Best in the business in my opinion. Never lets you down and always on time. Communicate is brilliant. And if there is an emergency he will go above and beyond. His knowledge is second to none and he’s really well priced. All my customers have been very impressed in Gaz and the lads working for him. As a quality tradesman it’s great to have someone as reliable as yourself with a great eye for detail and finish.

I had Gareth out to do some electrical work in a basement conversion. I was concerned that some of the works wouldn’t be possible but Gareth assured me that they’d be able to get it done without any problem. He was prompt at giving the quote and detailing what it covered. They added sockets to a circuit, replaced spotlights, replaced existing sockets, installed and wired an electric towel rail & electric heater, did some work to the fuse board and installed an outside light. Can’t fault the work that has been done. Would definitely recommend and will be using Moorside Electrical again.

Gareth was a pleasure to work with and did a great job. Fantastic communication - always replied straight away and nothing was too much trouble. He worked around  the builders' schedule and did the job over the weekend due to a last minute change. He was even happy to make a small change after the lights had been installed. I highly recommend Moorside electrical and I'm glad that I now know a reliable and professional electrician to call for our next project.

Moorside Electrical were excellent, I couldn't recommend them more highly. It's an older property which can prove challenging but I felt confident and looked after from quote through to completion. Great communication, fair price, respectful of home, top work and aftercare.

Very happy with the service I received from these guys. We've had ALOT of work done on the house recently and these guys did all the electrics for my new kitchen extension- installed new spotlights, sockets, switches, LED lights around my lantern; external sockets and lighting. They also changed the existing lights that were in the original part of the house; added extra sockets; changed/ added fans and lighting in my newly refurbished bathroom and guest toilet. They've always kept me informed with what they're doing and I never once had a problem with any of their work. Their workmanship really is fantastic and I would have no qualms about using them again. Finney Electrical responded promptly and attended the same day to fit a new oven. This work was carried out with a minimum of fuss and/or mess and they most respectful of our home, ensuring that no damage was caused to existing oven housing. Robert is knowledgeable, gives sound advice and is flexible. The full home rewire was completed on schedule with quality parts and hardware and we were particularly impressed with the minimal damage to existing decor. Called 10:15 pm on a Sunday night as all our electrics tripped out and wouldn’t come back on. Arrived really quickly, diagnosed fault and made a temporary (safe) fix so we had power until he could get the right part. Came back next day and made full fix. David came out at quite short notice after I'd been struggling to find someone. He repaired faulty wiring to a socket and switch for our cooker/oven. He was very polite and responsive and made enquiries about what would be needed including requesting photos of the socket required so he would not need to be in and out for parts. He came out at the time convenient to us and was able to make the repairs quickly and efficiently. The price he charged was very good. Overall he was professional, knowledgeable and experienced so I would not hesitate to call him again in the future. Many thanks!

Highly recommended. I called after our power cut out on a Tuesday evening. David came out that evening and diagnosed a faulty part in the fuse box, picked up a new part next morning and had us back on the grid by 10am the next day. (To my relief!)
