Jonathan has serviced our boiler for the last couple of years. Gives you the date and time of his arrival. No waiting about very reliable. Delighted with his work giving you a fair price. I picked this company as it was local and for its positive reviews when the boiler broke and I was very happy with my choice . Their communication was great , came on time to the appointment and fixed it. Also did a few extra tasks like cleaning pipes which help the boilers efficiency and cleaned over the casing . Not only did he reassure me that the leak had been fixed, but he also educated me about my home's plumbing system and things to look out for. Mr Mulla went above and beyond and I will be more than happy to use his services again should I need them.

Having used JP Plumbing for the first time recently I have nothing but praise for them. What should have been a straightforward job turned in to a huge challenge due some shoddy work done at some point in the past. I have had a new boiler installation done by Smart gas found them online. After reading reviews decided to give them a call. Installer Nick came out had a look and sent us a quote he wasnt pushey or trying to sell me something I didnt need. Nick couldn't help us enough, infact I called him again before I made decision to go ahead with deal. He went through all again and i checked there was no hidden charges he was so nice and reassuring. Paul and Nick came and team fitted the new boiler system removing the old water tank system while doing this work they was so clean and tidy couldnt believe by end we had a new boiler fitted work to high standards. I couldnt thank the team enough paul went through all instructions for the boiler calmly and politely. The next day we had a small leak nothing dramatic but called engineer Nick and he came straight away his really good and so helpful and kind true great workman. If anyone has hesitation about this company please dont the team are brilliant and there work is 100% high standards at a great reasonable price. Big thankyou to Nick for all you did topman.

Smart gas came to service my boiler a couple of weeks ago ( sorry for the late review). The guy that came was really good very professional, and a very good price . Would not hesitate to use again . Highly recommended . I don't know what's happened to this company not at all reliable 1 year later , was supposed to come and service my boiler that I purchased from them & they installed never turned up and ignored my calls .luckily I have found another company that are much more reliable .would not use them again or recommend.

Paul and his guys did an amazing job changing the boiler and all the radiators in our house. Very professional, as always. We have been working with them for several years now, mostly for gas safeties certificates. And the experience has always been excellent. Recommended!

Jovy and his team came to our assistance as Our Cistern had corroded and we needed a new boiler, radiators and shower, these were fitted and tested within 5 days. There work is outstanding and the quality of the products installed were excellent and exactly to our requirements. I am so pleased with the service from Jovy Danny and Ethan they went above and beyond fitting and replacing items and they cleaned and replaced carpets furniture as they had never been moved. Fabulous work. Bathroom was done last year by this company. Superb - hall was renovated earlier this year and again another great job. Kitchen has been altered and again the craftsmanship.shows in their work. I can recommend this company who go out of their way to be helpful.

We had a leak from our upstairs shower that damaged the living room ceiling, and Jovy did an amazing job fixing it! He quickly found the fault, repaired the leak and later returned to patch up the ceiling. The result is smooth and flawless. He and his crew were polite, funny and left everything spotless. The price was very reasonable for such excellent service. Highly recommend!

Connor managed to get to my dad's broken boiler within an hour of contacting him. He very quickly diagnosed that the boiler was dead and quoted for a new one. Two days later the new boiler was installed swiftly and efficiently with no mess left behind.Both Connor and his apprentice ( sorry didn't catch his name) are great guys providing an efficient and friendly service. I would highly recommend.

Required a plumber urgently and early evening as we had no hot water or Heating in the house, I spoke to Connor who was just leaving another job in the area and he said he would come and look straight away. Within 30 minutes the problem had been resolved with minimal disruption or mess! Fantastic service and really appreciated them going out of their way early evening to help us. They charge reasonable prices but you get a top quality service during the repair. Will definitely be using them again.

Just needed someone to fix our leaking kitchen tap and contacted Connor based on previous good reviews. Great guy, came when he said he would, speedily sorted problem for a good price. It's sometimes hard to get people to sort small jobs so we were really pleased with Connor's prompt response. Will certainly use him again.
