I had a leak that required emergency attention, this worried me as a recently new home owner. Mr Mulla was polite, punctual, and professional. Not only did he reassure me that the leak had been fixed, but he also educated me about my home's plumbing system and things to look out for. Mr Mulla went above and beyond and I will be more than happy to use his services again should I need them.

Jovy and his team came to our assistance as Our Cistern had corroded and we needed a new boiler, radiators and shower, these were fitted and tested within 5 days. There work is outstanding and the quality of the products installed were excellent and exactly to our requirements. I am so pleased with the service from Jovy Danny and Ethan they went above and beyond fitting and replacing items and they cleaned and replaced carpets furniture as they had never been moved. From the moment we chose our bespoke fitted kitchen to the installation everything was fantastic and was carried out fitted to an extremely high standard. The redesign of our kitchen was fabulously done by Jovy. He explained everything in detail, the installation team lead by Danny was first class. Just needed someone to fix our leaking kitchen tap and contacted Connor based on previous good reviews. Great guy, came when he said he would, speedily sorted problem for a good price. It's sometimes hard to get people to sort small jobs so we were really pleased with Connor's prompt response. Will certainly use him again.

Required a plumber urgently and early evening as we had no hot water or Heating in the house, I spoke to Connor who was just leaving another job in the area and he said he would come and look straight away. Within 30 minutes the problem had been resolved with minimal disruption or mess! Fantastic service and really appreciated them going out of their way early evening to help us. They charge reasonable prices but you get a top quality service during the repair. Will definitely be using them again.

Had a replacement boiler fitted last month and it was amazing start to finish. Professional and friendly, exceptionally neat job on the pipework and more than anything the boiler is excellent and heats the house up nicely. Definitely would recommend for products and services :-)

Found NSP on Google after failed attempts at finding a Plumber who actually dealt with leaks Very happy chappy who came when said took one look at my leak & could of taken me for a ride. He was very honest & told me straight away to go through my insurance. He could have very easily pulled my walls & floor boards apart trying to find the source & fixing it to charge extortionate prices. Instead he was very honest and gave me the best option for me. Would definitely recommend & will definitely be keeping his number for any future jobs

Smart gas came to service my boiler a couple of weeks ago ( sorry for the late review). The guy that came was really good very professional, and a very good price . Would not hesitate to use again . Highly recommended . I don't know what's happened to this company not at all reliable 1 year later , was supposed to come and service my boiler that I purchased from them & they installed never turned up and ignored my calls .luckily I have found another company that are much more reliable .would not use them again or recommend.
