I've employed West Yorkshire Electrical for two jobs, one replacing an induction hob, the other installing an outdoor security light, and cannot rate them highly enough. Everything from getting a quote to the finished job was done efficiently and the customer service was excellent. Josh even hung a mirror for me in the lounge after he'd fished installing the light! A great all-round service and at the right price!

Jamie was very helpful in arranging the works quickly and talking us through the process. Josh undertook the work without fault. Very friendly and professional throughout the process. Craig came out at short notice to check my electrics after a 3.30 am power cut. When he arrived that afternoon he checked the house and found it to be a problem with the main supply outside of the house. He called northern power whilst in the house and explained the problem. Fast reliable service, and a lovely touch of a follow text the next day to make sure northern power had resolved the issue.

Craig came out same day as an emergency call following a storm that resulted in a loss of lighting. He did a great job and the level of customer service provided was outstanding. Can't fault Coleman Electrical and will definitely use again if we need an electrician. Had no power in our house, did the usual of checking fuses etc. Craig came out the same day after being recommended to us and the supplier telling us it was a fault internally. Turns out it was a fault externally which Craig conveyed to them. All sorted in the early hours of the morning. Appreciated the text in the morning though off Craig to check we had power.

Craig and his team are fab! He is so fab that you need to get into his diary asap as he gets so booked up. He is worth the wait as his work is impeccable! They fitted some lovely lights in the front of our house and we love how it turned out.

Steve came to do the electrics for my new kitchen, he was extremely professional from start to finish! He arrived at exactly the time he said and nothing was to much trouble. Woke up to discover no power to any of the sockets in the house. Called and described the issue. The response I got was a diagnosis of the possibe problem by being walked through steps to check the electrics. Before arrival was called and informed of a ETA and they arrived promptly. They systemactically went through what might be causing the issue discounting possible issues. Result was a fix, efficiently and professional completed. Advised each step of the way what was been done why. So gave confidence in the work. The price charged for the work was reasonable and the quality was of an extremely high standard. I would highly recommend Flora Electrical Service to anyone. It can be sometime difficult to find reliable trades people and I will be keeping their details in my back pocket.

We had an Ideal Logic 2 Combi boiler fitted on 29/06/23 with Fixx. Craig the Engineer arrived bright and early after a call to say he would be there in 30 minutes. He was very efficient and finished by mid afternoon before running through all the wireless thermostat details before leaving. Found the company extremely helpful with any questions I asked, great company to do business with and would recommend highly.

Pay for the boiler cover insurance with Fixx. They've been back a couple times as the source of my boiler issue is a bit of a mystery. However, they've managed to fix it with a new part and have had no qualms about returning to fix the issue despite this probably leaving them out of pocket. Tim in particular is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Recommend highly.

Had a recent visit from Andy at Fixx for a boiler leak. Was arranged through my insurer. Andy conducted himself professionally and and was very helpful. He got to the bottom of the issue and explained to me what it is. After repairing this he ran a test to ensure all is working smooth before leaving. Very grateful to Andy. Thanks again
