Danny did all the electrical work during our renovations last year. This involved all new wiring to the extension (lights, plugs, ovens, fans, hard wired smoke detector, a new panel, outdoor day/night lighting). He is punctual and tidy. We were very happy with the work and asked him to wire up a new outbuilding this year, and install gorgeous festoon lights. Danny was recommended to us, and we have no hesitation recommending him to others.

I needed an EICR certificate for my house as just about to rent it out and didn’t know this was the law/regs now until agent said. I used Check-a-Trader and these got back to me promptly with a quote and dates/times available. I came and checked out their reviews and had others coming back to me but these were really competitive and reviews were great. I wasn’t disappointed. 3 engineers turned up on time and were all courteous, smart, took their shoes off! Plus they were professional and helped to repair a fault on a socket while testing the whole house wiring. Took them a good while and they were really thorough. I expected to receive an invoice way over the quote but within 2 days I had the comprehensive certificate and the invoice as quoted. Very impressed so don’t be wary, these guys stick to their promises and do a great job. I’ll only put up a review if really bad or exceptional. These were exceptional and so has their customer service in the office and response times. I’d give 6 stars if I could.

Robert is knowledgeable, gives sound advice and is flexible. The full home rewire was completed on schedule with quality parts and hardware and we were particularly impressed with the minimal damage to existing decor. They also took care to clean up properly afterwards. I will have no hesitation in having Robert carry out further work when needed.

Harrison carried out all the electrical work for our new kitchen including an enhanced lighting system and, where appropriate, isolation switches. His work included advice and design which ensured we achieved a modern installation that also complied with all regulations which would apply to a 'new build' house. He also installed heat and smoke detectors covering the whole house. We are extremely pleased with the standard of his work, his co-operation with the other contractors involved (joiners, plumbers etc) and his focused work style. We paid for materials at the commencement of the work and the balance on completion. We consider his overall cost very reasonable and will engage him again when the need arises.

Haroon was brilliant. He arrived when he said he would, he double checked what needed to be done, and then did a very professional and tidy job putting in three new double sockets and amending a light switch. He was polite and very friendly to chat with whilst he worked and even made a couple of suggestions regarding some other work being done. I would definitely recommend him, and would happily use him again if I needed more electrical work doing.

Haroon is a top individual that carried out our work quickly and without fuss. As it happens, he went above and beyond when he came back to fix an issue caused by another contractor we had in at the same time that severed a live cable. We will not be using any other Electrician than Haroon for future projects. He is our Electrician!

Very pleased, very professional & very easy to talk to, explained what was needed and how much it would cost. The job was to install an electric cooker with extractor hood. Haroon responded very quickly and said he could squeeze me in. When he was on his way the kitchen fitters cut through the main cable for the house lights, I asked if he could also fix this issue and he said he would. Installed the cooker and set up the wiring for the extractor very quickly, then quickly sorted out the issue with the lighting. Really happy with everything including price. Fitters were also impressed.

I've employed West Yorkshire Electrical for two jobs, one replacing an induction hob, the other installing an outdoor security light, and cannot rate them highly enough. David came out at quite short notice after I'd been struggling to find someone. He repaired faulty wiring to a socket and switch for our cooker/oven. He was very polite and responsive and made enquiries about what would be needed including requesting photos of the socket required so he would not need to be in and out for parts. He came out at the time convenient to us and was able to make the repairs quickly and efficiently. The price he charged was very good.
