An emergency callout for a distressed tenant. Very quick response once called after 22.00pm on a Saturday night, 20mins - 30mins ETA. Friendly and professional, knows what he was doing and explained what had happened to the electrics. Documented the issue for reference and forwarded to me for my records. Thank you. Araz was brilliant on our emergency call out. We contacted him at 20:50 and by 21:15 he was with us. He was very professional and did a top quality job in good time. We will definitely use him again in the event of another emergency, but hopefully I don’t drill through another wire again.

Just moved into a house and had some issues with the lights, which resulted in an outage. We ended up having to call at around 7 last night but within 40 minutes he came out and managed to source the issue and fix it super quick. Would happily use again!

I called Grant a bit concerned about a light fitting which was hot and smelled of burning. He was courteous and asked a few questions to ascertain how urgent the job was. He determined that he should come straight out and it's a very good job he did, we were scarily close to having a house fire. He and the other gentleman who came out (sorry I missed his name!) were friendly, professional and efficient, I felt comfortable that we were in good hands. The invoice was very reasonable for the work carried out. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again or recommend them to others

We consulted Ben for a second opinion after being told our fusebox was very old and could blow up at any time from another electrician. Ben came several hours later the same day, he arrived promptly when he said he would. He reassured us regarding the fusebox not being a safety problem and if we do want to upgrade at some point the quote was half of what the original electrician had quoted. He did this all free of charge. It can be very difficult to find a reliable and trustworthy trades person but Ben was a breath of fresh air. I have saved his number for any future problems and wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable electrician with integrity.

Needed an electrician for a small number of jobs around the house including some additional sockets, kitchen pendant lights and installation of a ring doorbell. Lucid came round on time as previously agreed and completed the jobs too high standard. Work was neat and tidy and Ben was a friendly electrician explaining what he was doing as he went. Thoroughly recommended local tradesman.

Highly recommend using Lucid ES. Our circuit board went down the day before my sons birthday party with no light or power and a fridge and freezer full of party food... We could not get any electrician from near or far to attend. Despite being fully booked Lucid took the time to handle my enquiry from their online enquiry service and even took the time to call me and go through some safe troubleshooting steps to see if i could rectify the issue myself. Unfortunatley the RCD needed replacing, they sourced the parts straight away and came out of hours to make sure we were back up and running. Would also say at a very reasonable fee. Will definately be using them again in the future!

Dave was excellent! Responded to enquiry promptly and gave a clear breakdown of work and price. He was punctual on both visits (initial quote and the job itself) and was professional and polite throughout. Very pleased with the work (fixing faulty light switch, fitting new cellar light and removing old pull light switch and thermostat), and would definitely use him again.

I would highly recommend Craig for his professional and caring approach to his work. He has rewired our bathroom having found a faulty wire that was causing our family electric shocks. Matt recently installed some new spot lights in the kitchen, and fixed various electrical issues around the house. I could not recommend Fletcher Electric enough! Matt saved the day when our previous electrician dropped out half way through our kitchen renovation. He quickly got to grips with the wiring that had been installed by the previous electrician and clearly explained to us what work was outstanding. No question was too big or small for Matt and he spent a long time answering our queries. Matt was reliable, skilled, fairly priced and friendly. He even suggested ways to optimise lighting in our kitchen - which looks fab! Go with Matt, you won’t be disappointed.

Matt replaced our consumer unit in December and completed a full electrical safety certificate on the property. This identified a number of issues with a recent kitchen installation which he managed to resolve despite a busy schedule.
