The only word I can use for his service is AMAZING as from first calling him to him coming to do the work his service was first class. CRE has done electrical work for multiple rooms in my house in leeds but most notably my home bar which he has done an amazing job on. The only biggest benefit of CRE is that they are incredibly reliable which i have found a challenge with other electricians in the area. Chris gave us a helpful and friendly service. He did quite a lot of remedial work in our old cottage and never took short cuts. He was also happy to do small extras when asked. All in all, excellent workmanship and we are very pleased with the result. Highly recommended!

I needed an EICR certificate for my house as just about to rent it out and didn’t know this was the law/regs now until agent said. I used Check-a-Trader and these got back to me promptly with a quote and dates/times available. I came and checked out their reviews and had others coming back to me but these were really competitive and reviews were great. I wasn’t disappointed. 3 engineers turned up on time and were all courteous, smart, took their shoes off! Plus they were professional and helped to repair a fault on a socket while testing the whole house wiring. Took them a good while and they were really thorough. I expected to receive an invoice way over the quote but within 2 days I had the comprehensive certificate and the invoice as quoted. Very impressed so don’t be wary, these guys stick to their promises and do a great job. I’ll only put up a review if really bad or exceptional. These were exceptional and so has their customer service in the office and response times. I’d give 6 stars if I could.

Very timely intervention and thorough support by an extremely reliable team of experts

We needed to get a house inspected and the electrics checked over, we contacted 24-7 Electrical who came over as promised and gave us sound advice as to what was needed in the property. They came back and disconnected the electrics but installed a socket so that some power could be used. Chris and his team were very helpful in sorting this out and got it all done as promised in no time at all. This is a very reliable and helpful Company and we recommend them to anyone that needs electrical advice / work. They have carried out jobs for us before and the guys have always been brilliant to deal with, always helpful and polite. We would tell anyone to give them a call, speak to Chris and he will sort you out.

As the director of DC Electrical, I don’t recognise the name ‘Chris Davidson’ neither did a search of our customer database or calls to the website , I would add I am unaware of any unfinished job in our 26 years of trading. I called Grant a bit concerned about a light fitting which was hot and smelled of burning. He was courteous and asked a few questions to ascertain how urgent the job was. He determined that he should come straight out and it's a very good job he did, we were scarily close to having a house fire. He and the other gentleman who came out (sorry I missed his name!) were friendly, professional and efficient, I felt comfortable that we were in good hands. The invoice was very reasonable for the work carried out. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again or recommend them to others
