I called Grant a bit concerned about a light fitting which was hot and smelled of burning. He was courteous and asked a few questions to ascertain how urgent the job was. He determined that he should come straight out and it's a very good job he did, we were scarily close to having a house fire. He and the other gentleman who came out (sorry I missed his name!) were friendly, professional and efficient, I felt comfortable that we were in good hands. The invoice was very reasonable for the work carried out. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again or recommend them to others

I could not recommend Fletcher Electric enough! Matt saved the day when our previous electrician dropped out half way through our kitchen renovation. He quickly got to grips with the wiring that had been installed by the previous electrician and clearly explained to us what work was outstanding. No question was too big or small for Matt and he spent a long time answering our queries. Matt was reliable, skilled, fairly priced and friendly. He even suggested ways to optimise lighting in our kitchen - which looks fab! Go with Matt, you won’t be disappointed.

This identified a number of issues with a recent kitchen installation which he managed to resolve despite a busy schedule. We needed an electrical safety survey completing on a house to progress the sale. The survey was arranged the same day. A team of two very personable and professional guys turned up within 40 mins and completed the survey in less than 2 hours. They indulged my curiosity and explained how several anomalies still worked safely. The completed report plus recommendations were emailed to me by the end of the day. All in, first class and at a very competitive price.

What a great service from this shop. In the past year I've bought a tumble dryer and a fridge freezer from them. On both occasions, delivery was the next day for no charge. The items were unwrapped and packaging taken away. Great friendly service from start to finish. My advice to all - shop local!

I fitted some ceiling lights but couldn’t get them all working. Ben was local to me, prompt and polite on the phone and super friendly when he was here. It turned out the lights had their own switches and I hadn’t turned them all on! Embarrassing on my behalf, but we had a good laugh over it! Definitely will be using him again. Recommended.

CRE has done electrical work for multiple rooms in my house in leeds but most notably my home bar which he has done an amazing job on. The only biggest benefit of CRE is that they are incredibly reliable which i have found a challenge with other electricians in the area.
