Josh provided excellent service. Came within 10 minutes, when we had electrical fault. Carried out a thorough investigation and made repairs. Josh talked us through his actions in language we could understand and provided information about future issues we may have. Cost of work very reasonable. Would recommend 100%.

I had an issue with the wiring between the kitchen and the living room. I had tried some fixes which Josh helped me troubleshoot but with no success. This was already over and above what I would expect as he was extremely busy but still happy to help. I explained the issues unfortunately weren't resolved and although he was booked for at least a month in front he still came out of his way to help . The workmanship was great, Josh was very polite, friendly and the cost was very reasonable for the works carried out. Haroon is a top individual that carried out our work quickly and without fuss. As it happens, he went above and beyond when he came back to fix an issue caused by another contractor we had in at the same time that severed a live cable. We will not be using any other Electrician than Haroon for future projects. He is our Electrician!

Very pleased, very professional & very easy to talk to, explained what was needed and how much it would cost. The job was to install an electric cooker with extractor hood. Haroon responded very quickly and said he could squeeze me in. When he was on his way the kitchen fitters cut through the main cable for the house lights, I asked if he could also fix this issue and he said he would. Installed the cooker and set up the wiring for the extractor very quickly, then quickly sorted out the issue with the lighting. Really happy with everything including price. Fitters were also impressed.

Steve (and team) worked on my house for about 3 years through covid. Full rewire (and certificates) including running Ethernet cable to every room. Always came back to help on small issues and despite the job dragging, was very reasonable priced. It’s hard to find reliable workmen but Steve is trustworthy and competitively priced to boot!

I've employed West Yorkshire Electrical for two jobs, one replacing an induction hob, the other installing an outdoor security light, and cannot rate them highly enough. Everything from getting a quote to the finished job was done efficiently and the customer service was excellent. Josh even hung a mirror for me in the lounge after he'd fished installing the light! Rang this morning Syed arrive in less than 2 hours, such a great service he even waited in the snow for my son to arrive home. Which was half an hour. Ok that he added to bill but he did a great job getting his sockets back up and running. Boiler working again as well. Need a new circuit board. Will book him for this as well. Very happy with this company .

After an electrical fault developed in the house over Xmas I didn’t expect to be able to get an electrician round at all. Finding Syed, Prince Electrical on a Google search and calling him, he asked to call me back after 10mins to confirm when he could come and 10mins later he rang and was at my house within 2hours! Absolutely spot on service. He talked me through the fault, the options, got the electrics temporarily back up and running overnight and was back the next day as promised to do the full fit.
