Leon has done a lot of work for us. We initially contacted him for a full electrical rewire of an 1800s Stone house. He was very professional and very informative about our expectations. Very well priced for the size of the project. Since then, he has been out to us on further occasions as we progress with our house project. Magnificent! You often only see a company's true colours when things go wrong. Aaron installed several new outside lights earlier this year. Recently, 3 started failing (plus a 4th of the same type). Aaron has readily replaced them with a different type of light (and replaced a faulty junction box which wasnt even part of the original job.) Truly 5 star service. Fantastic customer service. Aaron replaced a light fixture and moved an electrical socket to a neighbouring wall. Minimal incisions required in the wall and ceiling to move the socket which means less holes to fill in afterwards. Very professional, arrived on time, ensured the area was clean and tidy afterwards and all for a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend for all electrical based jobs.

Extremely pleased with the work Aaron has just completed on our kitchen refit – oven, fridge, freezer and induction hob supplies, heat sensors, new spotlights, sockets with USB ports, plinth and cabinet lighting. Aaron is highly professional and efficient. He has been helping us with our electrical updates room by room for the past three years. He is always happy to give advice and make suggestions. We had tenants moving in 5 days one phone call next day you had our electrics checked and got the certificate that evening. l was so impressed with your efficiency, I asked if you could check the radiators you said only one needed changing you were so honest, but we decided to up garde all of them in the flat. I wanted to share my great experience of dealing with Tezelec. With every visit to the shop I am welcomed and Tez will go above and beyond in providing good advice on the products and I have also witnessed first hand the advice provided to tradesmen in the shop, assisting them with practical advice and ensuring that they have what they need for whatever project which they are undertaking. Tez is a fountain of knowledge and the fantastic customer service which is provided at Tezelec I am sure is part of the reason for the shop’s success. There are also products which have been ordered for me, some of which are not normally stocked, but this is no problem for Tezelec who will order whatever products are required for the customer’s needs. Tezelec also support local businesses as well as support a local charity in raising funds. I would absolutely recommend anyone to use Tezelec as their go to wholesale electrical suppliers as it is not just electrical products which they can purchase but also fantastic advice is provided free of charge.

During our recent home renovations, we required various electrical components such as downlights, light switches, an inline fan, and other miscellaneous items. The electrical shopping list was given to Terry by Andrew Charles of Aqueous Plumbing who was undergoing the work on our behalf. All the items, plus some additional options were delivered to our doorstep on the same day by the Tezelec team, and then again, the next day when more items were needed. We contacted Paul following a house fire in our cellar. This was required by the fire brigade prior to power being restored for our heating and hot water. Paul attended very quickly as he was going to another job nearby and checked our supply restoring it promptly so we could remain in our house. He was extremely helpful and polite and due to the short time he was here he did not require payment. His help was greatly appreciated and I thoroughly recommend his services. I am deeply grateful to a man named Paul who helped me on a dark, rainy night when I was stranded on a dangerous motorway with no fuel. I couldn’t get help from anywhere and was terrified.
