert is a true saint of plumbing, saved us on multiple occasions. When we first moved into our property, we had a massive leak in the hot water tank in the loft and felt like all hope was lost. Robert came out on a Sunday, at 9am, and fixed the problem, no bother at all. The price for his services was exceptionally good value and he is a lovely gentleman, providing great advice and explaining his work. He was prompt and effective and will be using his service again, if something were to happen.

Found NSP on Google after failed attempts at finding a Plumber who actually dealt with leaks Very happy chappy who came when said took one look at my leak & could of taken me for a ride. He was very honest & told me straight away to go through my insurance. He could have very easily pulled my walls & floor boards apart trying to find the source & fixing it to charge extortionate prices. Instead he was very honest and gave me the best option for me. Would definitely recommend & will definitely be keeping his number for any future jobs
