They squeezed us in the day we called, the guy over the phone talked me through all our options and was very helpful, I still felt we needed someone to take a look and although it was a small small job the electrician came over and sorted everything. They did take like a month to invoice though but us but they were great, I'd recommend and use again

Highly recommend using Lucid ES. Our circuit board went down the day before my sons birthday party with no light or power and a fridge and freezer full of party food... We could not get any electrician from near or far to attend. Despite being fully booked Lucid took the time to handle my enquiry from their online enquiry service and even took the time to call me and go through some safe troubleshooting steps to see if i could rectify the issue myself. Unfortunatley the RCD needed replacing, they sourced the parts straight away and came out of hours to make sure we were back up and running. Would also say at a very reasonable fee. Will definately be using them again in the future!

Excellent service, great value for money and top bloke. Came out quickly to solve an issue with power to my garage, which I was greatful for as I would have lost food stock . He even gave me a bit of business advice whilst fixing the issue. I definitely recommend.

We consulted Ben for a second opinion after being told our fusebox was very old and could blow up at any time from another electrician. Ben came several hours later the same day, he arrived promptly when he said he would. He reassured us regarding the fusebox not being a safety problem and if we do want to upgrade at some point the quote was half of what the original electrician had quoted. He did this all free of charge. It can be very difficult to find a reliable and trustworthy trades person but Ben was a breath of fresh air. I have saved his number for any future problems and wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable electrician with integrity.

Dave was excellent! Responded to enquiry promptly and gave a clear breakdown of work and price. He was punctual on both visits (initial quote and the job itself) and was professional and polite throughout. Very pleased with the work (fixing faulty light switch, fitting new cellar light and removing old pull light switch and thermostat), and would definitely use him again.

As the director of DC Electrical, I don’t recognise the name ‘Chris Davidson’ neither did a search of our customer database or calls to the website , I would add I am unaware of any unfinished job in our 26 years of trading. HOWEVER, if this is the case I can only apologies for any inconvenience to him as the period of this review was around the illness and death of a close family relatively which was a very hard time for us, and may account for any missed appointments.

I needed to upgrade several sockets from singles to doubles. I also needed reinstallation of other sockets and backbox rethreading. I called Grant a bit concerned about a light fitting which was hot and smelled of burning. He was courteous and asked a few questions to ascertain how urgent the job was. He determined that he should come straight out and it's a very good job he did, we were scarily close to having a house fire. He and the other gentleman who came out (sorry I missed his name!) were friendly, professional and efficient, I felt comfortable that we were in good hands. The invoice was very reasonable for the work carried out. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again or recommend them to others

Tony responded quickly to my request for a quote for work to be completed at my Son's flat. The work was completed on time and professionally. The team are friendly and prices are very reasonable.
